AT YOUR OWN RISK! Extremely shady business. I came in for an oil change, 2 weeks later, I'm being told I have a faulty water pump that will cost me $1500 to fix. They are not above selling you a service you dont need, like rotors and tires that are perfectly fine. Do NOT trust them! I have proof of everything I'm saying. Theres enough to go aroynd, you dont have to cheat people. Good HONEST mechanics NEVER run out of business. These people did number on me! Contact me if you want proof!Services: Tires, Oil change

We had an engine & transmission installed along with fabrication to a 60s model car. When picking up the car after the promised completion date, the mechanic had not added transmission fluid to the newly installed transmission nor had he driven the car. He overcharged for the exhaust work & the left exhaust pipe is scrubbing the tire. We were double charged on almost all the parts he used. Also instead of proper installation of the drive shaft with clips, he tack welded it into place. The alternator was also installed incorrectly. Electrical work was also of poor quality & incomplete. Upon looking at the invoice it appears we were charged for the removal of an engine, however, the car was delivered to his shop without an engine. All in all, we're very displeased with the work done to our car as the end result appears to have been a rushed job with poor quality workmanship with a financial motivation.

Stopped by Thomas Automotive to get a tire, amd I'm glad I did. I checked two places, before stopping there, and one had to order, and wouldn't be in until Monday. The other was a 3 to 4 hour wait, just to get the car in the bay. So I stopped in Thomas Automotive to see if they had one, and they did, and for a better price than the other was offering, for the same tire. And I've already made plans to return, to get the alignment on my car, which is also for a better price, for the same work. Not to mention the super friendly staff. Very friendly, very polite and very helpful.

Already posted my love for this place. Reception rocks and when I got on sight treated with much respect of my time. I am a nurse and forget things just like car inspection services. They helped me a million plus.

I found out about this shop from a guy delivering me pizza and I am glad I ordered pizza that day and this guy was my pizza delivery man. Thomas Auto toke my truck in and was informative about everything they did to my truck. Prices are way better than a lot of places and they treat you like family. Great place to get your car or truck worked on and technicians that know what they are doing. Thanks Greg and Lisa for the great service and I will see you again when something else breaks. God Bless this company they done right by me.

If you need some new tires, give these guys a call. You will be glad that you did. Not only are their prices unmatched but the customer serviceis top knotch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ! They never told me about half the issues that was wrong with the car. I have a leak in my trunk somehow and its now causing mold and attracting bugs to it. I have a asthmatic 7 year old, a 1 year old and a pregnant wife. THE WHOLE CAR IS TRASH AND I ONLY HAD IT FOR 1 YEAR . i called and Lisa told me rudely while interrupting me talk , that theres nothing they can do about it and hung up on me .

We wanted a used car we had found in Ashboro checked over before deciding to purchase. Being from out of state we had no idea who we could have to do it. Using google we found Thomas Automotive. We found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable about our vehicle. They took time with us pointing out many things that provided us with assurances our vehicle was in good condition.

Very dissatisfied with trying to communicate with office staff and after picking up car can not open hood and i broke down only having it back 5 hours later,when i called i asked could they fix the latch that was not broken the day before and i was told she could make an appt and i would be charged. If more was wrong with my car i would have appreciated knowing in which builds trust but it is now having to go to another shop after $307!

Not impressed at all,very sketchy to say the least.was not informed that wheel studs were. Broke off, they were replaced but remaining studs were crossthreaded.only found out because another shop tried removing them!! Cost another 200 bucks on top of what I paid them they will never get any more business from myself or my wife

Very unprofessional took almost 4 months to rebuild a old school v8 motor in my s10 blazer. When confronted bout the time it was taking cussed me out and told me wasn't going to finish it to come get it. Originally told me it would take a week. Literally left my Blazer in rain with bag over window and bare metal exposed to the rain. Paid him 2000 and still have an unfinished motor. Never go to Thomas automotive.

Terrible service. Jeep WJ broken driveshaft, lady said I needed to order the front driveshaft, but never said what part number, what transfer case I had, nothing. I ordered based on a diagram showing the front but in reality i needed the REAR driveshaft & yolk. When I took them the FRONT driveshaft they just said "it don't fit, try a junk yard". The front driveshaft was past the return window so I'm out $150. Got charged $70 to finish breaking off the rear driveshaft. Lost 4x4 til I got it fixed now.

If i could give less star rating i would. Bought a car from them and paid it off and 2 months later they still have not sent me the title. Instead the send us a form and expects us to pay to get the title.
