Multi-dimensional amazing. Welcoming professional & personable people. They and their process & systems enable customer to enjoy a very high level of trust, safety, and confidence! They make sure customer knows exactly what to expect. They deliver at or above expectation. They're transparently-clear & honest. No games, no surprise add-on charges. They even help customer know, by facts & photos of their vehicle's "guts" (plus staff's experience), what care/attention likely needed next times -- and they offer a prioritized list plus estimated costs so customer can plan their car maintenance budget. Location is convenient, and it's immaculately clean, and very comfortable for customer.

I received a fast quote (within an hour of calling early in the morning) and they were able to fit me in the next day to replace a camshaft position sensor. Super easy experience. I had been going to another shop in Cary for the last ten years but I'm planning to bring my cars here for all future work from now on. Thanks!

I usually take my car to the dealership for service, however, when the soonest appt. they could give me was in 2 weeks, I Googled & thankfully found Christian Brothers website (I was really impressed by all the excellent reviews & was happy to see that they offer a shuttle service). I can honestly say that I've never had a better experience at an Auto Repair shop. I was greeted so kindly when I walked in to drop off my vehicle & subsequently was able to get right into the shuttle they provided (super clean, new SUV with the kindest, most friendly driver). I was kept in the loop via text by Heidi who was so friendly & helpful. I was also provided with photos along with details about the issues they found with my vehicle & I was able to approve or waive whichever service I wanted. I really felt like my car was in good hands & I didn't feel like they were charging for things that were not necessary or overpriced. That's a very unique experience when it comes to auto repair businesses. Upon completion, the online invoice was very self-explanatory & easy to understand.I was able to make the payment online & the super nice shuttle driver picked me up to bring me back to the shop where I was again greeted with smiles & kind people. My car was super clean & I could really tell they took good care of it for me. When I arrived home, the first thing I did was tell my friend/neighbor about my experience & I will continue to recommend this Auto Repair to everyone I can. I can't say enough about what I nice experience this was. They have a new loyal customer in me.

Great Shop to work with !Listened to my known concerns , followed by a road test and thorough evaluation. this provided valuable feedback and need for some additional work .Heidi and Steve were great to work work with ! Helpful with their explanations of work to be done.Offered a complimentary shuttle ride to my home while my truck was in the shopFeel comfortable sending my family to Christian Brothers to have work done on their vehicles !

The Christian Brothers staff is great. Very informative and took time to explain what was needed and what my options were. Everything in the quote is laid out for you to review prior to them doing the work. Felt much better about the rates here than alot of other places. Will be coming back here even though it is a bit out of my way, worth the drive.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but you need to have money if you plan to get work done with your car at this location, I called the shop 30-45 minutes before they closed, and the individual was able to get me in, so I appreciate that. I won't be coming back as I spent $130+ to have two tires replaced now keep in mind. I took the tires off my car already, so they just have to remove it from the rim and put the new ones on. This place is too expensive for me, but I appreciate the job being done assuming it was done right.EDIT: In regards to the manager/owners response it is exceptionally unprofessional to talk about my personal business especially since everything you posted is not accurate. As of today I contacted 3 additional mechanics to get quotes and they have all agreed that what you charged was highly inflated. I do want to thank you for helping me with my tires but I don t feel as I should be singled out because you and your employees had to stay late when I was told that there would be no problem working on my tires and if you did not want to stay late I would have accepted that and moved on. So please do not blame me for your staff staying late as I called in ahead of time and you said it will be fine. Again thank you for working on my tires I do appreciate it but next time you feel the need to respond please make sure all the information you are presenting is accurate, thank you.

Christian Brothers Automotive in Apex provided excellent customer service. Everyone is incredibly kind and professional and they ensure that your vehicle is repaired properly. We live 40 minutes away, but choose to have our vehicles serviced at CBA in Apex because we know we can trust them.

I took our 2017 Subaru Outback for maintenance and A/C repair. I received, in writing, all of the findings from the inspection they performed. No sales job, no pressure, just good information and I was able to make the decision for each step of the way. The transparency and thoroughness was impressive. This is now my "GO TO" auto repair shop! Thank you CBA for all that you did for me!

Five stars because I cannot give them 6. Correctly diagnosed what another garage had misdiagnosed and made all the necessary repairs within a few hours, and at a fantastic price!! If you're having trouble finding a shop you can trust to work on your car, look no further!

I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked to check the brake pads as the car has 50,000 miles on it with the original pads. They took photos of the pads and told they have 6mm and 7mm left. You could of told me to replace the pads and I wouldn't have doubted you, but you showed honesty and ethically told me they are still good. I finally found a place that I trust for my family to take their cars in for repairs and maintenance. We will be back.

They are very knowledgable and kind. I gave the details of the service i needed on my 2015 Jeep Cherokee and they offered a better solution than i was expecting at a reasonable price. The technicians at CBA were transparent and committed to getting me the best results for the issue i was experiencing. For reference there was an oil leak in my oil filter housing because Mopar specifies a plastic housing to sit on top of the engine, a very hot element. Naturally it distorts over time so this would be a continuous issue. I was offered an aftermarket aluminum part to alleviate this issue entirely. I have every intention of coming back and referring everyone that will listen!

