I just want to thank Mark and the rest of the crew for their patience, understanding and most of all... kindness!It has been quite the ordeal losing a truck/car - your only means of transportation - and you were kind enough to help me locate a company that would tow it and give me some money for the parts. You also understood that the company didn't come right away and there were several issues that required me to keep the car on your lot for an additional day or two after I was told it would be picked up.Thank you again... and you now have a lifelong customer!

Awesome experience! Brianna took care of us promptly dug to a flat tire for my company vehicle. They contacted the fleet management company and after getting approval they started to work right away on the vehicle. 40min later I received the vehicle with complimentary check and fluids top-off. Highly recommended and professional.

Appointment was confirmed at 10 AM and I did not have to wait long. Mark and his team took their time with my fleet vehicle. Mark called the Fleet company s customer service to request new tires, a much needed alignment, and wiper blades along with the oil change. Quick and knowledgeable staff. Will be recommending my Amgen colleagues here. Thank you Mark and Apex Firestone.

I was touched by store manager Mark s excellent customer service. I made appointment for regular oil change. I have to get to work after oil change. I mentioned to Mark that I will drive my car for a long road trip after work. Fortunately the team found out that my car has big issue with gaskets oil leaking which is going to take 2 hours to repair. Mark decided to go above and beyond to help me by use his personal car as Firestone shuttle bus . Mark drop me off, so I can report to my workplace. He picked me up after the team repaired leaking. Thank you, Mark and Firestone in Apex team! Mark is a gold treasure to Firestone.

This firestone is the nearest place I can take my company fleet van for maintenance. I've been working with them for over a year now with my company van and the maintenance whether it has been basic fluid changes to big jobs like changing out axles and entire brake systems, has been outstanding. My van leaves in great shape and the customer service / mechanic teams are great! Every time I walk in there I feel like I'm apart of their firestone family. So because of the great service I've received with the companies fleet vehicle, I decided to bring my personal car for an alignment after I changed out my axles and tie rods, they got me in and out within an hour even with a busy shop. I've had some bad experiences with other shops that I won't say any names but they start with "Mr" and ends with "Tire" and I would never go back there. I've never had a bad encounter with this Firestone and recommend it to everyone!

I had an appointment today for an alignment and was greeted graciously by Phil. My vehicle was serviced promptly, and I was beyond satisfied with the needed recommendations by the Service Technician. Phil did not use any high pressure sale tactics that most auto places pull on customers. He was straight forward, totally honest, professional, and went above & beyond to answer all my questions. I will definitely be back for future services & will recommend this particular establisment to any friends that need mechanical work done on their vehicles. Thank you again for the positive experience!

Over all excellent service, every time I take my vehicles I know they re going to take care of them. This location is the best, Phillip and Mark are awesome, they are honest and they go over and beyond to make sure you walk out of there with all of your concerns addressed. I ve been going there for about 4 years now, I won t be going anywhere else. Top notch service!

Over many experiences with my Silverado, Mr. Soto, Brianna Corbbrey, and Phillip Maynor have all helped me out extensively. Many times they have all come together as a team, and also individually to help me with my vehicle.These are top tier employees. As shared on previous surveys I have been a long time customer of this Firestone location and my most recent customer experience was another disappointing experience. When I made the appt to drop off my car for a state inspec, 4 wheel alignment and rotate/balance, the intake was painful as the service rep seemed distracted and I had to repeat my request multiple times. I dropped off my car and received a message from Brianna indicating the car was ready to be picked up. I went the next day, paid and left believing the requested services were complete. It wasn't until I read the paperwork that I discovered my vehicle did not pass inspection. At no time was I informed in the message or when I picked up the car was I told the car did not pass inspection. The Courtesy Inspection indicates that a balance and rotation could not be performed but I was charged for that very service - was it done? I will be visiting the location to speak with the manager and expecting an explanation.

