Yesenia helped us make sure we brought the car we wanted with no pressure. She showed us Highlander and the Grand Highlander and explained the differences between then.She also was able to check and see Grand Highlanders were available and keep us updated with status.She was informed and professional and dedicated to our satisfaction!

I have never enjoyed car shopping in any way. I ain t much of a fan of salesmen either. This dealership right here along with their salesman Xavier and their finance manager sure made it a pleasant experience. I have purchased several new and used vehicles over the past 15 or so years from numerous dealerships and none of those dealerships come close to being the joy to work with that Hendrick of Apex was! Awesome job fellas, and I highly recommend y all!

Kenny Beaver is the best sales person on the floor. He is very personable. He gets you the best deal. He makes dreams come true. Also make sure to finalize your paperwork at the end you make sure you see Quincy H. He is funny and very personable as well. Great team the two of them

I bought a car from here pretty much entirely over the phone. It was a really easy transaction. Ty sent me all the info I needed, multiple videos, pictures of everything I asked for and didn t make me feel bad when I called multiple times throughout the day. Entire deal was agreed on before I came in. Day of, Ouafae was super helpful and a pleasure to talk to while the car was being cleaned up again before I drove it back to Virginia. Everyone I dealt with on the business and management side was incredibly polite and patient as well. Be nice to these guys and if the deal is there they ll make it for you.

Ashley Kurtzman is a wonderful sales person. She made my purchasing experience smooth and simple. I like her laid back and knowledgeable approach to helping me pick the best vehicle. Had a service appointment scheduled on Saturday April 6 since I had an odd engine service message show up on my rav4 dash stating engine Maintence required but no warning lights on the dash and that had been coming off and on. Get there for my appointment and am checked in by Ronald (or Donald not sure, but an older gentlemen with a 5 year service badge) and after explaining why I made the appointment and that unfortunately the warning wasn t on at the moment, was totally dismissive of my claims and said due to my mileage I wasn t due for anything and when they last serviced my vehicle must not have cleared the records . I kept trying to explain the issue but he just said I needed air in my tires and pretty much said I didn t need to get it looked at despite my questions and that I would have liked to have my engine looked at. I even brought up what I had been reading online about others with the same issues and was told if that was the case I would have a warning light on. He was probably trying to be helpful in having be avoid a diagnostic fee but I drove from NE Durham to have this problem looked at and was sent away after being told the records don t lie . Lo and behold the next day the message popped up again. It s too bad since I bought my car here a few years ago and have received decent service until now. Not sure I ll be back after having my time and concerns dismissed.

Doesn t everyone just dread the thought of going to a dealership to buy a used or new car. The instant thought is that of a pushy sales person. If you re looking for a delightful car purchase experience, go to Hendrick Toyota of Apex and ask for Antonio. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We knew exactly what we were looking for and he helped us with that purchase. He didn t try and push us into something that was beyond our budget. He gave us plenty of time to chat, and make a decision amongst ourselves. Antonio is great to work with and I would highly recommend him for your next car purchase.

O'Neil, our sales associate, was wonderful. He was punctual and showed us options. He swiftly got us our deal and made sure everything was taken care of. He gave us an in depth orientation on our sienna. Antonio, our finance associate, was wonderful too. He explained all the different packages thoroughly and we purchased our Sienna with ease. I highly recommend O'Neil and Antonio! We truly received "a part of the family" experience!

We had a great experience working with Chandler to purchase our 2024 Toyota Highlander! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and took the time to answer all of our questions. I've bought many cars in my lifetime, but I've never had such a pleasant and seamless experience as I had at Hendrick's Toyota Apex. My salesman, Raul Amacker, was AWESOME! He was so knowledgeable and honest. I honestly can not commend or recommend Raul and Hendricks enough. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, look him up.

Xavier did a great job in guiding us through the new Grand Highlander we purchased. This was not the original vehicle we wanted because what we wanted would have taken up to 6 months before we got it. So we thought about it and decided to go with this one instead. We did not get any pressure from him or feel obligated or anything. The facts are, there's a shortage out there and we had to order what we wanted. Sometimes that's the best thing you can, is order exactly what you want! He did and was able to get it to us in less than 4 weeks! He did a great job! Would recommend him!

