I changed all 4 tyre in my Honda CRV couple of month ago just week ago one of tyre had flattened I have warranty so that I go there for changed one tyre I wait long time almost 4 hour at end they does do nothing they return me only they ordered tyre they had not stocks what a shame big store had no stock today is 5 th day Iam waiting for tyre I have not other car it makes big trouble to me for riding for work today I called their they told me only coming thrusday tyre will be available so that don t go costco for change tyre if you have no other vehicle.if I did not change before there I did not go there this is my last for chafed tyre there .

Went here for tire rotation Costco Mechanic has cross threaded at least one stud in each of the tire Dealer quote me 1200 to replace all the damaged stud..Had to go to local mechanic and he did it for $ 565..

7/11/23 update:I have since brought my car in multiple times without issue. Brought up to 4 stars.Original:I was really hoping this service would be good. But very disappointed. I brought my car in and told them my front right tire was leaking air. 90 minutes later they tell me they finished. But turns out they "finished" without even removing the nail that was stuck in my leaky tire. I expect better from Costco.

The crew is great and the warranty is good, but the check-in and pickup process sucks. Corporate needs to get an automated check-in and pickup for basic things like rotate and balance. Always spend 15 minutes in line, even if you have an appointment and just have to hand over your keys.

Quality brands and good service. Flat tire repair at about $11. Free nitrogen tire inflation top up . They don't have all sizes.

Very poor service. I git tires here, and had a flat tire few months later. I called them on a Monday afternoon to enquire about the procedure to get the flat fixed under warranty. The tire center rep put me on hold and after waiting for 20 minutes, I hung up! I called the administrative staff to complain and their explanation was that the tire center was extremely busy. Well, shouldn't they hire more staff to meet the increased demand? Apparently "they don't do that". I have to think hard about going back to this Costco for tires.

I brought my vehicle here to get my tires balanced and rotated. All alround a very frustrating, demeaning, and costly experience.I expected better from Costco. Big disappointment.

The only reason that i did not give five stars is because of the customer service rep that just doesn't make us feel welcomed. I have had two separate occasions that he helped me. One with purchasing all four tires, and the second with replacing a tire that was still in warranty. He seems abbrasive, he overtalked and challenged us for the silliest things. I brought it to the managers attention and the manager didn't seem concerned. Brushed it off. I can say that the tech service is absolutely amazing! Great and accommodating service! Super fast! This place would be amazing if the customer service matched with the outstanding tech service. Guess they are half way toward great! The tire was replaced and that is what we really wanted.

Appointment is a joke. On top of that front desk rep was rude. Didn't even know what car he was talking about. After waiting for 1.5 hours comes back saying it would take 34 minutes more. After I enquired what's the point of appointment, he mentioned I'm done talking to you. I asked to speak to his manager. The manager comes and tells the vehicle would be ready in 5 minutes. So, next time we have to think twice before coming here.

The last few times I've visited it seems Costco's policy is to find any reason NOT to do the work on my vehicle instead of just doing it. Last time it was swollen lug nuts. This time, I wanted my uneven front tires rotated to the rear so I could get a couple thousand more miles before needing replacement.Apparently, the technician wrote down my phone number wrong, even though it was given when I made the appointment online and has been in Costco's system for years. I sat around for an hour when while nothing was being done on my vehicle.When I brought up the 80k warranty, the tech mentioned I did not have them rotated every 7500 miles so it probably wouldn't hold up. I don't know anyone that has time to rotate tires that often.I don't know if I'll be getting my next set at Costco moving forward.

Good things first. Good deal and quick front office staff ( Tire Section ).Specific to Apex Costco location.Worst part is, rude guy in the tire service area. They parked my car far next to Five Guys and did not let me know where they parked. That was great customer service leaving your customer cluless where the car is. I am not sure if that is because of the rude guy who got mad at me for walking around the tire center. But here is what happened. I came out of the store before my tire service was complete ( well it was more than the approx time they gave me) and with shopped items in the cart, i could not find a place to put them while my tires are being changed. Everyone know how hard it is to get back into the store with shopped items. So I left my cart few feet away from the tire center and was walking around there. Suddenly one of the guy inside tire service yelled at me that I was freaking out him. And after few minutes they just drove my car far to the five guys and did not update me that my work is done. Typically they will park the car around tire center and call your cellphone when the service is done. It was an awful experience. I read similar reviews about this specific Costco location. I would better go to Raleigh store for friendly staff.

It took longer for me to drive home and back to the warehouse than for the techs to get my four tires installed. Techs were fast and courteous. Even packed up my spare tire for me. Prices may not be super competitive but I value my time.

Absolutely amazing, I roll in at 8:15 with a flat tire and 3 other basically dead tires and they had 4 new tires on my car in 20 minutes. Great people, great service, 10/10. The tire center is worth the membership alone.

Cashier Service was very slow at 30 minutes. Installing 4 tires was done in an hour.