I recently had an issue with a Rental Van. On Friday October 20, 2023 I called and requested a battery and tire inflation pressure check. I was told to come right over. I was greeted by Brianna Corbbrey who went right to work getting me the assistance I needed. She offered me a courtesy check. I gladly accepted and she found a technician that tested my battery and inflated my tires. My battery tested "above standards" and my tires were somewhat low. The technician was polite, informative and professional. I was visiting the area from four states away. Brianna eased my tension(s) about the rental van and I left a very satisfied Long Time Firestone Customer. Oh and there was no high pressure UP-SELLING!!!!Thanks again, Brianna and Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Submitted online appointment for open 7am appointment.Dropped off my truck the night before, and spoke with Service Advisor about morning appointment and service request - was told the morning appointment was good and they'd get to work on my service requests.Next day of the service appointment, no call from Firestone. So I call at 3pm, and they have no idea about my truck or who I am. It takes a few minutes, then the guy says It will be another hour or so to do the oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment check. Two hours go by, nothing.I call back at 5pm. Again, they have no idea who I am or what truck I'm talking about. So I go over there to get my truck. They are still confused, and then provide a bizarre explanation that they did the tire rotation and wheel alignment check, but forgot the oil change. I have no way to verify the tire services, but I could check my dirty oil - so they confessed to that.An angry overworked tech changes my oil as I stand there and watch - to make sure the service is actually done. I leave Firestone after 6pm, from a 7am appointment for oil change, tire rotation and alignment check.DO NOT go to Firestone Apex. You may or may not get the services you pay for. And it takes a lot of time to get a simple oil change, 11 hours to get an oil change to be exact. DO NOT waste your time with Firestone Apex.

After being informed by a local dealership I needed a new alternator I decided to get a second opinion from Firestone since I had a good experience with them previously. Low and behold they discovered right away the battery connections were loose and needed a shim. After properly connecting the battery the electrical system tested fine. Don t get fooled into thinking the dealerships are experts - not true. Hats off to the honesty, integrity and professionalism displayed by the Apex Firestone team.

Dear Firestone,I'm giving a score of 6 for your service. Two years ago, replacing four tires took about 2 hours at your store. Recently, replacing only two tires also took the same amount of time, which seems unnecessarily long. Additionally, I have concerns about your pricing. My car's battery needed replacement, and I was quoted $275 (parts $227.99 & labor) by Firestone for a new battery and installation. However, a Chevrolet dealership offered a similar battery for only $135 (parts only). Firestone's DieHard 47H5 battery (650 CCA, 810 CA, 100 minutes Reserve Capacity) is more expensive yet underperforms compared to Chevrolet's ACDelco 47G battery (650 CCA, 810 CA, 115 minutes Reserve Capacity). This price and performance discrepancy suggests that Firestone's pricing strategy needs reconsideration.Best regards,JC

I have been going to this Firestone for 12 years now. Book an online appointment for 8 am to bring two cars in for inspections. Show up for them to tell me that they don't do inspections that early and we would have to wait a couple hours before their inspector got in and finished. They really don't appreciate your time and effort and getting the things done and I went down the street to the State Inspection place and go it done in 10 minutes. If you want my high dollar tire and repair business you have to be willing to do the small things like a state inspection and when your location confirms an appointment someone should have enough snap to call me before I drag me +1 and two cars down there when you never had the intention of performing the service as scheduled.

It should not have taken 4 trips to have my work completed. Luckily i found the coolant leak that was created by the faulty work and it did not cause my car further damage.My first appointment, I came in to have my front calipers,pads, and rotors replaced based on knowledge that my pads wore unevenly and within 10k miles the last 2 times i had brakes changed. The shop indicated they fixed the problem with the calipers. A slow coolant leak was found on the heater hose assembly too and this was replaced for ~$1000. I needed to return to the shop 3 more times to have my issues properly fixed.1st Return trip Continued to have issues with my front brakes and told the shop the issue was my calipers. Shop replaced pads surfaced rotors only and assured me any problem with the calipers was fixed2nd Return trip. Large coolant leak was found due to the O-ring not being installed on my heater hose assembly during the first visit3rd Return trip - brakes were still intermittently grinding due to stuck calipers. I was required to pay an additonal $300 to get the calipers and hoses replaced.

Literally anyplace is better than these worthless people.You want to get hung up on? It s a regular occurrence. What to get put on a brief hold and get hung up on again? Be my guest. Want to get a phone call saying that your vehicle is finished, show up and told it will be another hour? Then two hours later close with your vehicle? Not one person at this location is worth minimum wage. Frankly they should fire everyone and hire a high school staff as I m positive they would run circles around these people that do not care one little bit about their job. I will take this to corporate and I m positive these employees could care less.Service: Tires