Fantastic! Wale aka Wallie -(Olawale O.) was the best customer service/car buying experience I have ever worked with. He gave us no pressure, and was so calm, kind, and patient. Having just purchased a new vehicle at Hendrick Toyota Apex, we can easily say it was, by far, the best and most painless car buying experience that my husband or I have ever had. We have personally had very poor experiences in the past dealing with dealerships and we didn't have any issues, at all, with this one. Everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful, respectful, patient, and understanding - especially our salesman Adrian who went above and beyond. He ensured we ended up with the vehicle we wanted. When they didn't have the exact vehicle, trim, color, and features we wanted in stock (which is completely understandable), they went out of their way and were able to locate one at a sister dealership and transport it into this one, at no additional cost to us, which was extremely generous. The negotiation process was easy and quick. They ultimately offered a price which we also considered very fair, and due to their respect we had experienced up to that point, it was a no brainer. The ease and fairness of this dealership honestly took us back a bit due to our poor experiences in the past. When we look for a new vehicle, this will absolutely be one of the first dealerships we go to. Thank you Hendrick Toyota Apex, you guys rock and we love our new 4Runner!

We purchased a new Toyota 4-Runner TRD Pro today and our overall experience was great at Hendrick. Yesenia was our sales representative who was fantastic, very friendly, and helpful through our entire buying process. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Too bad you cannot give 0 s. I made an appointment for 940 am. I arrived on time for my appointment. I did not receive a completion text until 1135. How????? I came in for an oil change, and yes they did their multi point inspection, but it s Toyota (they perfected efficiency). Im not sure if they walked to an oil well to get the oil or if they recycled it themselves, but this is totally unacceptable. I came here before and it was easy peasy. I finally left this place in a loaner at 130pm. If you come here please bring an overnight bag, and some snacks because you will be camping out here. There was a 10 minute delay from 1225- to 1235, because I had to charge my phone to show proof of insurance for the loaner.

Darryl Harp is the best salesman I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! And I ve purchased a lot of them in my 69 years. He was courteous, responsive, and always professional. Everything that I asked him to do, he did without question. His biggest service was having everything ready when I picked the vehicle up. I was in and out in record time!

I had the greatest experience ever working with Ty! I wasn't happy about purchasing my vehicle I had talked to someone throughout the day about a vehicle I was interested in. She assured me she would be available when I got there. She was not and honestly I was gonna leave. I have the opportunity to work with thai instead. His funny sense of humor made me forget about the other sales person who is supposed to help me out. I'm still enjoying my car! I couldn't be more happier! Thanks Ty! Your are SIMPLY the best!!!

Great experience at Hendrick Toyota! The manager was good and Raul our sales pro was so personable and went above and beyond! He knew the vehicles inside and out and was just really great to work with. Winston the finance guy was great too. Such an unexpectedly nice experience buying a car!

My Names are Benedict WereI had a fantastic experience with Xavier who helped purchase my Nissan Rouge. From the moment we walked into the dealership, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect vehicle for my needs. If I could give 100 stars I would. Kenny Beavers was a joy and pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond my expectations to get me into my new 2024 RAV4. I never once felt pressured or was he constantly calling like many other dealerships do. He let me take my time until I was ready and then we showed me many options until I made the right choice of vehicle. I am so happy to be a part of the Hendrick family but ever so grateful to Kenny for my new ride!

Our sales associate, George, was awesome and this was by far the best experience I ve had purchasing a vehicle. He was kind, knowledgeable and never pressured us while we were making our decision. I truly couldn't have had a better sales experience than with Tom McClay at Hendrick Toyota of Apex. I was looking for a certified pre-owned that met my criteria and he was helpful in showing what inventory was available and narrowing down our search. He patiently takes the time to make sure all your questions and issues are addressed and truly cares that you are looked after and get what you need. He is not your mental image of a pushy car salesman, he is a very kind and honest person and is who you should go to for your next car purchase! Love my sporty new Mazda 3 hatchback with all the space and safety features I was looking for but also the fun and looks factor I didn't think I was going to be able to afford. Trading in was super simple and fast as well!

Xavier was very helpful immediately as soon as I arrived. He made me feel comfortable with every decision made. He was full of knowledge with all of the specifications of the vehicles and with resolving any concerns that I may have had. I would highly recommend having him assist you at this particular dealership.(04/17/24) Oil Change and Rotation - Malcolm was very helpful and accommodating to my son and I. He made sure that we felt at home and comfortable as well as providing us with a car wash. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to talk to.
