Cary Collision was very helpful in repairing our Ford Edge front end bumper and headlight damage. We got a quick and reasonable quote. They ordered the parts same day and started the repairs the next week. Amanda was great to work with, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend Cary Collision. It was one of the best service experiences we have had in a ling time!

I had a great experience at Cary Collision Center today. I called and spoke with Wes on the phone and he was very kind and willing to help. Then stopped by for the issue with my car and Wes spoke with me about solutions and was very helpful and caring about the quality of work. Overall a 10/10 experience and will definitely be coming back for any work needed in the future!

The price was reasonable and repair job was very well done, completed in a timely manner, and slightly under the estimate. The staff were all great and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend.

Made it really easy to get a quote for a scratch. Haven't scheduled the work to be done yet but most likely will go with Cary Collision. EDIT: had the work done on my EV here and they did it quick and it looks great.

I am really happy to recommend Cary Collision Center. We were not able to remove a stubborn screw on our car license plate. We took it to Jiffy Lube and NC complete Autoworks, but neither of them were able to help us. John and Shawn were very kind and fixed our problem in 10 minutes. In this day and age it's difficult to find honest people like John and Shawn. I wish them the best.

I own a limousine service and have used Cary Collision on two separate occasions. Both times the vehicles were finished with excellent results. I would recommend them for any auto body needs!!

These guys are artists. If you treat them that way, they will be able to do outstanding work on your vehicle. Read the website and see that they only do estimates Tue-Fri. I went in with minor damage to the plastic bumper on my van. Standard procedure is to replace the bumper. I asked if they could try to pull it back out and assured them that close enough is good enough for me. They were willing to try for $50. They did an awesome job in 30 minutes and I gave them $60. The tiny spot of missing paint, I will cover with matching touch up paint. I do recommend these guys with the caveat that you will get better results if you treat them as artists; experts in their trade.

Cary Collision is the Best!! They repaired my car back to it's original beauty! Scott, John and staff treated me with the greatest respect in a very difficult time. They not only take great care in repairing cars but their empathy extends to the comfort of the customer. I am so grateful I found this company.

I pulled in for an estimate and help on a Friday and was met at the door. Due to the part shortage and overflow of repairs most shops would not even see me for 3 weeks. My car was hit in the rear bumper and it was taped up. I asked if it was safe to drive until I could get it fixed The manager went and got the mechanic who took my bumper off so I could drive it until it was repaired. I met 2 angels that day who helped me with my car! Thanks so much! I would recommend their shop for all your needs.Service: Body & Trim

This is the third repair and paint job that I have had performed by Cary Collision: a front bumper repair and repainting, a front bumper skin replacement and painting, and now a rear bumper repair and repainting. In all cases, the finished work exceeded the appearances of the original bumpers! Yes, the paint match and depth of color was absolutely perfect compared to the body paint. The original bumpers were a shade off. I will be returning here for yet a fourth repair: a $4000+ hail storm damage repair. I'll give a full review after it's completed. Oh, and the crew from front office to workshop are some of the nicest and most helpful people, not only with the working with the insurance companies (two are involved), but also with delivery of finished work right on schedule. ADDENDUM: I got my 2017 Accord back on 10/16/20 after the hail damage repair. CCC worked in conjunction with Dent Busters on the repair. The work was extensive and required removing the headliner, interior door panels, interior covers over the roof pillars, headlights, tail lights, hood insulation, and who knows what else. Over $4700 worth of work, and completely covered under my comprehensive. The car looked brand new after getting it back. I'm really pleased with the results, and not a rattle or telltale sign of repair anywhere.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Got in a car accident and knew the car was "totaled" in terms of its value, but wanted to get a broad estimate anyways. The employee was very honest about how expensive it would be, and I told him I couldn't afford it, but he still answered a lot of my questions and talked me through how I could approach it myself, knowing that I wasn't going to be giving them any business (that day anyways). I was impressed with their friendliness and how professional they were.

I wrecked my truck, with heavy front end damage and went to a different shop called Duraleigh auto repair, their estimate was $3100 and was dishonest and told us there was frame damage so they could charge us for it. So we went and got an estimate at Cary collision center and the estimate was $1200 and they were honest and said there was no frame damage. So I bought my own after market parts and brought them over and they completely fixed my whole front end for $600, half of their estimate. Not only were they honest and very inexpensive, but they also made a custom mount free of of charge for my grille, if they had ordered the part it would have costed us $700 and made them much more profit, but they custom built me a mount that works perfectly. I m not even close to done, they also proceeded to make me a custom mount for my front camera and sensors free of charge. Other body shops would have just taken them off or charged another couple hundred dollars for the labor and hard work. They are all very nice people who showed me so much hospitality and it is an honest and incredible family run company. This will be the only body shop I will go to for now on. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Thank you for your incredible and affordable services. The custom mounts are just like the ones that came on the truck, perfectly shaped and sized, not to mention free. They also cleaned out the interior of the truck. And got the whole front end replaced in one day. Very high quality work, thank you so much.

