I brought my 2019 Dodge RAM to Hail Starz to repair some door dings and fix a dent in my tailgate. I had dented my tailgate when it hit a sharp piece of metal sticking up on my boat trailer after opening it. While the dent wasn't large, Jason from Hail Starz explained it would be a challenge because it was on a angled piece of the tailgate and the rear camera made it hard to get at the dent from the inside. After I dropped the truck off Jason called and said after putting their fancy light on it, he could tell the paint was stretched and there was a risk that the paint could crack when pushing out the dent. After some discussion, I decided to let them try and told them to do their best. Anyway, I'm happy to report it came out perfect! You would never know there was a dent there. Needless to say I am very pleased with the professionalism Jason showed and the quality of the work. I highly recommend Hail Starz for fixing hail dents, door ding, or any other small dents.

Just got my truck back from Jason, and I can confidently say that his service deserves a solid 5 stars. From start to finish, he impressed me with his expertise and willingness to discuss the process and answer all my questions. He delivered flawless results, and is obsessive about making things perfect. Exceptional communication, the repairs were completed quickly, and the pricing was transparent. I highly recommend Jason.

I ve had great experiences with Hail Starz for hail damage on two different vehicles -years apart. They have been around a long time and do superb work. Jason is professional and always responds in a swift manner. I ve recommended his company to family and friends who are all equally as happy with their service. Hoping to not get hit with hail damage again but if I do, I know who to call!

Wow, these guys truly are 5 stars. After our car was damaged by a recent hail storm (being parked in the driveway rather than the garage, long story), I reached out to Hailstarz after simply seeing their great reviews online. Jason was incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning. He dealt with the frustrating car insurance company and fought for them to cover the paintless dent removal that his company provides - and he did! Thousands of insurance dollars later, our car looks BRAND NEW. You would have no idea there were upwards of 50-60 dents all over the hood, car top and even window trim. Jason is a gem to work with, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He kept great up great communication in the time that he had the car in his shop for repairs and always kept us up to date. We love supporting small/local businesses and we're proud that Hailstarz is part of our community!

I had moderate hail damage from the recent storm in the Cary/Apex area. I have a brand new Honda with less than 2,000 miles, so I was nervous about a local body shop doing the job right. After seeing the positive reviews left by others I thought I would give Hailstarz a chance. I am really glad I did. Jason was awesome from beginning to end. He helped to advise me with the insurance claim, had great communication over the phone and via text, got me in and out in a matter of a few days, and the car looks, and is perfect! I am so impressed! It almost makes having hail damage a positive thing (almost). In any case, I would highly recommended Hailstarz and Jason. You won t be disappointed.

These guys deserve 6 stars! First off the work was excellent, have full confidence on letting Jason fix your car, you are in great hands! Beyond that is the convenience and service, I am busy and not only was my car picked up from my home for the estimate and then again for the repair both times it was returned to me detailed and clean! Hailstarz is a shining example of what a business should be like! Thank you for everything it was such a pleasure and easy transaction!

What a great staff. They all work together to get your estimate done quickly and clearly for the insurance company. What an excellent, pleasant group. If you have hail damage that you want fixed absolutely correctly. Give them a call. Lisa and Jason are great. 10 stars would be better.

It was so great doing business with HaiStarz, especially Jason. They found several additional hail dents and worked with my insurance to have them covered.The quality of the no-paint process is exceptional. Their turnaround time was fast, and exactly as promised. We would highly recommend them.

Jason and the Hailstarz team just did some PDR work on a car of mine that had hail damage from a recent storm. These guys went above and beyond and even fixed some previous damage where work had been completed subpar (this was before I owned the car). I can honestly say my car came out looking better than it did when I bought it. Not only did they remove older dents at no cost, they took care of some oxidation too. Jason and team communicate with you each step of the way and are extremely pleasant to deal with. They know how to run a successful business and will take excellent care of your car. If you re looking to have work done to your car, Hailstarz is definitely the first place you should go!

I m so happy with the repair job I received from Hailstarz. You can not tell any work was done on my Porsche Macan. The unsightly dents are gone. Jason is both honest skilled and an expert in his field. In the unfortunate situation you have hail dents or careless door ding dents I highly recommend you see Jason at Hailstarz.

I can't tell you how happy I am with the team of Hailstarz. My truck was brand new, off the lot for TWO days when we got hit by a hail storm.... I contacted Hailstarz and they have been nothing but professional and accommodating and managed to help me and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. My truck looks like nothing ever happened! Can't recommend them enough.

The Team at Hailstarz fixed a pretty significant dent on my baby in a timely manner. The price was fair and the conversation with all parties involved was great which to me is priceless in this day and age. I would highly recommend their service. If you think your damage is to extensive call anyway and get an estimate you will surprised what they can do.

Jason was easy to work with and they handled all the communication with my insurance company - The repairs were completed ahead of schedule and looks great! Hopefully, we won't need his service again - but if we do, this is the place to go!

Outstanding work and finished quickly. I went in expecting it to take a while but they did the job in no time and my truck looks brand new again. They don't just get the hail damage, they got the shopping basket creases, door dings, and all the banged up spots that annoyed me. Looks awesome!

A BIG thank you to the team at Hailstarz for repairing my vehicle from massive hail damage. There were a few dents that I really didn t think they could get out but they did it!!
