Christian Bros. Automotive was wonderful to do business with! I was in town visiting friends when my car had its issues. Christian Bros came recommended ... I called them, they got my car right in to their busy schedule, diagnosed and repaired, and I had a safe car to return to my home state in the next day!They were professional and transparent, and I really appreciated that!Excellent job and I highly recommend!

Good experience overall. They diagnosed the issue promptly and were able to resolve it the same day. Shuttle service was very courteous. I was a little disappointed with their effort in filing the claim with my extended warranty company, but it all worked out well. Seem to be good people. Would definitely recommend.

Mechanic, Vincent, took time to check in detail my concerns, provided and pointed out causes of my concern under the hood in detail, advised possible future needs for check up. Was done within a couple of hours, provided shuttle from shop to home and return to shop. Engine running much smoother and quieter. Also, I had booked appointment at wrong location but front desk, Toby, got it corrected without any delay for service. Awesome experience! Will be back when in need, with gratitude!

I was very pleased with the work performed on my car as well as the customer service and professionalism provided by those I encountered. And I appreciate the notifications (containing confirmations and updates) I received throughout the entire process - from scheduling an appointment through post-service. Went in to have my brakes looked at. They quickly diagnosed the issues and had the car fixed at a reasonable price. Everyone was very friendly. I m really glad I chose to come here, and I ll be back if any future car maintenance needs.

My best friend Andi recommended Christian Brothers Automotive Western Wake. Carson worked me into the schedule last minute, and made sure I was shuttled back and forth from work. I felt that I could trust this auto shop and my Mini Cooper is running great!

Needed a 60K service, oil change and a mechanical issues checked on our Lexus ES300h - these guys were OUTSTANDING. Honest, reliable and educational. Really happy with the results. Took the time to explain why we were having the mechanical issue and how to mitigate it without charging us. I dropped in to pick up a 12 volt battery for my 2013 Avalon hybrid. I had planned to install it my self in the their parking lot to avoid setting an appointment and waiting. The gentleman at the desk was soft spoken and knowledgeable. He needed to know what series it was for I was replacing the original one with a traditional 12 . I went to my car and decided to disconnect the terminals so that I could view the writing on top of the battery. My 12 volt battery is in the trunk on the side.After obtaining the information, I closed my trunk. At that moment, I lost access to electronically accessing the trunk. The gentleman helped me troubleshoot gaining access through the middle of the rear seat by pulling on a trip loop wire that manually opened the trunk. He even gathered shop supplies and tools to help me for I was missing a ratchet set. He noted to remember to reinstall the battery vent line that allows it cool. I had no idea of such a thing. I took a lot of this employee's time, but he was determined to help me and to not leave me stranded. He honored a $10 discount on a business card that I had kept from a long ago visit. I was not charged anything extra. Normally, they do charge a small amount since it does involve some of their expensive labor. They live up to the morals that one would expect being named Christian Brothers. On my invoice listed a service advisor named Carson Burton. Brought my car for emergency power steering repair while on the road from out of state. Carson was good to talk to and asked me details about car symptoms. Good, first experience with Christian Brothers automotive. Easy time booking appointment, fast check in for my car, nice ride home with CB shuttle and they gave me quick estimate of work. Car was done same day and bill was reasonable. Overall, very satisfied with service and will use again when needed

My daughter had tears of joy after visiting this auto service. She desperately needed an oil change and was setting money aside to have other services done on her vehicle in the future. These fine people not only changed the oil but serviced the other mechanical problems the vehicle was in need of without charging her . I thank you so much! There truly are fine, Christian people in this world!!

A unexpected tire puncture brought me to this friendly and helpful establishment on Monday.Even though they don't do tires they were extremely helpful to get my deflated tire OFF and replace with my spare.They even offered to call around and get me tires if I wantedSo VERY Thankful to this company and staff.(They had never seen a tire with a part from another vehicle puncture a tire like this and asked to take a picture. Absolutely feel freePerhaps they can share the picture with you).

This place is the best! I would recommend them to anyone even if you have to drive further. They are not pushy and very transparent. My car has not run this well since being brand new.

I am impressed!!! I dropped my car off yesterday @ 7 a.m. and was greeted immediately when I walked in. I was offered a shuttle to and from work and the driver was friendly and personable. I later received a text and email detailing the services and estimates along with pictures of all the parts they inspected. I was able to choose which services for them to perform and it was broken down along with the price of the service. I have found the best place for all my future automotive repair needs because they outshine in service in every way! I brought my Volvo in for an error code for a timing belt issue. Christian Brothers knew it was a Volvo and timing belt issue. I paid almost $500 for diagnostics and labor getting to the timing belt and putting it back together without fixing the issue. BECAUSE they did not have the tool to adjust the timing belt. NOW I need to go somewhere else and will need to repay diagnostic fees and labor again. Don t charge a customer $500 when you knowingly don t have the tool to do the service! They lost a customer and I hope other people don t get burned by the bait & switch practice.
