I was rear ended which left a large impact on the back of my vehicle. After searching the internet, I took my vehicle to Joe Hudson's Collision Center. The experience was absolutely fantastic. The intake was easy and quick. They talked to me about my vehicle, checked it out, and gave me realistic expectations for what would happen. They told me when to expect follow-ups, which were received in a very timely manner. The work was top-notch. Somehow, my vehicle looked better than it had before the collision! They treated my vehicle with respect. There were no scratches, stains, or odors inside the vehicle. I received my vehicle back in a very timely manner. Incredible work, great communication, and surprising speed. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center.

I was rear ended on a Tuesday, and Geico Insurance gave me a choice of locations for repair. I chose Arden, and took my truck on Wednesday. On Thursday, it was ready. This place is thorough, and did excellent work! I was amazed at how quickly they had it done, and I got it back cleaner and in better condition than when I took it! It was washed and vacuumed, and looks great! The staff is very easy to work with, and they keep you informed of their progress. I would definitely have an other body work done here, if the need arises, and recommend them for anyone needed repairs!!

Let me first say that I work in the insurance industry and hear daily about all the issues people are having when getting their vehicles repaired. I expected delays and confusion. Joe Hudson exceeding my expectations! From the time the claim was reported to my insurance company, I had communication right away from the shop. Chris set us up with an appointment and had a dedicated time specifically for us when we arrived. From the time we arrived, Chris was professional, knowledgeable and empathetic to our damages. He got the estimate to me and my insurance company on the same day. Even though there was a delay in parts(this had nothing to do with the shop itself), both Chris and Caryl informed me and let know what would be happening going forward. This shop is very professional and does a great job with their work.

To be honest we were a little hesistant at first to fix our truck at the shop we haven't worked with in the past, but Chris and his team exceeded our expectations. Our truck had significant rear end damage. Everything was fixed in just 4 days and looks amazing. Great communication throughout the process as well. Thank you Chris and the team!

This place did such a great job on my Mustang. My car was hit & in the shop & repaired within 2 weeks. That s impressive!! Very nice job it looks beautiful again. Thank you so much

Always a good experience, very friendly, excellent job caring for my car, every single time. My rental was waiting for me, it was so easy, from start to finish, and in less than a week! Plus, I picked up my car and they gave her a complimentary bath and vacuum! My dad always brought our vehicles here. We lost him 4 years ago this week, so I know he would be proud that we continue to support this incredibly thorough and caring company. Thanks to all, from reception to those who worked on my car!

Very pleased with quality of repair on my 2024 Honda CRV. Car was only two months old when we were hit in the rear. After Joe Hudson in a very timely manner repaired my car it looks as it did my it came off the showroom floor so to speak. Great communication from JH also in keeping me informed on the repair

Truly the best auto body repair shop I've ever been to. Christopher kept my informed of updates via email, and my car was done 4 days sooner than expected. It returned to me extremely clean inside and out even though I dropped off a car full of sand and dog fur. The receptionist was also great, and of course, the work they did to repair the tree-induced damage was outstanding. Thanks again!Services: Auto windshield repair, Painting, Body & Trim

The Shop Ordered the Wrong bumper for my vehicle and had to keep my car longer than was told it would be ready. Didn t replace both headlights from the Accident. They didn t Even call me to ask if I wanted to pay out of pocket to replace the other headlights since insurance wouldn t cover the cost. They could definitely improve on there communication with customer!!!!

I've used them a couple of times before moving to the Hendersonville area. I had some "beyond my control" incidents and had to have work done in July and August. I decided to use repair shops that were closer to me, but No One compares to Joe Hudson's collision center in Arden NC. I highly recommend using their services.

My repair was very quick, well done, and they took exceptional care of my vehicle. They returned it to me not only fixed, but cleaner than when I dropped it off. Great experience. From my first phone call with Chris, the exceptional manager, I knew I was going to be satisfied with this company. Chris was professional, friendly, and obviously knowledgeable. He kept me updated every Tuesday and Thursday, as promised, and returned my beautifully repaired vehicle in a timely manner. This is a first-rate operation.

The repair that they did on my car was very unsatisfactory because the bumper they used didn t even fit my car. My door was not fixed even after me telling them two different times about it. They called and told me that my car was ready for pick up I got there. I expressed my concerns about the car, a few weeks later, I get a call that the part has come in and that they re going to repair it correctly. After them having my car for two days, they called to tell me that they yet had to order another part and it was going to be another week before they receive that. I have now wasted, numerous trips and gas and money out of my pocket. Missed work missed my son s baseball practices due to having to go back-and-forth to Joe Hudson collision and my car not being ready. They re also unorganized. The first time they called to let me know that my car was ready for pick up. They called and asked for another customers name. I told them they had the incorrect number. They then called my insurance company and told them that they had the incorrect phone number and that they had emailed me numerous times to come pick up my car. Had they asked for the correct customers name all of that would ve been avoided, also I did not have any emails letting me know that my car was ready for pick up. Two months later, my car is still not fixed. They had to order yet another part, once that part comes in and they put it on I will never use Joe Hudson collision in Arden again. And I would advise everyone to find somewhere else to take their vehicles . This has been a nightmare.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Arden NC facility does not color match or blend paint to match your vehicle. They only paint to color code which results in a two tone paint scheme on an older vehicle. I had to have my bumper readjusted because it was off center resulting in a two day delay. I believe they used after market parts when OEM was quoted. If you have an older vehicle and it involves painting, consider a different repair facility

Just Picked up my Sube today, You cant tell there was any damage in any way, The work was mostly cosmetic on the front drivers side. I am reading all these reviews of people saying they got updates. I did not....8 months later absolutely no issues

I was told my car rental would be there and it was a Holiday weekend and no one new nothing. Then the salesman Chris rudely informed me they couldn t get to my car until another week. I was so disappointed because no call to tell me to bring my car in earlier that day so had to change to another body shop. It was awful experience! Call car rental yourself and be sure to coordinate it with them because on Holidays no one has cars!

Chris was so nice and patient, and I loved how they gave updates twice a week without prompting. However, it has been 7 months since I picked up my car, and I have had several issues as a result of the work done here. My collision was front end, and when I picked up the car the first time, the check engine light was still on. The problems continued from there, and I've been in and out of another shop several times. The technician who most recently looked at my car said parts were held together with zip ties and duct tape. It's possible this is a great place for body work alone, but if you have major mechanical issues, I do not recommend it.
