I visited the Apex location of Just Tires for the first time the weekend before Thanksgiving to get some new tires. I had a great experience from start to finish. I set an appointment time online the night before and was helped right when I walked in. After reviewing my tire selection that I made online, they did recommend a different tire. We had a discussion about it and they were flexible on the cost of installation with the new tires. I went and shopped in Target while they finished and they were done by the time I got back to the store. We get free tire rotation every 5K miles with them and I have no hesitation about going back. The employees were helpful, it was a good price, and they got me in and out quickly.

Tom, store manager, and John are both standup guys who run a shop with a level of customer service that should serve as a model for all automotive/tire business locations. I recently utilized a road hazard warranty replacement for a tire not normally held in stock. Within THREE business hours from opening, Just Tires Apex had installed a special-ordered tire transported from SC, with request for special order placed late afternoon the day before. Tom and John walked me through their recommended steps and provided quick, effective communication the entire time.This quick of a turnaround is difficult for any business, so my kudos goes out to the extra effort. I do not guarantee his same timeline be replicated for another customer, but the accomplishment of it is worth mentioning here. This just so happened to be the conditions and service I experienced! :)This level of customer service was above and beyond and was refreshing to experience. It was truly impressive. I ll be going back here for a while, no doubt. Thanks, guys!

Good experience - days before my appointment, the shop called to notify me that the tires I ordered online were not in stock giving us adequate time to explore other options. Had an opposite experience at a competing tire shop where I was told my order was not in stock after arriving for my appointment. Thumbs up from me for this Just Tire team.

They perform basic services well however their customer service strategy is strange. They have one associate who has on several occasions asked me about my religion and busted out a Bible to read me quotes. He has even gone as far as both printing me out bible quotes and handing them to me with my receipt and putting bible quotes in my emailed receipt. While I don't fault anyone their beliefs I don't think being preached to is something that should come with a new tire. This associate makes me very uncomfortable and while this location is convenient for me I will no longer visit them as this has happened several times.

Keon is AMAZING, I was in need of 4 tires for my 2018 Toyota Corolla. He made sure that I got quality tires for my vehicle and filled out the rebate paperwork without me having to ask, it s because of the exceptional customer service I received that I will continue to patronize Just Tires.

Zack, Tom and the entire crew were extremely professional and polite, especially since we had an unexpected flat! They got us in right before closing, changed out our tires, made only the appropriate recommendations (no unnecessary upsells) and got us safely back on the road! Highly recommend!

Worst shop I have ever used. Damaged my side view mirror (then denied it), left my hood unlocked after service (luckily it didnt fly up on my way home), put on the wrong tire (had to wait hours to get a new tire and spare). Stripped my lug nuts, them kept my lug nut lock. Kept my rim cap. These guys (Keon) are incompetent. (Thomas) actually knows what he is doing, but I do not recommend wasting your time at this dump.

It was 10 minutes to closing time Zach and Tom went out of their way to install a new tire without hesitation. They stepped in and did the job themselves because the tech had left. Exceptional customer service! Thank you both!

Zach and Lester were exceptional in their professionalism and customer service. It made the painful expense of having to replace my tires a good experience! Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and personable and answered all my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend!

This location provided the best customer service experience I've had in years!! They installed 4 new tires, all 4 brakes & rotors replacement and an alignment within the past week. The personal attention I received from Keon, Zach and Tommy was absolutely incredible! They took the time to explain things in great detail without rushing to push me out the door. If your looking for first class vehicle service at a reasonable price, look no further than Just Tires, Beaver Creek! I'll certainly be back..

Great experience with just tires in apex. I did tire repair in just tires. They are honest and told what to do with tire repair and fixed the tire for me. Nice people working there. I will recommend.

The guys went the extra mile to stay late and fix my brand new car tire.I was ill. We picked up the nail on the way to CVS Minute Clinic and saved us an uncomfortable hotel stay while ill, and a ton of money with just a tire repair.

Blew a tire on a Friday just before a trip. Everyone else was closed until Monday. Despite being a few hours from close and fully booked for the rest of the day, Zack found a way to get my tire fixed and back on the road. Customer service was above and beyond.

Zach took care of a last minute flat tire that I had heading to my sons sports tournament. They had a number of customers and were still able to get me in and out quickly. I highly recommend Just Tires!

Everyone was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. The management and staff personally ensured my car troubles were resolved quickly and at a great price! I'll definitely be back whenever their services are needed again.

I had an appointment at 6. Drove two hours to get there. They DONT HAVE CONVENTIONAL even though they advertise it in their website. Then claimed they couldn t do my oil change at 6pm (my appointment time) and they close at 7pm. He claimed the guy working was already in a bad mood for having to work late.As a customer I was fine paying for higher than conventional but to not do my oil change because you have staff issues or staff that doesn t want to work is unacceptable.I would not recommend. You are going to go in expecting one thing and you ll get bamboozled ending up wasting your time and spending more money.I ended up going to MR TIRE IN APEX. They took me in short notice. GO THERE. Their reviews are higher as well.

Oil change took 96 minutes with an appointment. Customer service is garbage. No greeting. There were two soulless bodies giving death stares at me. It was so chaotic that when my car was done and parked at the front, Keon Thompson told me I had to wait until my invoice was complete. No apology. No visible sign of caring. Take your hard-earned money to Costco for Tire, less expensive, life time alignment, best customer service. Black's Tire or Genesis of Cary.

Zack and Keon are simply amazing. Upon entering the store Zack greeted me without hesitation. Although he was assisting another customer he managed to provide that customer with exceptional service while acknowledging every person who entered the establishment.Keon immediately stepped in upon realizing there were a few customers who entered at the same time. Keon was patient, thorough, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. I ve never taken my car to any establishment other than Mercedes Benz, as I ve always been skeptical about the quality of service. Today, I may have found a new home.Thanks Keon and Zack for being intentional! I ll be sure to share my comments/reviews online.

Went and got tires yesterday for my car. The technician did a sloppy job putting the tires on. He left white tire sealant all over my tires and my rims.

A complete scam. I went there to change all tires on my Toyota Camry. Immediately after changing I notice tyre pressure light on my dashboard. I went there to complain about it and they change the battery on one of the tyre. I was told it should be good once you drive for a while,However the problem never got fixed. The tyre pressure light is still on and the actual tyre pressure on the dashboard never showed up. I wouldn t recommend anyone here. Go to Costco where they took all the responsibility on their job. Never again !

Great experience at the Apex location. Thomas and Keon were very knowledgeableand helpful. They suggested the perfect tires to fit in my budget. I am very pleased with Just Tires and will definitely do business with them again.

They did my oil change and tire rotation fine but called to tell me my CV axles on left and right in the front needed replacement. I told them to hold off bc I had not noticed any issues and a CV axle being messed up is very noticeable. We got a second opinion and was shown that both axles are in working condition. I just recommend getting a second opinion/second guess what you are told.
