I was really surprised by NAPA customer service it was awesome at this Apex location. Big thanks to them.

Stopped in for a new battery after mine died. The gentleman said he wouldn t be able to help me install the new one until tomorrow since he was the only one there (it was absolutely dead on a Thursday night). I didn t know if my car would restart so he brought out a jumper battery and was going to jump it for me. Fortunately it started without being jumped again, but it seemed strange that he was willing to take the time to jump the battery but not help to install a new one. I went down the street to advanced auto parts and bought a battery that they installed for me on the spot. Only giving 2 stars because he offered to jump the car. I won t be returning.

Kyle and Rick went beyond the call of duty to help me identify a longer wheel stud, particularly challenging was getting the knurl size correct. Hub was on a 31 ford and off of a later model ford.

We have been in Apex area for about 13 years. Didn't know this branch was even here. Kyle was a great help. He found a part no longer produced by Chevy for my 1988 Corvette. He ordered it and got it the same day. Awesome service. Keep up the good work Kyle :)

Customer service could be more friendly but they are competent and not unfriendly. Very small customer area, all products are behind counter, not a place for browsing; know what you want before you get there. Location and building suggests it was meant to be warehouse and delivery hub. Retail was an afterthought. Previously NAPA had been notorious for carrying only their own brand with few alternative choices and at prices competitive with only garages. NAPA now seems to making an effort to be more competitive for DIY mechanics.

Excellent service, Kyle and Bob are the best. They went above and beyond what any other auto parts store would do to help me get my classic car running again. I have found my new auto parts store. Keep up the good work I appreciate all your help...Thanks

Walker auto parts has served me well as a commercial customer, the manager Mike of this location is top notch, great service, great knowledge and does what he can to make the relationship work between business. Would recommend non other