Lemme start by saying everyone there was very nice and helpful which is appreciated but I had a bad experience. I came in for an oil change and an alignment. They didn't fill my car with enough oil and I was running a quart low for a week before I noticed. Also the alignment wasn't done properly, even right after picking it up I still had to keep my wheel turned to drive straight. I took it back to have them re align it and it still wasn't any different, so I went back again. They told me that's how it is because of my lowering coilovers but I told them how I've gotten an alignment previously and my wheel was still straight for months after. So they had someone drive it with me and he said it definitely was off and it was just the alignment. So they re aligned it for the third time and it's still not correct. Also when I told them that they didn't fill my car up with enough oil they didn't have anything to say about it at all. I also told them if it's not the alignment that's wrong and it's something else with my wheel or suspension that's fine bc an alignment isn't gonna fix that but they told me it's just the alignment so I'm just annoyed because I spent $220 and got not enough oil which could have caused serious damage if I didn't notice and a failed alignment after 3 times... And I've had lowered cars for years and have never had alignment issues like this.

I recently had my Nissan Rogue serviced at Christian Brothers Automotive Service in Apex and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. One of the standout features of my experience was the detailed inspection they performed on my vehicle. They provided me with a comprehensive report, complete with pictures and recommendations for future maintenance items. This level of detail is something I have not experienced at other auto shops, where similar inspections would have cost several hundred dollars just in labor. Both parts and labor were fairly priced, and they were not pushy about recommending unnecessary services. The appointment scheduling was perfect, and I was in and out within an hour. While waiting, I was able to enjoy their comfortable seating area, complete with free Wi-Fi, good coffee, and snacks. Their detailed inspections, fair pricing, and excellent customer service make them a standout choice. I will definitely be returning for future services and recommending them to my friends.

My Background - I have about 8 years of experience working on cars in my uncles auto repair shop over the summers. Additionally, have to two ASE certs under my name so I am pretty confident in the more simple repairs. I have also just moved into the area from a different state and my apartment manager forbids me from working on my car in the parking lot. I also have no friends or family in the area that I can ask to use a garage/driveway to do the repairs.It is a Tuesday night and I found that the coolant is leaking from my car. After some simple diagnostic, I find that the leak was coming from my water pump and thermostat housing and reached out to a few vendors on Yelp for a quick quote. No less than 30 minutes goes by and Kenny (the shop owner) reached out to me. I provided Kenny with my details and I was promptly provided a quote the next morning.Pricing was very competitive and Kenney was accomodating with explaining the various options that I have.At the end, my wife jumped the gun and took our vehicle to be serviced at another shop across the street since my apartment manager wanted the leaking vehicle out of the lot immediately.I will be sure to take my vehicles here for any other services.Score:Customer Service: 5/5Value: 5/5

It's so great to deal with a shop that has everything online. It makes it so convenient. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I never felt they were trying to overcharge me. While the people are nice and courteous they almost ripped me off and they are not so "Christian". I took my car there for an oil change and I asked them to just do a check because I was traveling a long distance and I got a text a few hours later from the office team letting me know the car was done and there was an inspection report attached. The report showed I needed front brakes and rotors and also rear control arms because they were broken. The total was going to run me about $1500 worth of work. I declined the work and took it for a second opinion. The brakes DID NOT need replacing and the rotors were a little on the used side so I had those replaced. My mechanic said what most likely happened is the place where I bought the car from had the brakes replaced and left the old rotors....simple fix. Now the rear control arms is where he laughed and showed me they were not broken what so ever!! the car has less that 35000 miles and my mechanic said there was no way on God's green earth that they needed to be replaced and that Christian Brothers Automotive was looking to make an easy $1000 off me that day!! Absolutely terrible that with how the world is today, auto places still try to rip people off. I would not recommend this place at all for ANYTHING!! They need prayer!

The people who work at the front desk are all extremely nice people. The first time I brought a vehicle there quick lane told me my engine was basically broken. Christian bros saw it was just a spark plug that came loose and charged just a diagnostic to fix it. I thought, this is my new place!I then brought my brothers 2013 mustang there for tires, brakes, and a clutch.They completed the repairs and then the car drove terrible. We brought it back and they seem to have fixed the issue that they messed up.Then it started having more problems along with them having broken the gear shifter when reinstalling.I brought it back again, and just asked they replace the shifter for free and I paid for a new one.Since then the transmission has been in limo mode, which it never did before, and they say it's not their fault the transmission is just now happen to be going bad.I spent around $2500k in labor for them to break the car multiple times... they are always nice but their prices are over inflated their skill does not match. Get a second quote at least.Maybe an oil change here is fine, or a diagnostic but don't get the repairs done here if you like money and a working car...

This shop performed all my dealer service for my Mercedes and my Ford. I will never go to another dealer again with my cars.Great service, great price. Enjoyed working with Heidi and Cory. Very clean shop, great atmosphere, great friendly service.

This shop details the issues one by one and backs it up with helpful facts so you know you're not being given a story. I brought in an old truck which needed a lot of help and they itemized all the issues allowing me to budget the fixes in stages. Very trustworthy and quality work.

Kenny and the entire team at CBA Apex were excellent! Kenny took time to research what part my car needed for its repairs, and accurately gave a detailed quote for the repair. Their entire team including Heidi and Carolyn were excellent throughout the entire process, and very friendly and provided amazing customer service! Their facility was in pristine condition including waiting area. They looked at all options for repair of my car, and knew my needs and what was the best option. Repair of headlight was done much quicker than estimated and installed part works absolutely fine. Definitely give my highest recommendation to CBA Apex!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We had an awesome experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. They worked hard to diagnose the problem with our vehicle. We had replaced some parts that were under warranty, they worked directly with the vendor we purchased them from and made the exchange for us and then only charged us for the labor to install. They were all professional and very courteous during every encounter.We are happy to have found a place we can trust with our vehicles moving forward.
