Took the car to get an alignment there but they twisted up my brand new tie rod boots. Looks like they don t know how to do a proper alignment the right way. If I hadn t noticed their mistake those boots would be torn soon and dirt and debris would have gotten inside my brand new tie rods messing them up. They either didn t care or don t know the purpose of a tie rod boot and should not leave things worse then when they go into the shop that s suppose to fix things not mess them up.

Hands down one of the best experiences I've had at a garage. We had an emergency situation and Zac Brown was able to get me in and out with no problems. Great customer service and clean and comfortable facility. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I ve been bringing my truck here for years. They do all my oil changes, they ve installed a 3 lift kit, and they ve found 2 break line leaks and fixed them for me. I brought my truck in today to have the factory headlight assemblies replaced with aftermarket LED headlights I purchased on line. They did an excellent job installing them and they did it under 2 hours. Zach works the front and deals with all the customers and he has always taken care of anything I need for my truck. They have great prices and stand by their work. I wouldn t take my truck anywhere else. They even have complimentary ride service to bring you home while your cars being worked on and pick you back up when it s done. Highly recommend.

I will not do any more business with any of the Thomas tire and automotive they do not know how to communicate with their customers. I took my vehicle to them with the parts needed to do the job they fix the problem with their own parts and then kept my parts after fixing that issue they begin to fix another issue with my vehicle without contacting me first to notify me that there was another issue or how much the cost was going to be they kept my vehicle again with no communication on their part before hand. I was charged for 2 services plus a diagnosis charge I'm very unhappy with the service I received from them. I will go to another local business that cares about every customer and knows who pickup the phone and call.

I think they should update their website it s slow and took me a while to figure out how to book an appointment on there. Any way I had a great experience here. Clean atmosphere. Waiting time is between 20-45 min people should acknowledge mechanics take time to figure out diagnostics and make sure your car runs smoothly. Staff here are friendly and positive. I booked my appointment and they took my car immediately. Will be coming back.

I was able to get the oil change with the 20 cans of food. I appreciated it alot and it was for a good cause. The staff were all very friendly and their waiting room is the most customer friendly place I'd ever been to. I'd definitely go back. If you've never been there go check it out. You won't be disappointed.

On my last visit they were very informative, and also didn't try to nickel and dime me like some auto shops try to do. They actually helped me save money. The waiting area is very clean, and have a nice area to entertain your small kids while you wait.

My car was in our shop longer than i was told it would be and i never received a phone call from Thomas Tire to notify me of the situation with my car. The only way i got any information was by calling Thomas Tire myself. Every time i called to check on my car all i got was a run around. I'm very disappointed with Thomas Tire & Automotive. In my own opinion i feel the only way Thomas Tire can get better from here is to hire people that knows how to communicate with their customers. It seems to me that Thomas Tire only cares about their account customers and not the walk in customers. I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on.

We were on vacation in the area from another state and had a an emergency front brake issue on a Friday afternoon. We got the same referral to come to this shop from 2 different sources.Thomas Automotive worked us in and fixed the brake issues on our KIA Sedona and had us out the door and on our way in about an hour and a half. On a Friday! True lifesavers!This group of ladies were able to continue our long weekend vacation and drive SAFELY back home.Thank you Thomas Automotive! Excellent customer service and excellent price for the service and repairs we needed!Highly recommend!

As a single woman sometimes visiting automotive shops can be intimidating. I felt super comfortable, everyone was really knowledgeable and they weren t trying to talk over me . They will always have my business.

Thomas Tire on Hwy 49 in Asheboro is the best! They always do an excellent job and go above and beyond in making sure that my car is taken care of and in it s best condition to be safe on the road.

Ha a tire that would not stay inflated took it in with another rim as an option. They figured out it was the valve stem component and replaced it! Fixed my problem and sent me on my way!! Great service

Just moved into the area and was referred to Thomas Tire, everything was great from time I was greeted by Debby until I the time I picked it up for an oil change. The price, time and service were excellent and I ll be back when it s service time or earlier if needed. Thanks again, Gary Teeter

Brought my daughter in laws car in on Monday at about 420. We were told they didn't have time to look at it before they closed, but if we left it there, they would check it out the next morning. We understood and left the car. By 430 the next day, they still hadn't looked at it. We picked the car up and took it somewhere else.

Thomas Tire is the only place I go to have work done on my vehicles! From an oil change to replacing a timing belt, they get the job done well. They have always been honest about the work needing to be completed and if necessary, take days to do the work right instead of a rushed job.

Being new to the state, my first experience with Thomas Tire and Automotive in Asheboro was a very pleasant one. It's refreshing these days to see a business that is managed so well (clean, professional, with courteous customer service...). Have been using Thomas Tire for over 20 years. They are professional and their new facility is comfortable plus you get text updates on your vehicle during service. Price competitive thorough and always professional whether tires or maintenance highly recommend

My tire blew right before the exit. Someone helped me put my doughnut on only to find that it was also flat(it was brand new and never used, he car is 5 years old) I went to the Exxon across the street from your location and walked over. Your team members were some of the nicest men I have ever met. One followed me back to my car and drove it over to the shop for me. They sent someone to pick up the tire I needed from the warehouse, changed the tire and waited for my husband to get there. They closed at 5pm and I walked in at 4:55. I can not thank them all enough and we will for sure be bringing our cars to y all from now on. We live in Cheraw SC but my daughter lives in Winston Salem, I go see her once a week so I will rotate what car I take as services are needed. Again I can not say thank you enough.

These mechanics only know how to overcharge and look pretty. I called and they couldn't give me any estimates on anything. There is no customer service or communication here, and when I did drop my vehicle off, I never heard anything back for a entire day. When I called, they said they'd call back. Never heard anything, until I called the next day AND they still hadn't looked at the car. They left the key in the car for anyone to drive off with when I went to pick it up. No one cares here about your car, it's all money money money. There are way better friendlier places that will work with you and care about you and your car unlike this business who buys their 5 star reviews. If you are a woman, go to 3n1, not here, they will profile you!

Thomas Tire worked me in to get tires because of an emergency. Zach sold me exactly what I needed, nothing more and nothing less. My vehicle was ready on time, as promised. I know I can count on reliable tires and stellar service at Thomas Tire. I am proud to support this Randolph County Company!

Clean, quick, and professionalI'd say they are pricey but then again you pay for what you get. If you want the best of the best come here. If you want to take a gamble go someplace elseI will definitely be coming back just knowing when I leave here after my vehicle is fixed it's 100% fixed I won't be back in next week with a new problemHighly recommend
