BULLYING. Just watched the many of what I would assume are sales men/woman standing behind the front desk area berate a young woman picking up her car to the point of making her cry to what it seems like just make each-other laugh. I am devastated by the kind of the people who chose to work with the public and then mock them. It felt like the worst kind of bullying from high school days. The culture here is disgusting. Beware.

Drew is the best! Helped us out all the way. He stayed late with us in the office to help us throughout the deal and adjusted his schedule to help deliver the car to us.

I have bad experience with this dealer they sold me a Toyota car with tires and alignment issues cause bad noises while driving before I go to them I went to Mark Jacobson, another Toyota dealer close to me and the service center told me the issue from the bad tires need to be changed for free, but bcz you didn t buy the vehicle from us you need to go to your dealer, when I go back to Hendrick Toyota my dealer they refused to change the tires and they told me that this car has bad isolation I changed the tires by my self they didn t pay any money and the problem was solvedWhen you open their website they gave you a lot of discounts but when you go to them nothing of it will applyTake care and try to check the vehicle twice

Do not book with Chris!!! My appointment was at 2:10 and my car sat for an hour before even being seen in the shop and thanks to another service tech being on it he was able to order me a Lyft so I could go home rather than sitting at the shop till 6pm.. Oh and Chris really tried to tell me that for just a brake pad job and oil change that I was going to need a rental but then when I got frustrated about that somehow my car was magically finished and so I finally got back home at 7pm. 5 hours for a brake pad and oil change?! Seriously??!!The only reason why I m leaving two stars is because of the other tech stepping in and fixing Chris s mess up, if it weren t for him I would be leaving only 1 star and a way worse review.I am very frustrated at the lack of care and communication Chris took with my vehicle and I will never let him near it again.*Also the techs were in such a rush that they didn t put a new oil sticker on my car so thank goodness I know how often my oil is supposed to be changed*