I called to set up an appointment for an estimate and I was told that estimates are done without an appointment Tuesday through Friday. I told the gentleman on the phone that I would be there that day. He did not mention at that time that they do not do estimates in the rain. I completely understand if they want to wait until there's no rain, I just wish he mentioned that before I drove from sanford. When I arrived, I was told that they do not do estimates in the rain. I politely informed the receptionist that I told the man on the phone that I was coming and he made no mention of this, and I had driven from Sanford. She spoke with the technician and he responded very rudely. He came out of the shop, did not make eye contact, walked past me in an angry manner and went outside. I followed, and he said without looking back "We don't normally do estimates in the rain". At this point I felt uncomfortable with him working on my car, so I said "I could go somewhere else then". Without looking at me he said "alright" and turned around and went back in. I understand if they don't do estimates in the rain, I just would have liked to know that before driving there on a day when we expected rain. I have never been to their shop and I didn't know they don't have a place to park under. What really bothers me is his lack of professionalism.

Miranda was wonderful. I scraped the bumper of my black vehicle with white paint heading into the garage. The exterior damage looked tragic!!. Not only did they provide a quote within 10 minutes of coming in, they also did some aesthetic work to the body right there on site to make my vehicle look polished. It was nice to drive around with a less apherent problem while I waited for my body work appointment set at a later date.I can't express enough how kind, efficient, and professional this business was in performing their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Cary Collision Center is the absolute best! I have worked with them on two separate occasions and each time I was nothing short of amazed at their quality of work. They recently repaired my 2010 Honda CR-V after a car accident, and when I got my car back it looked brand new again! They kept me informed every step of the way, and I got my car back within a very reasonable amount of time. They also repaired my 2004 Honda Civic several years ago after it was backed into by another driver. Once again, their quality of work was amazing. When I got both of my vehicles back I could not even tell that they had ever been damaged at all! The staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with, which makes a huge difference in my opinion! Overall, I just cannot say enough good things about Cary Collision Center! If you want pleasant interactions with staff, superior work, and a car that looks amazing this is THE place to go!!!

My Toyota Camry was recently hit while parked in a parking deck. I took it to Cary Collision Center for repairs and am so glad I did. They did a wonderful job with the repairs and everything looks as good as new! They were very communicative with me about the repairs and were even able to complete everything two days earlier than promised! If I ever need repairs in the future, Cary Collision will be my first choice!Service: Body & Trim

I moved to downtown Raleigh from the Apex area, and when I needed some front bumper damage fixed it was more than worth the drive to use someone I trust. They did a great job again on the repairs - replaced the front bumper and brackets underneath. Scott went the extra mile to work with the insurance company when they made a clerical error, and even stayed late so I could pick up my car on a Friday afternoon. When I came to pick up the car the whole car was clean and shiny and they vacuumed the inside -- it's so nice to get your car back after an accident and it feel brand new again. I would recommend them to anyone.

Needed repairs due to hitting a deer.. got several local estimates and theirs was reasonable and seemed best all round. Estimate was from their Cary office and the work was done at their Apex location (as a convenience, I was able to drop car off & pick up in Cary which was close by).Everyone was nice and helpful and they did an excellent job. They also cleaned the car inside & out (a lite 'detail') so it looked almost like new.And when there was a minor follow-up issue, they took care of it quickly and politely, so I feel very good recommending them and going back to them in the future.

I normally don't leave reviews but after what this place did for me today I have to. Someone hit my passenger side mirror and left me to deal with the damage. I got a quote from auto park Honda for $900 so I decided to go to this place to see what they would charge. The man at the shop (I didn't catch his name) started playing around with my mirror and snapped everything back into place. Saved me $900 and a whole lot of stress. If your looking for a place to take your car, I highly recommend Cary Collision.

Fantastic work. Cary Collision did a wonderful job fixing my car after a minor accident and they did it in a timely manner as well. The staff was very professional and they made the entire process extremely painless. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The job done on my car was incredibly professional they even wiped down the dash, but for me the most important part was the price since this was not going to be going through insurance and I had limited funds, the 1st place I had gone to quoted the dent on the rear quarter panel at $3400!!! I was going to give up at finding anything for my price range that I had which was $2500 thankfully they came in under that and I am so pleased I figured the least I could do was leave an accurate but good review. If I ever need any more body work done on my car with or without insurance paying I will be back! For what it's worth you have earned a customer for life!

We have had 2 cars repaired by CC, and each time the work and customer service were exemplary. Both involved an insurance claim, and they made the process clear and easy. Highly recommend them.

Cary Collision Center is absolutely the best! This time I was there with my blue Tesla. They fixed the front bumper in a few minutes and it was free, though they mentioned they do not have tesla parts! So friendly and capable service man there!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This business will give you a fair and expedient estimate. I came a walk-in with 30 mins notice of my arrival. John devoted his attention to me as customers flooded into his doors. Thank you for being reliant, observant, and honest.
