I came for an oil change and they were great, thorough, and did not push me to purchase anything additional. They rotated my tires and let me know that the back break pads were getting close to needing to be replaced (which I already knew). So I came back and got my brakes done with them and they again did not disappoint. The guys in the shop were friendly and answered all my questions. Definitely coming back.

NEGATIVE ZERO STARS!This was the absolute worst and most disgusting experience I ve ever had! I brought my vehicle in to get serviced but instead it was damaged and a leak was created that wasn t there before. Upon notifying Alex and several employees of the issue I was treated disrespectfully and my issues were dismissed even after visibly viewing the damage as my car leaked the entire time. I was told it wasn t there problem by Alex and another employee that refused to give his name. I was told they didn t have the tools to fix what they damaged so therefore it was nothing they could do. I responded by asking for corporate s number or the district manager s name and contact info but was denied multiple times. Alex who said he was the manager and the employee (mentioned above) who refused to give his name got so disrespectful and made me feel so uncomfortable that I decided for my safety to record (which is my legal right). Alex finally agreed to write a ticket or file a report of the incident to document the damage but became irate and literally called the police to add even more insult to injury ONLY because I was recording for my own protection. The other employee who refused to give me his name instigated the entire situation and also started to swear at me for only wanting info which should be public for PAYING CUSTOMERS! Once the police arrived they agreed with EVERYTHING I said and managed to get Alex to write a report. Alex wrote the report as the police watched him but still wouldn t give any info for higher management as asked by the officer. His report contained NO information regarding what happened and was useless as he only wanted to protect the company as he yelled at me. I am obtaining the full police report and will be pursuing criminal charges against Fastlube and Alex for false accusations made against me and the damage of my property! I have the full video and pictures with the officer s report soon to come to stand by EVERYTHING written above! I need corporate to contact me immediately!

They were very helpful, quick and friendly. Even let me know it s time to replace my battery, as it s getting to the end of its use. 10/10 recommend!

It was my first visit. The worker was really nice and helpful. He gave me a discount when the coupon I brought doesn t work. He also checked my car and gave some advices. If you want to go there for oil change, try this 25% off coupon CRFA25 or 15% off recommended services CRDSP3!

Service was amazing and fast! Went for an oil change, and was in and out within 15 minutes. They let me know a few maintenance things that should be done on my car soon, but added no pressure to complete it on site. If I could give them 6 stars, I totally would! Will definitely come here again!

I have been getting my oil change at this location for about two years now, and I don t intend on going elsewhere for the service. The people are always professional and complete the work quickly yet accurately. Can ask for much more!

Great place to get a quick oil change. Reasonable prices for the full synthetic, 7,000-mile oil that my car requires. Once you go your first time and give them your email, they're always sending deals and coupons every month.

Update: I tired to email as request and it bounced back.No one answering phones so I called in. Place was empty with 3 young men just hanging around outside. Distinct smell of marijuana although I did not see anyone smoking. All in all the team did not portray professionalism or give any impression of their ability to provide good service. No way I would ever consider have a vehicle serviced there.

Went in only for a NC vehicle inspection which went well. However when I got home after running errands I happened to notice that my vehicles hood was not closed. Glad it didn t decide to blow open and smash my windshield or worse while I was driving down the highway at a higher speed!!

I am now a forever customer at this Fast Lube location. Tom was so amazing and kind to me this evening when I had a critically low level of oil. First Time Visitor. Tom Smith was very welcoming and helped me get my oil changed and state inspection done very quickly. They definitely live up to their name. The engine oil was leaking all over the place after using oil change service with them. When asked for explanation the next day they were not ready take any responsibility or provide resolution. Very disappointed with the experience

08-23-2023 (Not Customer Oriented.)Went to the Fast Lube Plus on 2280 Ten Ten Rd, Apex NC this morning at 8:04 am for an oil change. Only one car in front of me which was pulled in the bay. Store manager said they had the oil for my truck. and there were only 2 employees at the moment. Went in and sat down. Didn't see anybody working on the car before me. Glanced outside and saw both employees talking to another car that pulled up. After about 10 minutes more of waiting, I ask the store manager, Tom, were they working on cars yet. He informed me that they were seeing what this guy needed. Doesn't take two to ask another customer what he needs at a Fast Lube, My opinion is that they were just talking waiting for more help to come in. He was very rude and asked if I've ever been a manager before. Told him yes and that I would have let the customer know what was going on whether they were waiting for more help or what. I just wanted to know because if he was waiting for more help or just shooting the breeze with the customer behind me that I was going to leave. Finally decided to leave and told him I would probably give him a review on the website. At that time, he told me he had a problem with me giving him a review and i was told to go on. I saw another car leave that drove up while they were talking to the customer behind me. I believe that they were outside over 10 minutes just messing around. Also talked bad about the Kildaire Farm Rd store.Said his store was Guardian of the galaxy and they were something like the avengers. Always used Fast Lube for my 6 vehicles but want be going back to the Apex store.

The mechanics at this location were very kind, quick, professional and patient. Single mom with 3 small littles they understood that I needed to be in and out as quickly as possible. Got my oil changed and car inspection done is record time. Definitely recommend. Also they honored a coupon I didn't even know about.
