I've been having cars repaired for over 50 years. When I brought a used car into my regular shop that they were familiar with to do a pre-purchase inspection, they found some things that needed repair or servicing. But they also missed other costly repairs that needed to be made that I found within a day or two after purchasing this car. Expensive ones like the emergency brake didn't work and the air conditioner compressor needed replacement. A trusted friend of mine in the automotive business recommended Premier One to me. They did an excellent job completing the additional repairs at a very fair price. They also noticed that the previous shop had installed a defective part that was already leaking lubricant. I was able to return and get this replaced under warranty. I wholeheartedly recommend this business.Services: Auto brake repair, Auto A/C replacement

I have had all my cars serviced by Brian and his staff for the last eleven years and cannot recommend them strongly enough. My first few years with them had me driving up from Sanford, which was sometimes an hour each way. I am now right around the corner in Apex, which is a relief. I trust them completely to give me an honest diagnosis and very reasonable charges. They never "find" something else they recommend having done just to run up the bill. I brought a used car here for a pre-purchase inspection. It was my first financed vehicle, and a huge monetary move for me. I was very nervous and I wanted to feel confident in moving forward with my purchase. I was met with honesty, eye contact, and smiles. Everyone was kind and open and took time to cater to all of my concerns. They answered every question I had and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My experience with Brian and Premier One Automotive was bar none the best experience I've ever had with a shop. Brian is very attentive, understanding and his guys do a great job! I initially had my vehicle at Crossroads Ford but was referred to Premier One and everything worked out better than expected. They performed a complete motor swap and my vehicle is running perfectly. They did it much faster than expected as they are very proactive so the tear down was completed thee days prior to to new motor arriving. Brian was great at communicating with me throughout the entire process and I couldn't be happier. Icing on the cake is that the shop saved me over $2,500 comparative to the dealership. They are a professional, expedient and quality shop.

I've been taking my BMW to Premier One for a few years and am vey happy with the service. They're more competent than the mechanics at the dealer (I realize the dealer mechanics are good and trained) and I have proof and receipts. Brian and his team are top-notch professionals and I highly recommend them!!!

As far as auto repair shops go this one is top notch on every level. .Both my Dad and myself have been going to Premier One Automotive for many years and have always had an excellent experience. They have always serviced our cars and kept them running in top shape. They are accurate and their prices are fair and they don't try and up sell you. The entire team is knowledgeable and they always take the time to explain in detail what my car needs as far as any repairs are concerned. Brian, the owner is big on preventative maintenance in helping to prevent or avoid more costly repairs in the future. I'm happy i have a friend in the auto repair business. Won't go anywhere else with my Audi, Mercedes and my Dad's Range Rover. 5 big Stars!

I have 2 experiences with this shop:1. I took my car in after I heard some terrible noise coming from the front end when accelerating. After keeping my car for a couple days they said they could not work on it because it had modifications. They did however start taking random guesses at what the issue was, claiming it might be a clutch issue. I took it to another shop who found the issue in less than an hour. THE AXEL WAS FALLING OUT. And this shop missed it somehow. I doubt they even looked under the car because it was very obvious. See pic.2. Took it in for an oil change because it s close to my work and I figured they couldn t mess that up. They exceed my expectations in the worst way. Got it back after paying $95 and the oil was overfilled. Guy tried to tell me it was no problem and that they followed the manual. Whether or not they followed the manual, the dip stick doesn t lie. It was overfilled. I ended up taking it home and fixing it myself.They won t be touching my car again. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Brian and his team did an awesome job on my car. Easy drop off, quick but careful repair, easy pick up. Cost was very reasonable. I had a wonderful experience at Premier One. The owner is very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to what I had to say. The technician that worked on my car did an amazing job and the work performed was very clean and neat. These guys are true professionals. The price was fair. Very satisfied customer.I just want to make a second note now that I have been back to Premier One again. It is just such a good feeling to know that there are still honest and trustworthy people in the world. You folks have 100 percent exceeded my expectations for a second time. Keep up the good work!

Honestly, cannot recommend this place enough!!Brian and his team not only diagnosed my issues in the same day, they had the parts ordered and car repaired before the following afternoon. I had taken my car to the local dealership for a quote and Premier was not only about 30% cheaper, they fixed and found more issues than the dealer did! I must say, any mechanical issues with your car is always a stressful thing to deal with, and it was refreshing to not only get my car fixed in a timely manner, but also not be price gouged to hell and back. I will forever be a customer, and I really think you should be too.

Since moving to the triangle over 20 years ago, my family and friends continue to count on Brian and his staff to treat our cars right and do fine work. Service at dealerships has always proven to give me more problems. The professional staff at Premier One will respect your cars the way they would their own. I recommend this shop to everyone because I trust them to do work on my cars and wouldn't buy a used car unless I got them to look it over first.

I've used these guys for auto repairs since around 2015. All I can say is that I keep recommending them to friends. Fair pricing on their services and every time I have brought in a car for service they have diagnosed and fixed it right the first time and I haven't had to go back.

Had my car towed in just after they closed one night after confirming on the phone they could check it out the next day (they were the only place close to where I broke down that was still open after 5pm that answered).Matt was very friendly, and quick to help out.Got a call the next day to give diagnosis and an estimate. I agreed even though I know I could have done it myself or had another shop do it cheaper, but since they already had the car, didn't want to worry about the hassle.Car was completed the next day (48hours after being towed in).So far car runs good, with no problems.I'm satisfied with the job they did.Although they are a bit over priced on their hourly rate for non-European cars (I have a Toyota Camry).And they replaced the starter with a premium brand instead of offering multiple price point starters.Overall I'm "ok" with this shop. Not overly satisfied, and I probably won't use them again. But definitely a decent shop that won't charge you for things you don't need.

