I Just picked up my Jaguar XJ8 from Diversified Auto today. Dave Dressler and his Highly Qualified Technicians put a new motor in my car A few months ago and I took it back for its check up and he tweaked the computer and installed a new EGR valve.Now the car runs awesome. Wow!0-60 times are now under 6 secondsIf you want engine and drive-train work done on your vehicle ,do not take it to anyone else, Diversified Auto is one of the best Service Centers in North Carolina.

I just needed a couple tires mounted and balanced. They got me in right away, glad I didn't have to go all the way to town and wait... glad your local here, and thanks for the fast service

Very impressed with the service. I have a Ford F350 with a 6.4. The Ford tech is very knowledgeable and is great at diagnosing and repairing what is wrong with Ford trucks. First mechanic I have met that can diagnose and fix the problem with above average results. I took my truck to the dealership and they could not figure out the multiple problems with the truck. This guy figured it out and fixed it in two days, would have taken one but had to wait for parts. Friendly, respectful, and knowledgable staff. If you have a Ford truck this is the best shop in Eastern NC.

I have always gone to the location in Arapahoe, NC. Unfortunately, this location is closed now. They couldn't get people to work here.

Great advice and great service by the Arapahoe location of Diversified Tire and Auto. I had a flat tire on a late Saturday afternoon. They outlined all my options (repair, replacing one tire or replacing two) and let me make the decision. Diversified called three sources to get me the correct tires for my vehicle at a hoodprice. Great advice and friendly service. My aunt used Diversified for years and I can tell why!

This shop is only two miles from my house. The professionalism and courtesy I experienced at Diversified Auto in Arapahoe, NC needs to be replicated at other shops. These fellows run a " tight ship" and are to be commended. I will definitely return.

Diversified is the absolute best! They have serviced our cars for the past few years, and diagnosed difficult problems. They have gone the extra mile to get needed parts for German and Japanese cars, a couple of those being older cars. They are honest and timely. In this Covid time, they take all the precautions necessary to keep customers and workers safe.

I have been a supervisor in customer service for over 30 years. I have tried to treat others how I want to be treated. I have been to this location twice and was appalled by the rude and arrogant treatment. Even though they are the closest, I will never stop there again. Thankfully, I did find another shop on 55, Hardison's, that provided exemplaratory service. I will gladly drive the distance.

I do all my service at Diversified. I especially like the extra care they give my cars and truck when I bring them in for the annual state inspection. They have found things that needed fixing that probably would have left me on the side of the road somewhere if not repaired. They even gave me a loaner for free when they were doing the repair work.Great guys!

Adam Mcollum has been my mechanic since I moved here 7 years ago. Where he goes, I go. I will always recommend him. Diversified has gained an assett when they took him onboard! Way to go Diversified Auto & tire! So far, all the staff that I've encountered have been helpful, patient and kind to me.

We are all very lucky to have such an honest and reliable service station in Arapahoe! Dave Drexler, the owner, is just amazing. He is honest, smart, and always gets my car fixed quickly and affordably. I highly recommend Dave and Diversified Auto!!!

Very pleasantly surprised at how quickly my tires were replaced AND at the price. Michael met me at my car, asked where the tire lock was located (other places don t know that Mazda Miata s have tire locks), and even loaned me a vehicle to get some shopping done in New Bern. Customer service WITH a smile! Thank you, Diversified in Arapahoe!

The service and work had been from the beginning of the station, excellent!I have had several cars during those years----an '81 Volvo, a '90 Lexus, and now a 2001 Mercedes----Dave and crew maintained them all in fine shape----I saw my old Volvo cruising around Morehead City a few months ago---humming along good as new--- and I see my old Lexus from time to time in Pamlico County. When I sell my cars, I apways recommend that Dave keep them running--- and it appears that he does a great job.I never want to take my car anywhere else for maintenance or tires.

I wouldn't take my lawn mower to have the gas filled. Will keep replacing parts until you run out of money. Took my truck there with warning light poor quality fluid a week later and $1359.24 I'm told they don't know how to repair.Stay AWAY!!!

Great Place ~~ Great service~~ Diversified Auto provides you with recommended auto work in order of importance and safety ~~ When I need service I give Mr. Dave a call, explain my problem and make an appointment to get the work done. Very comfortable and clean while you wait. Thank you for the Great service you have been providing.

I come to trust the team at Diversified in Arapahoe. I believe them when I come in for one repair and they discover other issues. I trust they only suggest things that absolutely need attention. Micheal is a true benefit to the operation. Bob
