Needed a radiator and some other work done to my truck and need a place that could do it ASAP. Dropped it off at 2:00pm and Victor had the work done by 12pm next day. Downtown Automotive is my go to for service now.

i know there has been a revolving door of mechanics but out of convenience sakes i thought a minor oil change wouldnt hurt and yet after my service my check engine light comes on from my very well maintained truck. very unhappy and not confident with ever returning for even an oil change anymore.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great place to get your car fixed and if you decide you don t want it fixed they have a wonderful dealership right beside them. Go get your car fixed or go buy a new car.

I've used Downtown Automotive several times over the year and a half. I had purchased a used car and was having trouble with the AC. I have to say that today the owner went above and beyond customer service and helped me get my problem solved. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Downtown Automotive, you will be extremely pleased.

I work close by so I decided to bring my car over for a state inspection and really liked the customer service I received. Since then, I have brought my car over multiple times and have been very happy with the results. They are always polite and I don't get the feeling of being taken advantage of like I do when I go in a chain auto shop. Locally owned shop that gave me the best experience!! I went to one of the chains and had a terrible experience... Gave this shop a shot and man were they great. I brought my wife's car back the next day and they were happy to get everything done on her car too. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!!! You name it they do it, and when it's time for my next car I will be walking next door to buy from that local award winning dealership!

Have used downtown auto for two of my trucks for general maintenance and a level kit/alignment. Quick service, no upselling, more than fair pricing.
