We used this Caliber Collision location to have a front bumper replaced and painted. The bumper looked great but I had an issue with the fender liners after the repair and when I dropped off the car for them to look at, Kevin was assigned to me. He was very professional and even brought the car to my house and explained that they would need to order parts. He kept me informed when the parts were ordered and came in. I called to set up the appointment and he worked around my work schedule. I was very pleased with how well Kevin handled the whole process and I highly recommend him. I was very pleased with his work ethic.

Despite their schedule being full, they went above and beyond to accommodate me. My vehicle had a particular issue, and Alex took the time to listen and understand. She then consulted Kevin, and together they came up with a creative solution to temporarily adjust the bumper frame so I could open the rear doors.Kevin's skill and dedication were truly remarkable. He not only listened attentively to my problem but also understood the urgency of finding a solution. Without hesitation, he grabbed his tools and got to work. I am very satisfied with the results! My Car looks great! I had lots rear damage from the car accident. The rear end was repaired very nicely! My advisor was Jeff he s very nice, professional, most of all knowledgeable. Jeff was excellent with communication, he kept me in the loop through the entire process. Thanks to the entire team who took time and care while doing such an amazing job

I can t recommend the Caliber Collision in Apex enough! Getting your car repaired can be a headache but the process at this Caliber was seamless. Kevin made sure to update me every step of the way. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond. Very satisfied with my car and overall service.

Great job by Caliber Collision team at the Pine Plaza Apex, NC location. Ethan did an amazing job when I found some additional wheel/tire damage when vehicle was returned to me. Team at Caliber fixed my wheel a d replaced my tire at no added cost! Thanks Caliber team! Vehicle looks brand new!

The work was done very well as far as I can tell. The paint matches perfectly which is always a concern. Jeff was great with communication and is super knowledgeable. I wish I knew the body guys name to give him credit as he did great work.

Caliber did a perfect job repairing our car. The quality of the work was outstanding. They took extra steps to make sure that the finish matched the existing finish so that you can t see where the existing car meets the repaired portions. Walked us through everything they did when we picked the car up. Had the car done about five weeks before the original estimate.Most of all I liked how they updated us with progress on the claim and repairs, sometimes on a daily basis. This level of communication is not always found in service industry companies these days. Quickly answered any questions we had. Worked seamlessly with the insurance company.Very grateful for all the work they did, the quality with which they did it and the level of communication and professionalism they exhibited.

I had a great customer experience at Caliber Collision. The key reason for this was my Customer Service manager Kevin. Kevin handled all affairs with my car from start to finish. It started with a fair and thorough estimate of the repairs I wanted done. He dropped me off at the house when I left my car. There were some necessary adjustments to the estimate that I had questions about. Kevin took me into the shop where my car was torn down and walked me through the changes. The car was delivered early and nicely detailed. Kevin was shining my new rims when I drove up. He walked me through each item that was completed to my satisfaction. I paid my bill and he drove the car to my house for delivery. Kevin was outstanding and made all the difference in my experience. Thank you Kevin!

Caliber went above and beyond. They worked closely with our insurance and the car rental agency. There was clear communication with text updates almost every day. They even detailed the inside. Kevin was amazing to work with.

Quick, honest and super communicative. Another shop messed up my car and luckily Caliber was able to fix it! They called and texted me with updates, we had to wait on a part but as soon as it came in it was ready that day. Everyone I communicated with was extremely helpful and kind. Will for sure go back here for any future car needs.

They did a solid job! Kevin was the type of rep everyone needs. He kept me updated at every point. I requested pictures to see how they did repairs on my 2021 Explorer. It was pretty cool stuff.

Great attention to detail and the right amount of updates as my vehicle was being repaired. I even received a few photos during repair. My repaired vehicle was delivered on the promised date. Ask for Kevin Brown to be the Customer Service Manager in charge of your vehicle. At the initial inspection he knew technical details of what unseen items might need repair on my vehicle. Some of the items we talked about did need repair or replacement and some didn t, but it helped me not be concerned about a lot of unknown issues. He even explained some of the process of how the car would be repaired. All that and his customer service attitude made me comfortable that my vehicle would come out looking great, and it did. No one likes having to get collision damage repaired, but Caliber Collision is the place to go if you do. Very professional customer service. They keep you informed every step of the way. This was my second experience with them, and, although I hope I never have to go back, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I do. Also, Amanda is the best!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The collision repair was nicely done. I did have to take my car back several times and expressed this to Amanda. She got an attitude about she had personal business to attend to but she was there discussing a whistling noise about my car. She suggested the problem I had was probably a wheel bearing in my front tire which had nothing to do with the repair. She wanted to throw the blame on me when I didn't have this problem when i brought the car in. Amanda then suggested I take my car to Christian Brothers to get a diagnosis because they didn't know what else was the problem. Long story short, the new manager Keith had to take over the situation. This happened in August 2023.

Less than desirable outcome but Caliber Collision s customer service was fantastic. Everyone at the Apex location was courteous and very helpful. Something that could have been a long drawn out process, they made painless. Hopefully, I will not need their services in the future but if I do - this is the place to go.

They turned a bad experience into an easy one. My new car (less the 3,000 miles) was hit in Colorado. We fited it locally upon our return home. Ethan handled things from start to finish, keeping me up to date all through the repair. I truly love this repair shop. They work closely with my insurance and notify me of any changes to my claims. They maintain a professional role as well as making the customer feel comfortable about their situation. I only use caliber for repairs and will continue using them.

Ethan truly went above and beyond to save my car and my honeymoon by getting my window closed and confirming a motor was trying to explode before I had to make a 14 hour drive.
