Always a smooth process from start to finish. Feels rather efficient. Love the proximity to the lake which allows me to drop off the vehicle and go for a great walk while I wait.

Went in to get an alignment on my F150. They were polite and professional. Alignment is perfect. Done in 45 minutes. Great job!

Terrible customers service! Waited for 3.5 hours just for oil change. Staff at the front desk were busy on their phones at the storage room even after the mechanic told them that the customers were waiting for a long time. I do not recommend. Worst place! Business name should be SLOW LANE!

I have been here before for a tire issue and they fixed it at a reasonable price. I went back for what I thought was a similar tire issue (tires not filling up with air) only to be met with Are you even filling them up correctly? by the representative doing my intake. It was said in a very misogynistic tone. I told him my past experience thinking it was something with the seal, and he didn t believe me still (even though it s in their records).He called me later to say he filled up my tires with no issue. I drove the car off the lot with the tire pressure light still on, thinking maybe it would go away after driving a little. It s still on. Nothing was resolved. I suggest taking your business elsewhere, especially if you re a woman.

Had a nail in a tire on my brand new truck. Called Wednesday and they had to order the tire. Showed up after work Friday and it took the advisor longer to get it approved than it did for the tech to mount and balance the tire. I was worried about the painted wheel getting scratched during the process but I couldn t even tell they touched it.

New facility fast friendly service. Nate manager and Sal provided excellent service. I have a 32 foot RV and they actually had a lift put it on to get the oil change and check under the chassis which I was surprised. They offered coffee and tons of space to work with also some monitors. Plenty of outdoor seating. Comfy seats to watch some sports as well. Price on getting a V10 Triton oil change with synthetic was great.

Paid $460 for a new battery and installation because ford told me it required a special battery. Come to find out, I could have done it myself for much cheaper. Wouldn t recommend unless you like getting ripped off.

Update 10-27-23: Seems things have gotten better for this place. Trying to get into the dealership for an oil change is ridiculous and they always want to send us here. Customer service has definitely improved overall.Customer service rep was rude. Wouldn't look up from the computer. No eye contact. Service was quick (We made an appnt) When told the car was ready.. Handed us the keys and we had to hunt for it behind the building. They didn't reset the vehicle oil life as well.. Won't be taking my vehicle there anymore.

Saved us big time today!!!! Stranded on side of road, AAA was taking hours and changing times til hours later. So hubby took off tire, ended up here and they not only put tire on the rim in quick time, but brought him back to me at van and helped put tire on! (Also offered to come pick me up)) thank you guys soooooo much

Great service. Attention to detail. Fair. Honest. I take both my Ford truck and my Lincoln sedan there. When I did the used car vehicle check when I bought the Lincoln they let me see the car for myself up on the lift. I really like them.

Last week I brought our 2018 Ford Edge in to diagnose an unusual sound coming front the front tire, which was determined to be cracked wheel bearings. Realizing we were under a warranty add-on, the rep (Jordan) at the Service station we used, crossroads ford s Quick Lane of Apex, handled contact with the warranty company for all claim authorization and paperwork which was completed quickly and easily. The claim was approved and repair completed quickly and thoroughly by the service station, covering all but our $50 deductible of the several hundred dollar repair. We ve used this Quick Lane many times, and they do a wonderful job!

It's mostly a good place. Customer service is good. The mechanics seem a bit slow. Just don't get how the best time I've achieved on an oil change us 55 minutes and that's after being 1st in line and waiting outside in the cold for a 1/2hr in a line. That's with no tire rotation.

Update 10/2023 -No longer my place to go. They wanted to charge over $140 for an OIL CHANGE for a 2018 Genesis G80 Sport. Is this a joke? I walked off and went to AAA the same day and got it done for $80 and with full synthetic oil !!!! What a joke. Feel free to screw your other customers !!Major disappointment.Holy chit. I would like to take the time to compliment Jordan and Cody and the entire staff. I needed an oil change quickly and Jordan took my call and got me in before closing. Came in with no appointment on a Saturday afternoon because a large piece of metal punctured my tire driving down 64 - not hopeful I would get any help that late in the day. To my surprise, I had one of the best experiences I ve had anywhere in the auto industry. The service advisor, Bill Powell, went out of his way to see what they could do to help me out, was friendly, professional, and had me back on the road in less than an hour.This will be my goto shop from now on. I had such a pleasant experience today to get my oil changed. They were quick and efficient especially after a work day! I don t normally use the apex ford location so they send me here but Jordan was so happy to help me and (didn t catch the name of the other person in the office) but she was equally amazing. Wonderful customer service and speedy! 10/10 strongly recommend!Service: Oil change

Has been great the last few years for my ford vehicles. However there is nothing quick about this location now. 3 to 4 hour wait is common when I call for a simple oil change. They do seem to take reservations now but you'll need to get in line 2 weeks out and need to plan far ahead.

No appts allowed. Called ahead of time to estimate wait time - super helpful. Showed up at 330, walked the dog, 430pm car was ready. Super efficient process even if I accidentally went to the Ford dealer/service directly - don't do that :)Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

BEWARE! I blame myself but took car in for tire rotation and oil change. They said is that all you need and I said yes and he said we will do the multi point inspection. I thought nothing of it as figuring it was an added benefit. Walked out after paying 104.05 and thought that was steep for the 2 things I needed done but have been there before and they are always clean and efficient. Looked at my bill and they charged me 40.67 for that multi point inspection. Just don't want anyone else falling for that. As I say, I blame myself for assuming but BEWARE!!Services: Tires, Oil change

I won a complementary oil change and tire rotation values at $59.95, so I went to crossroads who said I should go to Quicklane because they are affiliated with each other. I gave the advisor the voucher, he accepted it and then when I checked out, he said my bill was $67.52. I asked to confirm the complementary voucher was free (valued at $59.95) he insisted it was $59.95 from the original $89.95 price. I said I would pay the different of $30 but again he said it was $59.95 plus tax. I feel that anybody would understand what complementary means (free) with a "valued at $59.95" listing. Seems like this advisor was not willing to discuss this issue, which I feel is very poor on his part. I don't believe I will be going back to Quicklane Tire & Auto of Apex.Services: Tires, Oil change

THOMAS WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Took my vehicle in for what turned out to be a complicated fix. It took a while to figure out BUT I was well informed the entire time. I doubt anyone will ever forget THE FUSION Haha but I appreciate the kindness and respect. Showed up for a walk-in at 7:30am-ish and was out by 8:15am :) told them I was going on a road trip. Checked everything out, changed my oil, didn t try to sell me on a single thing. Always appreciate that! Thank you!

I was greeted by a friendly and attentive advisor, Lauren. She was efficient in getting my details and understanding what I wanted done. The technicians were respectful and efficient as well. The team is great and friendly. They do good work here! It was definitely more busy than usual as it is a holiday week and close to the end of the month so I waited almost three hours for my oil change. But they let me know up front that it would likely be two hours or so, do I knew what I was getting into!

Do not appreciate the new tire rotation "packages". May not return. It was better when it was included as part of oil change.
