I purchased a set of high tread used tires here and the install process was quick and straightforward. They didn t have my exact tires, but did have another set that would fit. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes and the staff was friendly.Three weeks after purchase, I experienced a big blowout while driving on the highway. I returned to Fussell the next day they were open and asked if there was anything they could do, but was told that used tires have no warranty (to be fair, this was on the paperwork I received when I made the purchase). This might just be the nature of buying used tires, but I expected the product to last longer than 3 weeks and a few hundred miles. This experience left a bad impression on me, so I ll have the blown out tire replaced elsewhere and likely will not return to Fussell.

I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody! I had purchased used tires there twice or three times, every time I bought tires from there I end up going somewhere else to replace them in less than 6 months, imagine that! Also, took the car there for alignment last August, all my front tires are ruined in less than 6 months, went back to challenge them on that, the answer I got was: "Will put the on the lift again and we will charge you $49", my response was: I just had alignment here in August, the alignment should't go that bad, that quick! Well, you could get them done now then you leave the parking lot and you may hit something and that would do it, the owner or the boss lady replied! Huh!! I said. She scheduled me for an appointment for the following day and moved on...Business as usual! I am struggling to understand her approach, they didn't seem to own up to NOTHING!! End story.

Needed my front 2 tires replaced. Discount Tire quoted me $500+ for new ones, so I shopped around for used ones instead. Called Fussell Tire, who said they didn't have any used tires my size but offered to give me 2 new ones for less than $400. They ordered them that same morning and installed them that afternoon, in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely get more tires from them in the future. Highly recommended.

Just like that hole-in-the-wall restaurant that all the locals tell you about and usually has a line wrapped around the corner for lunch, this tire shop will not disappoint. It may not be as fancy as some of the national tire chains, but don t let it fool you. You will get great service, reasonable prices, and a fast turn around. Even better it is locally owned and in business for over 40 years. I have used them multiple times and always had a great experience. Highly recommend Fussell Tire.

One of my tires were ripped and I needed something asap! I saw their page on Google and decided to give it a shot. I have never been to a tire shop that bad such amazing customer service until now. Literal life savers for such a low cost. Highly recommend to everyone!!

Went to get a tire patch after running over a screw. Arrived just after they opened and was back on the road within 25 minutes. Professional and prompt service that's very affordable. 100% recommend.

I have been working with Fussell Tire for about 10 years. They have done many different tasks for me including alignments, supplying used spares and matching price on a set of 4 high end tires when I saw a really great online sale. Today they once again went out of their way to get my work completed. I have never been disappointed in their service.

Very good customer service. Stopped at Fussell Tire this morning to get a flat fixed. They started work on it right away. 20 min later my tire was fixed, I paid a fair price! Will come back always I need!

Stopped at Fussell Tire this morning to get a flat fixed. Like everyplace else these days, they are very busy and probably short on staff. However, they told me that they could get to it in about 20 minutes, and then the repair would take about another 20 minutes. A half hour later my tire was fixed, I paid a reasonable price, and I was on my way. They even answered a few questions I had about my tires. I ll need a new set pretty soon, and I ll probably come back to Fussell for them.

During my last visit a flat tire on my Camry was fixed within minutes... during this visit a flat tire was patched quickly. They offer plugs - not guaranteed as well as patches - guaranteed to not leak. Very happy about their service!!

I've been to Fussell Tire for brake work and steering issue. I appreciate the fact that Jimmy called to discuss my wants as far as repair and have never felt pressured into fixing/buying a single thing.

Don't go here, the will fussel u in the A. Sold me a used tire w a giant hole in sidewall and didn't even dunk tire in water which is used tire rule #1. Then they made me get another blowout on side of hwy for second time in two days putting the spare on. You think this is funny in 100 degree heat? Don't waste your money go to maxx' s around the corner. Amigos are way more fair than fussel. Or hit Murray's used tire in Raleigh, or hit yourself in the head with a hammer....just don't go here.

Can not comment on tire service. I stopped by for an estimate, service was ok. Could have been friendlier as staff barely said hi, or welcomed you, or made you feel welcomed.

