I was in a pinch a couple of weeks ago with a flat tire.I was able to make it across the road to fill up the tire with air so that I could find somewhere to get it fixed. I immediately thought of this store and stopped in to see if someone could help me. The associate, Britany, was kind enough to get me the help I needed. I can not thank her enough!

The manager in charge of Advance Auto Parts in Asheboro on Fayetteville street was in very bad shape to attend as I went to make a purchase and wanted to pay with a $100 bill and the lady who served me just asked her manager if there was It was a fair and the manager, very rude and waving her hands, said no and that if she wanted to pay with that bill she had to buy more than $50 because what she had of merchandise was only $20. and manager is so that they treat people well and not with those ways and they are already 2 times that he treats with a bad attitude they should pay more attention with that type of bitter or racist people

Just stopped by this location and I wanted to send a review. Anytime that I have stopped by this location and David B has been working he treats me like I am wanted to be there and he doesn t just have to help me because it is his job. He is an awesome person!!! He really treats his customers with respect and that he enjoys to help with any problems you may have. So I want to say to anyone that needs help make sure you ask for him when you go to this location.

We went to the O Riley s right next door first because we thought our alternator was bad. The guy tested it but couldn t give us the tools to fix it. We then went to advanced and we were helped right when we pulled up. They quickly got what we needed and we were able to fix it very easily. The workers offered very good customer service and it was very nice since we are 400 miles from home!

Thought my battery was completely dead. Had already been jumped to just get there. Nice young man, checked my battery and was very polite even when he realized I really knew nothing about my car. He never talked down to me and gave me a lot of useful information. So for the young man who helped the crazy red headed woman and her daughter, we really appreciate it.

This was my 1st visit to this store and it was a great experience. I was helped the minute I walked in the door. Howard helped me find the size wiper blades I needed and then installed them for me. I appreciated the great service, thanks again Howard!

I see reviews saying they're not mechanics and THEY'RE NOT, they're retail workers, don't walk in and expect them to be able to FIX your car. If YOU don't know what part you need, they can't do anything about that. Everyone there is super friendly and Miguel is my favorite worker.

I will give this store 5 stars. The people are helpful and always polite. Look,, sign up for emails and get a Speedway points card. Just got like my 5th 5dollar perk or discount at Advance this year. For just shopping at Speedway,,, on top of their other bonuses. The Advance emails give me 20,% discount on orders all the time. How convient to add my cars and trucks,,, click and shop specifically for that vehicle.Walked into Subway the other day,,, line was to the door. Guess what, ordered online. My order was at the door. I was waving to that crowd. Love to order online,, save money and then just pick up. O'Riley's and AutoZone do online email promotions. But they want you to spend 100 dollars. What if I need some Black Magic for my tires. Well I still get 20% off. How Cool Mikey Out. Oooohhhh Yeah!!!!!!

People always friendly and helpful. NICE clean store. Always help you carry stuff to your car if it's heavy. Very informative and can tell what's going on with your car most of the time

Lady was very helpful in Asheboro. A specialized bolt on my motorcycle broke 50 miles from home. She showed cheer and patience while I cobbled a solution together. I'm home safe and sound now!

They would NOT HONOR there LIFETIME WARRANTY on a alternator. Due to a system update every two years. If I had my receipt from three years ago. Everyone knows how quickly the ink fades to the point where you can't read it any longer. I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN!!

Only 1 person there named Debbie who has any clue what is going on. They gave my online order to the wrong person. Had to wait 4 days for the refund with still having to purchase a different item in store.

Just wish thay had staff that knows more about cars then computers some of these guys that work thare are clueless cant help or tell you nothen with out haveing to look at a computer and 9 times out of ten you get the wrong part because the man looking it up dont know nothing about cars and the computer is giving wrong part numbers

Love it but O'Reilly's actually explained what i had to do,, showed me what i needed to buy and loNed equiptment to do it right there. Ge got a $ tip. advance is great but didnt wanna walk out from behind the desk. Not a people person place. Ty O'Reilly's in Asheboro. I didnt get your name but ill be bk.

Always have my parts. Also they carry more parts for older automobiles than any other parts store without having to order them
