My wife and I just went through a whole experience buying our latest vehicle. We went to at least 10 dealerships in the area (up and down 64, and along 15-501 in Durham) and of those our experience with Crossroads was far and away the best.The dealership itself is absolutely huge and there are loads of vehicles in stock inside, that you'll be able to sit in and test out. As in, you can drive the cars inside the dealership out for a test drive. Flashy? Maybe. But a very cool experience as opposed to hoofing it around a lot. (Eat your heart out, car vending machines.)There were plenty of vehicles at multiple trim levels in stock based on the lot when we made our purchase (November 2023).If you've got or want to buy an EV, there are charging stations outside and a diner inside so you can grab a bite while you charge up (I can't vouch for the food... yet).As for the sales process, our salesperson, Jose, was patient and courteous, never pressured us, listened to both of our needs and wants and concerns, and was down to let us test drive anything and everything. He was definitely the most human of any car salesperson I've spoken with lately (again, 10+ dealerships), and seemed to genuinely care that we ended up in the right vehicle for us.We ultimately - thanks to some indecision on our part - test drove the car we ended up purchasing 3 times; Jose never seemed annoyed or impatient.In the interest of full transparency, when we ended up making the purchase we had what we considered a subpar experience with the finance team due to some mutual confusion (we ended up closing the deal late in the day and late in the month, so maybe an earlier time would have made the process easier). We ended up with a good rate and a good price, but we expressed a bit of concern with the process to the Customer Experience Coordinator, Bonnie, who looked into it right away.To make a not-so-long story even shorter, Crossroads stepped up and after a conversation with the GM, Scott, I can vouch that the team really does hold themselves to a high standard of customer satisfaction.I've yet to visit the dealership for service but based on our sales experience I fully anticipate a long and happy relationship.

Larry Curtis was very friendly and didn't pressure us into anything. He was very communicative throughout the process. He did everything he promised he would and made what is normally a very stressful process much less so. The dealership management reached out several times to ensure that I was being taken care of and let me know they were available if needed. The finance Manager Ken Gunderson was also very enjoyable to work with. He did what he was supposed to and offer financing and extended warranty options but did not pressure us. This was overall one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Great team at Crossroads Apex!

Great experience. Salespeople & Mangers were friendly and low pressure. They were very respectful about a lengthier sales turnaround due to recovering mentally from an accident. This is the second car we have purchased from them and would purchase a third.As an aside, I appreciate their willingness to find a very specific combination of color, trim and features. Often times dealerships will push something on the floor in lieu of getting the buyer what they want. Still not sure why all mustangs are not red :).

The dealership is top notch! Everything from the moment we arrived was amazing. The place is clean, shiny, and full of inventory priced to move. The trucks and cars are well cared for and the team definitely cares about your overall satisfaction. They are a volume dealer that will take care of you. I worked with Daniel and Kyle and the sales manager, Yaz. I cannot recommend them enough. I just bought a new 2023 f150 and traded in a 22 Jeep gladiator. They were more than fair with trade value and took care of my deal on the ford end also. I m picky with dealers especially in this market and it was a game changing experience. Even when we noticed some detailing discrepancies, Kyle took it back down to have it perfect and said to bring back if anything else was off. Couldn t recommend another dealer more!

Bought a brand new F-150. Brought it back three weeks later due to a transmission noise. They replaced the transmission and the noise/vibration remained. Ford engineer came out to explore. Ultimately said it was a normal noise. So it was so normal we replaced the transmission? Regardless not Crossroads fault however I had to fight for a loaner vehicle nobody tried to help. Felt like once I bought the vehicle they could care less.

I don t think i can tell people about the great service I got here because they would not believe me. I pray these employees are paid well because they work like it. Jake s helped me and at not one point, not even for a second did I feel like he was playing with me or taking me for a ride. That guy did great. If I lived anywhere close I d tell more people about it. All my army friends at brag will be told about y all. Job well done

Jake was amazing!! He really knows your cars inside and out and was able to make the transaction seamless even though I was traveling. It was great to pull up after a long drive and leave in less than an hour with my new Bronco! The on line experience was the best and Jake saved me hours of time- well done Crossroads!

If you re looking for a great deal, with no pressure, and excellent service, you should come here. We worked with Tony Byrd as our sales person. He was fantastic, even offering to come in on his day off to help assist us with our purchase. Our decision took several days as we weighed all of our options. But again, with no pressure we were able to make the right decision for our family when we were ready. Thank you Tony. Thank you Shayan. Thank you to the whole Crossroads team. Even the diner inside knocked it out of the park with two delicious chili dogs to enjoy while we finalized paperwork. 5 stars all the way!

