2 days in a row only the 1 young guy up front working. He was outside changing a battery today. Yesterday old guy sitting in chair behind counter not doing anything looks at me waiting and walks to the back. Found out today there was a second employee there but he was out back changing his oil on company time and company property which the young guy said he was not supposed to be doing. Hopefully someone in a managerial position will see this review and correct this. All i had to do was pick up a online order both days. Got tired of waiting yesterday march 15th 2023. Went ahead and waited today march 16th 2023 and finally got it. It's not the young guys fault he was doing his job both times I pulled in.

Amazing customer service went above and beyond to help! Madocks was especially helpful but the whole team worked together well and were super helpful!

Never doing business with them again ! I told the worker that I was going to get a oil change at the dealership and i would like a filter, the dealership tried to put it in the one i bought and it didn't fit how else you suppose to use the part unless you put it in, this place wouldn't refund it and the one guy was rude in my opinion, if this place/guy wouldn't have gave the wrong part in first place It wouldn't be a issue !

Do not use this location as a UPS drop off.I was running late for work this morning and needed to drop off 2 packages at USPS and UPS, conveniently they're next to each other, I guess not. The stores empty, the clerk at advanced directs me to the UPS store and insisted I go there after I told him I know where it's at and this is convenient for me.I'll think twice before shopping here over AutoZone or O'Reilly's.

I needed new windshield wiper blades. Of course I wait til it starts sprinkling to go to the store. Justin came out to the car, looked to see exactly what sizes I needed, and put them on himself at no additional charge. Awesome service! Justin, you have gained another loyal customer!

Very helpful my husband just had shoulder surgery an he was so helpful. Very nice. Please make sure he gets his props . He is very good at what he does he is Atlanta bound if you want to keep him give him more money because he is good at what he does . Thanks so much he is what you need in the company. Dropped in to purchase new wipers for my vehicle and found not only fair prices and friendly, professional customer service, but the employee who helped me (Braydon) went out of his way to install the wipers for me free of charge. Thanks Braydon and Advance Auto on Hendersonville Rd. in Arden. I'll definitely be back.

We experienced a flat tire late last night and we're fortunate enough to pull in their parking lot. We had problems getting our spare from under our Silverado and ended up leaving it over night. This morning the friendly staff helped us problem solve and get us back on the road. Thank you!!!!!

Horrible customer service. The boys working here were extremely dismissive and unhelpful when it came to our auto questions. As soon as we walked away from the counter they began to loudly discuss the appearance of female customers. It was very disrespectful. Even though this is my closest auto parts store, I certainly will not be back.

I was sold a used brake rotors, then went back to complain about it. I was given a new front brake rotor for an 07 Toyota rav4, but the new ones is already warping at 1k miles and feel pulsation and shaking whenever I press the brakes.

The guy that rang me out definitely said something racist toward Mexican people as I was leaving, the store also has awful stock, and smells like moth balls.

Have been using advance auto pretty loyally for years. This location is not great. Try the other locations that are within about 3-5 miles and it ll be a better experience

This used to be Car Quest until Advance Auto (which owns Car Quest) renamed it and updated it. Closest store to the warehouse so you can basically find every part you need. If they don't have it in the store, they'll send ya to the warehouse.Still selling Car Quest parts so basically it's the same store.VHD

This is not like the other advance stores. The people who work here are unknowledgeable about parts and customer service. Yes you can buy parts here but they will hinder your purchases with unwillingness.
