The experience was not pushy or rushed. Everything was explained and I dealt with two women, which as a women, made the experience far more comfortable. I was followed up with post purchase and felt supported from start to finish. Mandy, the sales consultant was a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, the brand and luxury vehicles. The business as a whole made the purchase as easy as 123. Would recommend to anyone who wants to feel like they are buying from a small dealership with big dealership perks.

Brandon did an amazing job keeping me posted regarding the status of my vehicle. My 2020 Range Rover was damaged in February and the parts were delayed for several months. Brandon kept me updated on a regular basis and did everything in his power to address the situation. He is the best! and I m a hard grader!

We ordered our new 2024 full size Range Rover with Alyssa and just recently took delivery! From the very first contact Alyssa did an amazing job at walking us through the process and getting our Rover on order with the best customer service ever! She was proactive at keeping us informed of the progress each step of the way. She made the entire experience enjoyable. Along with her colleague Judah the purchasing and delivery process was very easy and went flawlessly. We are on our 6th Range Rover and our next one will be with Asheville Land Rover, we highly recommend them!

If anyone is in need of a range rover/Jaguar, Range Rover of Asheville is highly recommended. This is an epic dealership. This is a no stress, no pressure dealership. Everyone has a smiling face no matter who you talk to. They are incredibly knowledgeable. This is my go to place from here on out as long as I need a Range Rover Kudos to Fields automotive

I personally didn t have a great sales experience compared to previous buying experiences at other luxury brand dealerships. Like any other dealership, some of their salespeople are much more professional than others. While I had already decided I wouldn t purchase another vehicle from them after this last one in October 2023, I will say that Jack (and Miguel) in the Service Department may be the only reason I continue to do business at this LR dealership. Jack is absolutely amazing and was exactly the kind of person you hope for when dealing with issues - especially ones that were hidden from me during the sales process.

I have such high regard for Land Rover Asheville, that I schedule my service appointments with them rather than in my Sarasota home location.The are consum�tes professionals and treat their customers like friends.Miguel, and Jack Thill, the service manager always go beyond to make sure every appointment is handled to the utmost perfection!

We had our Range Rover with 94k miles on it towed to this dealership for a leaking coolant hose. After receiving our vehicle they sent a report with a fully checked box of everything being ok on our intake inspection. Even the coolant hose box was checked as ok. This was the first sign of incompetence. We were then told we needed to replace all coolant hoses not just the one that was leaking and they insisted on that or they wouldn t touch it which cost us $2900+. They supplied us with the same estimate 3 times with all different cost varying from $1900-$3500 with the same part list on every estimate. After taking our vehicle for 2 test drives they then say the car was acting funny so they needed to diagnose the issue. We are then told the head gasket is blown and it needs a new motor costing $28000+\-. They said we must have driven the car overheated. We sent the car in for a leaking radiator hose not for it overheating or breaking down. The car was not driven nor overheated at any point once coolant drip was noticed in our garage. Once towed back we popped the hood to see the new hoses to confirm work was done and discovered no coolant in the overflow tank. We called back and spoke to Miquel our service advisor to ask about that. His response was I m so sorry we didn t fill it back up with coolant, let me check into it . We didn t get a call back for 2 days after leaving multiple messages. Once we finally got ahold of someone we were told by Jack the service manager you must have driven the vehicle and all the coolant had leaked out into the motor . The car had not even been started on our end. Our invoice conveniently was no longer available to view on our end in text to confirm the coolant charge. We then towed the rover to another certified technician shop. Where come to find out the heater side of the motor was bone dry with no evidence of coolant in the system. Land Rover vacuums the coolant in and out which is an approved method but there can be air pockets if not properly done. There are bleeder screws to bleed air to prevent this. The new technician stated the bleeder was untouched and cracked (being it s a plastic part) and this was the purpose for there being no coolant in the heater side. That being said our vehicle was driven twice by a Land Rover technician after being improperly replenished with coolant leading to a blown head gasket. Land Rover denies any responsibility for this mishap on their part and the service manager Jack said We vacuumed it in why would we touch the bleeder screw . I asked for the reason behind us getting the vehicle back with no coolant again he responded again you must have started the car . The mileage never changed I responded and he replied with The car don t have to move to run . He basically was stating there s no reason for this bleeder screw that they obviously didn t bother to use and we must have just started our car and left it running for some time after getting it back. Now we have a Range Rover with a lien on it with a blown motor. DO NOT USE LAND ROVER OF ASHEVILLE. This entire service team proved to be incompetent and service manager Jack extremely shady and unethical. Steer clear!!!