If they mess up be ready to waste your time and come back. They ll right their wrong but hopefully you don t value your time because they don t value it. Will still make you pay full price for their mistake.Have been using them for a couple of years now and will never come back. Save your time and money and give it to a place that cares about their customers. Oak city tire in Raleigh will be your best at customer service and dependability.Editing because they replied.Y all had no care of my safety or others on the road by sending me out like that! After wasting my gas and time to come back to y all all you did was what you we re supposed the first time. Glad y all made your money and have no care for mine or my time.Again save your money and take it to a shop that really cares about the customers who walk through their front door.The tire that I had asked to be replaced had a GASH in it and was flat on the ground.On top of that they didn t even put back on the tire that was bought they put on a lower grade larger tire that s not even the right size.Honestly people avoid this place at ALL COSTS! Will also be reaching out the to the BBB.

I called ahead looking for a used tire, and they went a checked and double checked over the phone with me twice. Meaning instead of mishearing me and telling me they don't have something they wanted to make sure. First sign of good customer service. Her name was Theresa.Then they told me to just come by with no wait. Instead of taking hours like all these other places between Holly springs and apex, I just pulled up. They have a guy with a jack that's quick, you just pull into the front area and he's on it. Didn't catch his name, skinny white dude.NOW HERE'S the best part. My man, Kevin, thoroughly told me that all I needed was a patch since the nail in my tire was between the tread. That my tread was better than the one they were offering me.Some may be discouraged by the looks of the place, but why be? Like an OLD diner with great food this place is top notch. I'm definitely coming back for my other tires. It took 20 min and costed me 28 bucks. Best price in town.

This place totally made my day! Lol excellent service, they were so nice and extremely communicative and patient with me while trying to arrange my car to be towed there within two hours of closing. They finished quick and even stayed a little late to wait for me to come pick it back up! Price was so much better than what I expected to pay and they were even able to recommended a local glass shop (Griffeth Auto Glass) to replace my windshield that ended up saving me $200 and is able to get it done sooner for me than if I had gone with Safelight. Thanks so much guys, I ll definitely be back and recommending you to everyone

Have been to fussells three times in 2 weeks for the same tire. Yesterday being the third time, and now I'm waiting for AAA to bring a new tire as the used tire I got from fussells is flat. No there is probably no guarantees for the used tire, but you should stand behind your work. I've already spent 160$ and my tire is still flat. I want a partial refund. It's just bed business otherwise.

About a year ago, I bought a full set of tires from Fussell Tire. When they put the tires on, they put a new stem on each tire. All of them were bad. Over the course of the last year, I have had three flat tires, all due to the stems leaking and being unable to hold air. One happened when I was driving down a busy road at 65mph. My car went from driving fine to a completely flat tire and a near accident in a split second. This was within a week of getting the tires and we thought it was a fluke. The second happened overnight when the stem started leaking and I woke up to a flat tire before work. The third was a slow leak that we noticed last night when I was changing my oil, also the stem. My partner and I could have been badly injured as we were almost in an accident on the highway at a high rate of speed because of the mistake Fussell made. I won t even go back to them to have them fix this, and I won t recommend them to anyone.

I've been taking my vehicles to Fussell's Tire ever since my kids were little. (They're grown now). Their service is always prompt, thorough, VERY FAIR, and conscientious of what works best for me and my cars. This is a family owned business, and you can tell it because their integrity is beyond measure. I trust them completely. As long as they are in business and I'm still kicking, I will continue to take my cars there. Don't blow me off because I'm female. I spent hours upon hours in my Dad's work shop while he worked on his Fords over the years and as a single parent, I HAD to learn about cars for survival sake. These guys have always been a blessing to me and kept me on the road! I highly recommend!

A surprisingly busy car maintenance shop with an equally surprisingly neat and clean waiting room. Great place for new and used tires. I stopped in for a mechanical, I was impressed with the environment and surprised by how clean and professional the waiting area was.They have many local customer who they treat as family. The kind of history that only time and satisfaction can cultivate.

Bought used tires from this place and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Had a couple of different options which was nice. They answered the phone promptly when I called. They did the work quickly and did a great job. Very reasonably priced. Definitely will be returning.

I've just installed my 3rd set of tires at Fussell Tire in Apex. I've purchased tires directly from them and have also used them as installer for tires I purchased online. Teresa, Justin, Jamie and the whole crew are great and I'm happy to support local and family-owned businesses.

Great place for service! Honest, efficient, and affordable! I had a leak in my tire and they replaced it very quickly and at a great cost. Will be returning for all of my future auto repair needs.
