You will never go wrong using CW Performance! I have been a client about 14 years this week. My car had an issue with the gas cover closing properly. Nothing major however, they knew exactly what to do and how to take care of it efficiently and cost-effectively!Kurt and his staff are incredibly honest, and I m incredibly picky when it comes to anything having to do with the auto industry!I have never felt Unvalued I have always felt comfortable treated and feel like I m in excellent hands.The prices are fair. The work is excellent. And if you should ever need to leave your car there, if you schedule an appointment accordingly, they will have a loaner car for you, which is very rare in the auto industry for independent repair shops! CW come with the expertise, the knowledge and the customer service that everyone needs and desires!I cannot recommend CW enough, and as long as I have a Mercedes, they are always my shop of choice!

This shop is AMAZING! When MB of Cary tried to take advantage of my situation I was referred to CW and they gave me top notch service , repaired my car in a fraction of the time the dealership was telling me . They kept me informed every step of the way . I'm beyond pleased with them and highly recommend them over and dealership that is only trying to milk you for money claiming bogus damages. CW is honest and trustworthy and perform superior work! From Curt, to Cameron and Dave these are highly skilled technicians and a class act all around . I discovered this shop by accident and it turned out to be a blessing. A standing ovation is what I give cw performance and I can honestly say that I will never take my Mercedes to the dealership again. They have earned my confidence with their trust for excellence.

I have gone to CW Performance for more than four years and have always been impressed. They have consistently provided expert care for my vehicle in a professional manner and at a reasonable price. In fact they are the guys you can have a real conversation with and you walk away from it knowing you are in the right hands...which is very important in these times when trustworthy people are far and few. They are also smart...a couple of years ago, when they fixed an unusual thing with my car, they fixed it in a way that saved me thousands of dollars and my car has not repeated the problem once. This shop is the real deal, don t get me wrong it s expensive, but less than a dealership for sure, and you re getting quality work and great advice. They were extremely thorough with my vehicle and found everything wrong with it and told me how much it was to fix, but they didn t try to upsell me on anything and also told me what there was that I could fix myself, I ll for sure be a return customer!

Everything works well after the visit. I personally think CW is the best in the area.It's always inspiring and uplifting to learn that there is a group of young men know what they are doing while holding the confidence and pride behind their great work. Can't say enough good about these guys! Curt and Adam on the business side are first class, genuine, honest guys. Garage is spotless, techs have been working on Mercedes for a long time, they all drive Mercedes vehicles, and they are very good at what they do.Cap it off with great prices, a very nice waiting room with couches, tv, wifi, and complimentary beverages, and the experience was world class!No other place my vehicle will be going from now on!Thanks guys!

After getting almost 3000 dollars worth of repairs still walked out with service c due light due on. A complimentary service or wash and clean would have been good. Also asked for 2 screws for license plate and was not done also inquired about other items interior stuff to look at, and was referred to go to another shop. Gentleman at front desk was very good at explaining everything at treated me fairly with the exception of the above. Repairs were done in good amount of time and car runs good. Corrective action taken on review. Was contacted by owner that I could bring car back in for service... I have been to a lot of dealers and will tell you this is the place to get you Mercedes serviced. My car still has a warranty and would rather go here than deal with the local dealer and that should tell you something.They were beyond attentive to my concerns and everything was well estimated with no surprises. Being a Weistec dealer is a plus for me as I will be back for a tune for my G63!!!Service: Wheel alignment

I had CW Performance conduct Service B for our Mercedes G550 and they did a great job for a very fair price - much better price and faster turnaround than the dealerships. Additionally, I've brought it in for general inspections where I've asked for some extra preventative maintenance services. On one particular occasion, I mentioned that the brakes may be in need of service and when I dropped it off, I even told them if they see the need for it to go ahead and replace the rotors and pads. To my surprise, when I came back to pick up the vehicle, I was informed I still had good life on the brake components and there was no need to replace them. This was a perfect opportunity for a business to choose to do the work for money without there being any real need for it. I was so pleased by their honesty in the matter.CW Performance's facility is always immaculate, and the technicians and staff are very professional. They are the only folks servicing my G Wagon from now on.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

The staff is very nice and willing to answer any questions you have about your Mercedes Benz vehicle. I have had an A and B service along with a Weistec ECU tune done on my 2018 C63s. I've taken my vehicle here for 4-5+ yrs, and i get better quality car and customer service than I ever had at the dealership. I trust them enough to ask for their recommendations and advice on how to handle my issues, whether current or upcoming, and to understand my options. They're well trained, experienced, honest, have high integrity & care about doing right by the customer. They do a great job of communicating. They'll tell you what they did and what they found. Their prices are better than the dealership, too. They always do their best to accommodate any time or schedule constraints (of course, within reason) Curt has gone above and beyond to help make sure my car was ready for a long road trip even when it came down to the wire at the end of the day. I was incredibly grateful!! I cannot say enough good things. I absolutely recommend CW Performance!

As advertised, no surprises, engaging staff, clean and friendly. I scheduled a routine service and to troubleshoot what I thought was an issue - a straight forward service order for my first visit to CW. I paid for advertised service charge and received confirmation that the car was was fine. Everything was consistent with other reviews I had read - consider me a regular customer now.

I've been using CW Performance for probably the last 3 years or more. Never once have they failed me. Their prices are way better than the dealerships and the are very honest with what is needed. I have two MBs and both have been taken in at the last minute to do emergency things such as replacing a dead battery. They can also do your A and B services without it voiding the factory warranty. Curt and his team are the best of the best. The only mistake you could make is not taking your MB to CW.

This was my first experience with CW Performance. I was referred to them by the previous owner of my E550. Ellison was very personable & professional, giving me a quote for needed maintenance considering mileage on my vehicle. I felt they were honest and trustworthy and I will be back. Curt is very respectful and polite. I like that he will make his recommendations on any repair work he finds necessary but is never pushy. He beats dealership prices and overall experience by a long mile. The waiting area is clean and nicely appointed. Regular services are completed within an hour and appointments are easy to schedule. This may sound a little ridiculous, but I actually feel like I am driving a new car after I get my car serviced here. Without Curt, I would have got rid of my Mercedes long back.

Curt and his team are excellent , If you are looking for a service and repair shop for your Mercedes Benz you can not go wrong with this team. Customer Service is excellent! I went in for Service "B" maintanence ... I highly recommend CW Performance as a service provider for your Mercedes. Keep up the excellent work guys!

Kurt is the most honest and reliable business person I have met at the Mercedes enviornment in general.He has much better prices than the dealership and he is always very attentive to the cusotmer's need. His team works fast.We feel confident having him do the work with a much friendlier communication than anything at Mercedes dealership. He is approachable and always making sure your interest are met and not his own gain.I will recommend CW Performance at anytime ! Yvonne

Excellent experience. Took my car to Mercedes-Benz in Cary last year after moving to the area and swore I would have to find another option after getting my bill and dealing with unpleasant costumer service. Found CW online and couldn't have been happier with their costumer service. They took great care of my car and quoted fair prices for the needed maintenance with no pressure to get anything extra done. Much cheaper than Mercedes dealership. Also did an excellent job on washing the car. This will be the only place I take my C-350 in the future.

So happy to have found Curt/CW Performance! They provide quick, reliable, reasonably priced, and friendly service. Appointments are easy to make, they never take more time to service my vehicle than they say, and there are options to just dropping your car off. I don't mind working from CW's lobby area where I know I'll have all the comforts of home/office (wireless, complimentary beverages, comfortable seating, etc). Thanks Curt and team for a great service experience every time!