My Service Advisor, Miguel Pena, was awesome, as always. He and the rest of the team were very friendly and all of my requests were handled quickly and efficiently. This dealership is probably the only one I've ever been to where I actually don't mind waiting in the lounge for my car to be ready.

Branden Gould is the best salesperson I have encountered while buying a vehicle. The used car I purchased was definitely nowhere near the new car prices on the lot, but Branden didn't treat me any differently than one of those buyers. He kept me updated every step of the way and went above and beyond to get me into this car. I am so grateful to him for his amazing customer service!! Everyone at the dealership is extremely pleasant and welcoming. The best car buying experience for me!

My husband and I started our journey 6 months ago when we set our goals on purchasing a new Defender. We have since traveled to 6+ Land Rover Dealerships to view different colors, packages, and options in order to pinpoint our exact desires. As you can imagine, during these encounters we have met many sales individuals - some have been knowledgeable, some have not been - some have been friendly, some have not been - some have followed up and sadly some have not.We have made the nearly 2 hour trip to your Asheville store twice to view Defenders as they arrive. We had the pleasure of meeting Tyler. He is a showstopper. I cannot begin to describe the level of service we have received from him (and his team) over the last few months of engagement. He puts the other 10+ representatives in our little black book to shame. Tyler has been in constant communication, digging into our exact desires, and trying his hardest to produce the perfect vehicle within his power and network. And while doing this tedious task, his personality cannot have been more charming and genuine.Last week, we smoothly purchased our #AllBlackDefender . And owe it all to Tyler and Land Rover of Asheville. Thank you all!One last thought, if you want to truly test drive a vehicle, Land Rover Asheville is next to a wide open, easy-to-access, no-traffic highway... this offers a great testament to the car's actual ability versus driving in a tight city environment that most Dealerships are located in.

Branden Gould Was an excellent person to work with! We found the right vehicle for our son and he was able to send detailed videos and pictures to guarantee us worth the drive from Georgia. I have previously had very bad experiences at land rover dealerships with employees being extremely rude and dismissive of any concerns I had. I couldn t have had a better experience with the Asheville location. Everyone was great and Miguel in service was incredible. He was very quick to respond to all of my questions and update me on the status of my car s service. He gave me his honest opinion on things and explained them throughly. I even got a video run through of what they found and how they were going to fix those things. By far the best land rover dealership I have dealt with so far!

He always lets me know what s going on, and if anything needs special attention when I bring it in. He s very honest and professional. Jack the service manager is also very kind and professional. I had may Land Rover serviced at this location in the fall of 2016. Included in my service was for them to clean out the drains from the sunroof that channel to the columns of the vehicle. A couple of months after the service we had a heavy rain and water poured into my vehicle. The drains were not cleaned and on one side the drain line was disconnected from the "guttering". I took my car to an interior specialist for them to correct the issue. They collected the debris in the picture from the drains and blockage on the lower portion of the drain. Apparently Land Rover Asheville did not look at the drains. I inquired to the company about a refund for the work they did not perform and said I would be happy with that. They declined. I contacted customer service who contacted the service Asheville Land Rover service department. I have had no apology nor an offer to reimbursement for services I paid for and did not receive. I own a Porsche and a Land Rover and I expect a level of service better than what they provided when I have my vehicles serviced. I am highly dissatisfied.
