I called at least 5 other companies and no one was available. I called auto dreams and he mentioned he was in Hendersonville and it would take 45 minutes to get to Waynesville. He unlocked our car in a matter of seconds. Very thorough and professional

I called for the lock out service! My keys were locked in my truck with my truck running. Purse, phone, everything inside. They were prompt and kind and I was in my truck and gone within 45 minutes of my call! Thank you SO much! Amazing service!

I locked myself out of my house. They came to my rescue. The young man was so kind and polite. He made me feel very comfortable and he really knew what he was doing. He was so professional. Thank you so very much.

Amazing!! I called for lock out service after AAA gave me the runaround for 20 hours. They finally said that I could hire my own person and they would reimburse. Christian was a real blessing! He responded immediately and very quickly dispatched to my home. He unlocked the car in moments, and did it all with a smile and Incredibly positive attitude. Thus is an awesome company!!!

Would not recommend this place unless you are looking to get charged up front even if they are not able to help you. Had a flat tire on the interstate and didn't have the tools I needed. The guy came out and charged me $50 for his time even though he was not able to help me get off the side of the road. When I asked for my money back they told me that I wasted their time by not letting them know they would need specific tools to be able to help me on the side of the road. If you're going to advertise yourself as a person who can help someone with a flat tire and you don't have the specific tools with you, you are bad at your job.

I've gotten two different trucks tinted with Auto Dreams. Both times were painless. They booked my appointment with different options and prices on tint from the beginning. Had me in and out in less than a hour on both vehicles. Also offer a great warranty. They will tint all of my vehicles in the future. Great customer service and experience

Called yesterday looking around for the soonest window tint appointment I could find.Saw this place and called them.Christian told me he would take me in the next day, On a Sunday!Price was good, and he had my car finishedwithin 30 minutes.Very quick and professional.Love my tinted windows, thanks!Service: Vehicle window tinting

I had my vehicle tinted here back in 2016 and bought the 10 year warranty. Within a year, I had to replace some of the tint already. About two months ago my back started to bubble up, crack, and was fading which is all covered under the warranty. I tried getting in touch with the owner multiple times over a month to get it fixed and never heard anything back, felt like I wasn t a priority. Don t go here. Go somewhere else. The film will be a way better quality, you ll have better customer service. The overall experience will just be better for you and your car will look better. Just from my experience, I don t recommend this place.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Used these guys when they were out in Canton. The tint job was great. Would have loved to use them again on my other car. Made an appointment, unfortunately my mechanic couldn't get my car back to me as planned so I needed to reschedule. Called them to see if we could change the day told me he would call me right back. Never did. Called again a few hours later and it rang once and then got sent to voicemail. Guess I have no choice but to go somewhere else. They're pretty good and pretty cheap but customer service could use some work. If anyone has the same issue, the guys at Smileys flea market will tint your windows in a 123.

Best lockout service! Dude was able to be there in 20 minutes from his location and boom. Done. Nice service, easy transaction. 5 stars!

Mr. Guerrero was such a pleasure to do business with. I lost the key to my truck and called 8 other loclsmiths who refused to come to me. Mr. Guerrero drove 45 minutes to come make a few keys for me. He was so professional and polite. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs.

I got a window tint on my car & Chris did an amazing job! I traveled from sylva to get it done & it was well worth it. I ended up having to bring my 5 year old with me & he made sure we were comfortable during the service. He was fast & professional! I highly recommend!

They quality of the tint and the fashion in which it was put on was very poor. Not at all worth the $200 he charges. Both my front two windows peeled off when I rolled my windows up and down within 6 months. The owner has zero professionalism or regard for his customers, as he refused to fix the work that he did within the two year warrantee because I didn t have pictures of the damage. It completely fell off, so I don t know what he expects. Not a genuine guy. Just a business man who does not care about his customers. Take your money somewhere else and get a real professional tint job.Service: Vehicle window tinting

So grateful they came and helped when I was locked out of my class C motorhome. It was late on a Friday night and while they had a time getting me in, they never quit and I m eternally grateful.

5 stars for sure! I m completely blown away with my car that just got windows tinted! The man was very professional, got in my the same day, and had it done within ONE HOUR!! Lowest priced that I had found also, and the best quality defiantly recommending everyone I can to take your car here!!

Christian does excellent work. Professional, responsive, and timely. He recently tinted two of my vehicles with best workmanship compared to several other vehicles tinted elsewhere over the past several years. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Alex was incredibly professional and helpful, right when I needed it most. his past Saturday, my U-Haul Rideshare reservation got messed up, and he came through for me -- and another family -- in a BIG way. He went out of his way to meet us at the pick-up location, and he made it all happen. He navigated the app, confirmed all of the information was correct and he made sure everything was in order. He even pulled the trucks around for us. While I'm not thrilled with U-Haul right now, I don't have anything but praise for Alex and Auto Dreams of Arden.

I locked my keys in my truck while at Ingles in Canton. Service was swift and pleasant. Paying in advance over the phone made me a bit wary, but it was processed through PayPal and I got my PayPal notification right away. The tech was excellent. Pay him more.

Called Auto Dreams of Arden late at night and once he arrived, he literally opened our vehicle in less than a minute. Super cool dude! He definitely helped lower our stress level as we re set to leave on a little vacay early in the morning. Thanks!!

I had a double din installed with a backup camera and my windows tinted . If you need any work done on your ride I will tell you go here they do AMAZING work and the installation is super clean . By far the best shop for custom installation in this area if I could give more than 5stars I would gladly . Don't hesitate give them a call you will be GLAD you did.

Don't rent a uhaul from this place. I don't know who's fault it was, but I had a reservation for a vehicle dolly at 5:45pm. Their hours state they are open till 6. I got there at 5:35 and there was no one there. I called the business and no one answered. The recording said to text a different number which I tried and no one answered that. I don't know who dropped the ball here, but I between this place and uhaul a 20 minute round trip to pick up a dolly turned into 2 hours before I finally found one and got home.In response to the owner: Clearly you lack the ability to read. I ABSOLUTELY DID PICK UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME. I'll repeat what i wrote above I was there at 5:35 PM. You close at 6 pm as stated on your door. What business has lunch 25 minutes before closing? And I waited there till 5:50 pm. You didin't answer your phone or respond to a text. I hope every reads your obnoxious, unprofessional response. I'll also be sharing this with uhaul. Maybe they'll remove you from their vendors when the see how unprofessional you are.
