Matt and team did such a wonderful job helping diagnose the issue with my car. Very professional and accurate and very honest, letting me know if they could figure out an issue or not. 10/10 would recommend .

Matt, John, and Darren were easy to work with. My vehicle (part of my fleet) was making some road noise, and I suspected a wheel bearing issue. The team was able to confirm this via diagnosis (in less than 2 hours) and was also able to e-mail me a quote for the repairs at my request. I was able to also work with the team to find a replacement wheel bearing assembly at a discount which Peak Auto graciously accommodated in their final quote. The labor seemed to be on the higher end, but I can't complain with the turnaround (as I needed the car repaired quickly) and customer service, and I was able to maintain my budget. Overall, my experience with them was excellent. Drop off and pick up process was a breeze, and the car is doing well so far!

We have been coming here for years, and I only have good things to say. They are friendly, transparent, and have fair prices. I have gone to other shops in the past where I was worried they were trying to pull a fast one on me to get more money, but I have never had that concern here. They are also very responsive and flexible with scheduling. I definitely recommend this auto shop!

After three years of free (or pre-paid?) BMW maintenance was over, I found Peak Auto on one of many BMW forums. Replies to my online requests for scheduling were prompt - thanks to Matt. Matt also set me up with a loaner and provided me with a quote for the 40,000 mile service needed on my wife's X3. I dropped of the car in the morning and picked it up in the evening. No hassles, reasonable pricing, and clear communication. A bonus, Courtesy of Peak Auto, I got a Carfax report on the vehicle - which alerted me to the fact that it was incomplete with the 20k and 30k services missing. My one suggestion would be maybe lengthen the working day to 5.30 PM. I understand that they open super early at 7.30 AM and therefore close at 5 PM but 9-5 folks would probably appreciate the extra time to pick up their cars. Definitely recommend these guys!

These guys are amazing!!! We had my sons 2015 BMW towed here after it broke down on the side of the road. Through NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN, they were unable to fix it for us because our warranty was deemed null and void due to the dealerships errorHowever, John went ABOVE AND BEYOND to try and help us out! Even made multiple phone calls to the warranty company.Would definitely recommend based on customer service alone!!!!

This is my first time visiting this place for my Dodge charger service, They reviewed my car and gave honest opinion what need to be done. as this is specific model with wheels not usual they suggested to take it to dealer, which is appreciated for their honest opinion and they didn't even charge me. these people are best. sure will visit soon. thank you

I took my new (used) car there for the pre-purchase inspection, and they were excellent. They were very thorough and explained everything very well. They even saved me some money as I had one of the issues they mentioned paid for by the seller. I made an appointment last minute for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection and they were able to fit me in and get a car for me to use so I didn t have to miss work or anything. Fair pricing and one of the only places I ve taken my car to get serviced where I don t feel like I m being taken advantage of, I 100% recommend Peak Auto.

I was looking for a general repair shop in the Apex area. Landed on Peak Auto after seeing all of the positive reviews. Communication (via e-mail and phone) was excellent and timely. Explanation of the issues and the work needed (intake/exhaust solenoid replacement, oil change, spark plugs, cabin filter) was explained nicely and not in a pushy way. No work was completed until I gave approval to do so. Work was completed in a matter of hours and car pickup was a breeze. Issue seems to be resolved, and it was less expensive than I anticipated. I have only been using Peak Auto for a couple of years, but so far I have been very satisfied. My recent experience was the best. I knew I had a brake issue and I asked them to check my alignment. When they diagnosed the problem, they found that the brake rotors were misaligned. However, they noted that they probably misaligned the rotors at a previous appointment and did not charge me. And they said my alignment was fine and did not charge me for adjustments. So I thought they went above and beyond in their fairness and honesty.

My husband and I found this auto shop from the Google reviews and I promise you I have no idea why they are rated so high!!!! we went in for possible brake service and after leaving the vehicle there they called us back a short while later and explain that we needed front and brake pads and rotors and the job was gonna cost us close to $700. Unfortunately that s not something my husband and I can afford so we decided to pick up the vehicle and not use their shop. We were not told that there was gonna be a charge to look at the brakes and on the way home my car husband s Engine sounded strange like nothing we had heard before. We got the vehicle home and open the hood and noticed that they left the Air filter casing open and forgot to lock the clips in place which was causing the noise. For the life of me I have no idea why they were looking in the air filter case and forgot to close it. A few days later we took my husband s car to another shop that only quoted us $350 for a brake job and after the mechanic had put the car on the lift he called us to let us know that the car did not need brakes whatsoever, the brakes were fine and in fact It was actually the front driver side axle that was leaking a bit that needed to be repaired. Peak auto tried to pull one over us and charge us for something that was not needed. Shame on them for such awful business practices!!!! If you were thinking about going to the shop please get yourself a second opinion!!!!Service: Brakes

I'm so thrilled that I discovered Peak Auto!!! Daran and crew did a wonderful job on my 09 Mini. Service was timely and I couldn't be happier! I have never needed to use the waiting room; however, it looks comfortable with plenty of magazines and books. There are snacks and beverages available, too! This past summer my car needed a new clutch and oil repairs --their quote was very fair and the work done was quality and completed in a timely manner. They gave me a loaner, too! Thank you, Peak!

My wife and I brought our 2005 Toyota Sienna minivan in to John at Peak Auto this week. It was the first time I had used Peak and based that on all the good reviews that I had read. All the reviews were absolutely accurate! I think I might have given One review for something else in my entire life, but my experience with John was so over the top that I had to make sure that I posted my personal experience. For the work that was done, the price was exactly what it should have been, and I was not told that I had to have any other unnecessary work done. The icing on the cake was that when I went to pick up our car, they had washed and vacuumed the car out for us. That's unheard of in the automotive industry from my experience. Just that simple gesture alone thrilled my wife. I cannot say enough good things about them and I will be referring all family and friends to them, as well as bringing our vehicles in in the future should they need any more work done to them. Thanks for everything John!

They are honest and professionals. Highly recommend for BMW since it's hard to find good reliable repair shop.I did my first service to Peak auto on 2022 November due to check engine line for my 2016 BMW 740 I. It was related to O2 sensor. They said it was due to loose assembly and nothing wrong with the sensor. They fixed it without additional cost. Recommended spark plug change since it was more than 80k miles.I had a warning related to 'Air suspension' in 2023 march. Went again, but their diagnostic device was broken. Since the warning was consistent, I went to another shop around the same area (Cary/Apex). They also had good rating. But their service was horrible. Recommended software upgrade, which didn't fix the problem and then end up changing 'Air Suspension and Distribution block'. For the suspension change initially they quoted $5000. Later negotiated to $2900 after getting quote from Peak auto for the same price. Never go again.

Peak Auto takes excellent care of my car. I have been bringing our cars there for years. They always listen to my concerns, keep me informed about maintenance needed, explain what needs to be fixed and why, and let me know the cost before they do any work. My car always sounds and drives better after visiting Peak Auto, and I will continue to go there for anything my car needs.

I had to drop off my 2003 Honda EX V6 ... because of an A/C issue. Peak Auto tested the compressor and condenser.... both are working well. Yet, they found a leak in one of my hoses by applying dye. So glad for simple solutions. Back on the road again. Not sure why my BMW showed up as the image but Peak Auto provides maintenance on it also.