They were very helpful and the process was extremely easy going and I did not feel pressured to decide. Jake Schmidt helped me through the entire process from the order date to purchase, and I can honestly say, when I want another vehicle, I will visit them again.

Ours salesman Larry was amazing! There was an error in my favor on the original quote I received. They honored the quote. It s very hard these days to find an honest dealership. Our experience was great. The paperwork went very smooth and fast. Out next vehicle will be purchased at crossroads even though it s a 3 hour drive!

Just bought a new vehicle and Crossroads made it very easy. Everyone was very friendly, they were willing to bring the car I wanted from another dealership, set a record for how quickly I was able to get through the finance process, and delivered a beautifully detailed new Mustang when it was all done. This was the second car I ve bought from Crossroads and I would certainly go back again.

We first went to another Ford dealer.Won t say names.Awful service. I then came to Crossroads Ford right after a rather bad rain storm. It continued to make efforts difficult to view and test drive a truck.The folks at Crossroads had no reservations about taking on the task.Charlie Ross was our salesperson and eagerly helped us even when what we were looking for seemed hard to obtain.We found the truck and the rest is history.Charlie and everyone at Crossroads were amazing.11 stars all around

We had such a great buying experience. We had some bad luck at other dealerships, and Jacob Chastain helped turn our situation around! He was patient and understanding throughout the process. All-around wonderful experience buying my new Bronco. Gorgeous dealership; felt like walking into a Ford Museum. First off I wanna say that the Service department here at ford crossroads is robbing people. I had purchased a $22,000 used vehicle at Hendricks less than 6 months ago with a Powertrain warranty. I have been broken down twice since I ve purchased the vehicle, the piwertrain warranty is misleading and it wasn t cheap to purchase. Long story short I have broken down again have my vehicle towed to Ford crossroads in apex! I thought and researched all powertrain warranty s online I was sure it would be covered and come to find out nope. I have one bad fuel injector, they Quoted me at $1600 to fix 1 and $2600 to fix all 6. I can buy all 6 for $400 OEM I ve had a very bad experience so far dealing with these dealerships. On top of that they charged me $240 just for diagnosis. What s going on in this world anymore? Everything seems so wrong and it s getting worse and worse every day. I don t recommend buying a car from Hendricks and I don t recommend taking your car to Crossroads ford for service.

I really appreciated our Salesman, Brett. He was attentive, listened to my needs, and did not make me feel bad about asking those dumb questions. There were some hiccups in the process, however Brett made sure to make them right and was apologetic, as these were things outside of his control. Our finance guy, Anthony, was also great and explained thing clearly. Appreciated both Brett and Anthony!

Mark (commercial sales) is amazing! We requested him because he was the sales person for my parents when they bought their Explorer and he was great! He goes above and beyond and is very honest. He doesn't try to oversell you just to make an extra dollar.Dan in finance is also great st his job. My name is Darrell and I found the vehicle I wanted at Crossroads Ford in Apex N C. Via the internet.I have been searching for months for this car.I called Crossroads was it in touch with one of their sale professionals.I told Chris they had a vehicle I was interested in and I wanted to make an offer. Chris called me back within the hour and to my surprise they excepted my offer.I told Chris I live in Asheville NC around 250 miles away and again to my surprise he said no worries.The next day they brought my car to me. Got my very first car, the workers who helped me (Steve and Ken) where extremely helpful in making sure I understood everything and helped me in learning all the functions of my new vehicle and walking me through the best options for coverage.I have always thought car salesmen were out to get as much money out of you as possible but this team changed my mind around fully. 100/10 recommend going here if you are looking for a car.

I knew what I wanted and my salesman got me exactly that. I spent about 3 hours there test driving and signing paperwork. Would ve been faster if there weren t technical difficulties with the computers. All of their staff were friendly and professional. If I m looking for another Ford in the future, I d go here.

As timing would have it, I needed service on both of my Ford's this week. Henry was my service advisor for both and he was wonderful to work with in terms of setting expectations and following up on my questions/concerns. Felipe was the mobile tech for both of my at-home appointments and he arrived on-time for both appointments and got my repairs done. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend the Crossroads service team and their mobile service if applicable for your needs.
