I have had great service on my vehicles with no nonsense for any requests. A minor detail was left out on one repair. Work was performed fine but a detail of the parts obtained from a provider that neglected to let shop or the shop did not aware me that the struts installed actually lowered my vehicle slightly.

This shop is owned by some of the kindest and most honest people one could meet. We have had countless cars taken here for all kinds of automotive work and tires throughout the years. I have always recommend this place to anyone who asks where the best shop is. They've become like family over the years.

They take care, and offer honest advice about what they think should happen in order to fix whatever problem you may have with your vehicle. Its hard to trust just about everywhere when it comes to repairs. Most places in this day and age only want your payment and careless with the advice and or repairs, but you can expect prices way too high for the services they provide. L.a. tire cares about you and your vehicle. I would have given 5 stars, but one employee who delivers advice harshly and offers his opinion before you can get over his ,not rudeness but far from niceness attitude.

Have always brought my tires there, had a flat today & stopped in to get it fixed, yes the were closing in about a hour, but it's a simple tire plug, 5 min job I wouldn't have minded waiting, now they refer there tire repair out. &was rude about it. I set up an appointment to get my vehicle worked on, but there was a breakdown in communication of what needed to be done. I wound up selling one of the mechanics my vehicle. They do good work here at a really competitive price. If I ever need work done I cannot do myself I will return. Good people here.

It seems as though my review I left was somehow removed which I do not appreciate! I would not recommend this place to anybody. It has been 2 years since my experience with them but it was terrible. I took my car for a diagnostic check and they were supposed to check under my car because something sounded loose and rattling. It was an older car (1997) which I understand but they told me that the underside of my vehicle was so rusted the bottom would probably fall out and I'd be lucky to even drive it home. I was pregnant with my first child at this time as well. I asked them several times before leaving if they were sure that was the issue and they assured me it was. I drove home TERRIFIED! I called up a different shop that specializes in body work and they got me in the same day for a diagnostic check. The mechanic bent down for a spilt second and said "your car isn't rusted"!! It has normal rust nothing excessive!! Turns out it was a little piece that came loose and he charged me $75 to weld it back and the issue was fixed!! LA tire lies, if you go here I highly recommend getting a second opinion before letting them touch your vehicle or paying them a dime!

Hours of operation have changed since new ownership took over resulting in lower ratings. The working people usually get service done to their vehicles in their off time, mainly Saturdays but LA Tire is now closed on Saturday. Plus their weekly hours limit those who work until after 4 from getting there before they close. Prices and quality are fair, but as a life long citizen of the Archdale/Trinity area, I now have to go to Greensboro to find other businesses that are open to suit my needs.

Great service!! Took my 4 new lawn tractor, had them all ready by 1:00. This was on a Wednesday. A local tire shop down the road from them couldn't do it until Friday!!

LA tire always takes care of my needs large or small. I recommend pricing your tires here first, they were over 20% cheaper than others.
