My car got hit by hail. I looked around and saw great reviews for HailStarz so decided to go with them. Jason did not disappoint. Jason has been prompt throughout the whole process. He advised on what to do with the insurance and worked with the insurance company directly for additional repairs. He kept me updated on the work and his team finished much faster than I expected. The work was great and you can't tell that anything happened to the car. I definitely recommend Jason and his team for any dent work you want done.

I cannot recommend HAILSTARZ enough! I left my relatively new Honda Odyssey out the night a pretty good hail storm came though in NC. At fist glance it did not look like much damage but once I parked it in the garage there was a good amount of dents covering the car. I also had a pretty good dent from hitting something on my front fender. Jason made this whole process so easy and and truly went above and beyond what I expected. He worked with the claim adjuster and worked overtime to get my van done in a few short days. He also spent extra time and was able to fix the dent in my fender that I thought I was going to have to take to another shop to get fixed. Jason is very professional and took the best care of my car. I felt like I was driving a brand new car went I picked it up! I am so thankful they are close should I ever need to use them in the future.

First class experience. Jason was professional, responsive courteous and above all a breeze to work with. We had two vehicles that had taken a beating with a big hail storm (about 400 dents between them). They were returned to us in pristine condition. Jason even had our vehicles washed and detailed. We would have no hesitation in recommending Hailstarz, and no concerns about returning for future repairs.

This company is top notch. Truly the ONLY easy experience I have ever encountered dealing with a company and certainly including the insurance aspect! With all the recent Hail storms I had accrued some pretty good damage to my car. Obviously being without a car, that you are used to having, is a serious juggling act! Jason made the process as easy as possible! He updated me through out and drop off and pick up convenient for me and didn t have me drop it off until he knew I would have the shortest wait time (on the insurance adjuster part). Once insurance approved his work and quote they were done within days! So fast! Jason himself is such a nice a guy and a true pleasure to work with. I ll also say that when I got my car back it was cleaner than the day I bought it! Excellence from start to finish! I wouldn t bother with any other company.

Jason and his team are super friendly and go way beyond the expected to ensure your vehicle is fixed and cleaned. They worked long hours and still stayed late so I could come after work to pick up my car. I had a lot of hail damage and they returned my car in better condition than before the hail storm..removed door dings and washed the exterior and cleaned interior, returning it like a brand new car. Dealing with car damage can be stressful, but these guys totally took the stress away. Highly recommend Hailstarz!

I had my car recently damaged quite a bit by a hailstorm. I searched online and found Hailstarz with good reviews. Gave them a call and talked to Jason. He explained the entire process to me, including how to file a claim with the insurance company. I dropped off the car with them. It took them exactly one week to file everything with the insurance, get the claim processed, and repair my car! And I was amazed by the quality of work. The car looks like it has never been through any hail storm. I only called Jason once during the time my car was with them, just to make sure I don't bother them much. He was as polite and friendly as he was before I dropped off the car. Wonderful job. I hope I don't go through another hailstorm, but if I do, I am not worried anymore!

My SUV suffered some hail damage in a recent storm. I did a bunch of research on where to get the work done. I originally went to a place in Raleigh to get an estimate, and while they were nice people, they didn't believe in wearing masks - a small inconvenience for several thousand dollars worth of business.While at the Raleigh shop, I called HailStarz and spoke with Jason about bringing my car in. Jason was very personable and professional. They took care of my deductible, worked with my insurance company, and cleaned my interior. Jason also never took any issue with wearing a mask. Great quality work as if the storm never happened!Another bonus is a Hertz car rental location being a mile or 2 away.Thanks for the pleasant (and covid-safe) experience!

Had a great experience working with Jason and his crew. We had 2 cars with hail damage and they came out looking like new when they were done. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure everything was fixed properly. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Jason was willing to review text pictures of my car s damage, which was a highway stone strike to the hood, so I knew it would be worth the trip. Did not over-promise, but managed to expertly work out two small dents while I waited. Reasonable rate. Does not do paint, but offered very helpful recommendation for this. Highly recommend this company!

Due to a recent hail storm, I researched some body shops and saw positive ratings and wanted to learn more about HailStarz services. Jason was kind enough to meet me and answer my questions (regardless of how many I had) and I felt comfortable with him and his team doing the repairs. He cares about the quality of your vehicle and the process to repair it and I respect that. Thanks Jason!

Jason with Hailstarz is very professional, efficient, and took care of all the damage to my car. He pointed out to me everything that he saw, putting it under his light to show me all of the damage that had happened, and making sure I understood the entire process. He made sure to take the time to take care of my car for me as if it had been his own. He also took it to be detailed after all the work was completed. I am grateful to all of the hard work, and for making sure to take the time to go the extra mile.

Jason does great work. A few weeks ago I got a decent amount of hail damage and found hailstarz. Jason make the process easy I dropped my car off and then was quickly ready. He even stayed late to allow me to pick it up on the same day it was ready. If I ever have damage on my car again I know who I will be going to.

My car recently had some hail damage and in searching for a place to repair it I came across Hail Starz. I watched the video on their site and in seeing what other companies have done to other peoples cars I decided to give them a try. Jason went above and beyond, with being helpful and courteous in getting my car looking like new. I would definitely recommend Hail Starz to anyone.

They were so helpful at HAILSTARZ. Vehicle was damaged from golf ball size hail damage and they were about to work it out without replacing parts. They were helpful with coordinating on my busy schedule and they made it hassle free with my insurance adjuster and enterprise. My car was returned in better condition, inside and out! Highly recommend this company!

Top Notch, You Won t Regret It!No more words were needed except for "Real Professional" , "Really Friendly", "Best Skill". Now my 2019 Avalon is back to a brand new again like it never happened. if your car is damaged in a hail storm. or got dent, you must go this repair shop. I would give them 10 stars.

I have a brand new truck that got devastated by a hail storm in Apex. I was not super hopeful that itwould be fixed. It looks 100% brand new! They even fixed a door ding that was unrelated to the hail damage and detailed the truck. Very responsive and helpful. Could not of asked for a better experience. Thanks guys!

I put a nasty little dent in the roof of my 3 week old Honda Ridgeline due to accidentally dropping a heavy object on it. Hailstarz got the completely dent out and repaired the clear coat...looks like nothing ever happened. Work was done in just a few hours.
