Excellent service and parts department! I was given a price for four Michelin tires and an hour and a half time frame for installation; I paid exactly what I was quoted two weeks later at my service appointment and it took 80 minutes! Thank you Sunshine Chevy!

Hello. I post online under a pseudonym, but recently had 60,000 mile checkup, oil change and new wiper blades installed on a 2017 Chevy 2500HD. I had a good experience. Neal of Sunshine's Service Department, was a skillful listener, who answered my questions and communicated clearly about what to expect, then what work was completed. During my wait, I witnessed another customer's exchanges with the sales staff as well. Everyone was courteous and seemed straightforward. Neal and the service department were professional and polite throughout our business dealings. I appreciated all this - and Sunshine's assistance in keeping my 2017 truck on the road. Thank you.

Great experience!! They have always been accommodating and made things right. I have bought new vehicles at Sunshine Chevrolet and also do my service/maintenance. Good, knowledgeable people which seems to be rare these days.

Professional and courteous service department. I took my truck in for oil change, rotate tires, balance and alignment. They got me in and out in a decent time all while providing friendly service. I will come back for my service needs.

Sunshine Chevy has been my go to service center for many years and through 3 vehicles. Hands down the best customer service you will find. Michael is always so accommodating and pleasant! Although I have never purchase a vehicle from the showroom I will always bring my vehicles here for service. The starter in my truck went out without notice of course. I was able to have my truck towed there on one day and the parts were ordered and truck fixed next day. I had a excellent experience with Dennis the service manager. He was quick to help me with my Tahoe and now everything is working perfectly! His customer service skills are second to none and highly recommend their service department. I will not take my Tahoe anywhere else.

Even though I came to buy a car that was already sold, the dealer was responsive and worked hard to find me a car in my price range.They have a nice "office" / waiting area and a kids room that was nice for my 5 and 10 year old.Overall I am extremely happy and highly recommend them

This dealership was a pleasure to work with. The sales person with whom I worked was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in identifying features that were helpful to our vehicle needs, the finance officer's professionalism paired with his sense of humor made the finance process seem like a piece of cake, and the overall experience which was very calming with no pressure have me convinced that there are very few places that make the car buying experience as pleasant as Sunshine Chevrolet. We have bought many cars, and Sunshine Chevrolet was the most pleasant, informative and patient group we have ever dealt with. We had left a license plate on the front of the car. It had been a long ago Mother s Day gift from our deceased son and is always on our cars. Thankfully Freddie found it and mailed it to us.