Last October my engine started to knock really bad, and I found brass shavings in my oil filter. It turns out my 2003 ZHP had spun a rod bearing! I love that car, and I wasn't willing to give it up yet, so I knew I had to look around and find someone to replace my engine. These guys came highly recommended by some BMW owners in my neighborhood. I can completely understand why.They quoted me a really good price on a rebuilt engine, and during installation also gave me a great deal on a new clutch and flywheel. That was last October, and now the car is like new! And they really stand by their warranty--I've called them up about a few things over the past 10 months and they've been very responsive and quick to answer all my questions. I recently drove up to Baltimore (a 6+ hour drive with stop-and-to traffic past DC) and the car performed great!I will always go to Premier One for all my BMW service.

Premier One has the best customer service hands down. I recently had an issue with my vehicle so I went to a national known repair shop here in there area. I felt I was getting the typical run-around ( manager on duty said it would take 4-5 days to get a part from the dealership, other issues suddenly needed attention, prices seemed a little high). I decided to call Premier who had previously serviced my vehicle. Not only did they fix my vehicle same day, they also picked up my vehicle from the national franchise free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a trustworthy repair at a reasonable price, and by people who care.

I cannot speak highly enough of Premier One Auto. Owner Brian is kind and courteous and lets you know exactly what needs to be done. The other techs working there are pleasant and very knowledgeable as well. They handled my vehicle in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for their knowledge and the kind way they treat their customers.

Fair Price, quality work on CV boot replacement. Customer Service was top notch. My 2001 Passat drains battery when parked, but recharges every day when I drive it. However, I left it at the shop for 10 days while on vacation, it drained to empty. The guys charged it back up assuming it would be fine and sent me on my way. Next morning, car wouldn't start. Brian, the owner, apologized and came out after hours (7 pm) to my apartment complex which was pretty far from the shop to check it out. Replaced battery at no cost. We were floored. I've never had this sort of customer service from a mechanic. If word gets around the triangle about these guys, other mechanics are going to go out of business. I will be taking both of our vehicles to them from now on for maintenance.

Brian and his staff at Premier One did an awesome job on my new timing belt and water pump, and continue to give me great advice regarding ongoing maintenance for my high mileage vehicle. They were prompt, professional, and courteous in every way. I won't ever take my car anywhere else, even though there are many others more convenient to my home.

Had my 94 e36 work on here a few days ago. It was in for an oil change, trans oil, diff oil, and an overall inspection. The inspection revealed a few other parts that were in need of replacement so I had that work done as well. Prices were very competitive with other local shops but turn around was quicker. I feel the products Matt recommended were superior and less expensive than other recommendations I have gotten. I never felt pushed to do any additional services and I did not get the feeling I was being sold services I truly did not need. I got the car back in great condition with no hand prints, glove marks, or smears anywhere. This was my first visit to premier one but after the service I received from Matt and Andrew, the technician, I will be returning with all of my vehicles.

Highly recommended. I needed to get a serpentine belt and tensioner replaced on my 2006 Toyota Corolla. Matt responded quickly to my inquiry and the quote was a significant savings over the Toyota dealership repair quote. The facilities are welcoming, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I also value their warranty on their work - this tells me that they stand by their parts and service. Overall, a great experience.

The folks at Premier One automotive are absolutely amazing. We have had the worst luck with our 2010 Audi A4 . Took the car to several garages only to find that the problems we were experiencing were getting worse. We took the car to Audi and they told us that the car needed a new transmission. Audi quoted us a "you've got to be kidding me" price.We then called the folks at Premier One automotive and spoke with Matt. Can't tell how knowledgeable and motivated he was to solve our problem. Matt arranged to have our car towed to his shop and within 24 hours he gave us a detailed estimate of the work that was required to fix our car, I mean everything. Within 5 days Matt gathered all the parts and fixed everything!!!! I am a retired military soldier who served 24 years and I know great work when I see it. I have say this place deserves 100 stars. If you have a broke European car, STOP READING THIS REVIEW AND CALL THEM NOW! Could not be happier or ask for more. CALL THEM NOW!!!

My auto recently aged out of its factory maintenance period and a friend recommended Premiere One over the dealership for ongoing service. I have been impressed with the service, competitive pricing, and honesty from the shop. I don't hesitate to make the same positive recommendation to others looking for a great automotive service experience.

Premier 1 Automotive offers the best European import car service around. quality repairs at a price much lower than the dealer. I would recommend anyone with a European or any import car to call premier 1. Brian and his team made the repairs to my 328i BMW quickly and in the time frame they said they could. Highly recommended shop.

Let me preface this by saying I ve been to this auto shop only once for an oil change (which they did a phenomenal job and also didn t try to rip me off since I own a bmw). I had bought a part to install on my bmw that I didn t have the right tools for and I called in last minute in the morning to see if I could bring it in day of to get help installing it. Not only did they fit me in for the afternoon that day they did it in a reasonable amount of time where I could wait there and be on my way quickly. The staff was friendly and the service was fantastic. I will be bringing all of my future auto work here going forward. 5 stars. Thank you premier one auto for a great experience.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the repairs and the customer service at Premier One. I have brought my car in several times for various issues and been pleased with the work that was done. I find Premier One to be honest and would recommend them to others for car repairs. Especially enjoyed working with Matt and Carl.
