The best in attentive, detailed, professional customer service! Ask for Jovon! We arrived very late last night for windshield wiper replacements, and he cheerfully changed them perfectly for our Toyota Corolla. Jovon is a leader for all of us to give our best in our careers. Highly recommend this Autozone, open late and great customer service! Thank you Jovon!

I went in to purchase two new headlight bulbs. Erick greeted me as soon as he finished with another customer. He was friendly, helpful and offered to put the new bulbs in the vehicle for me. He had me make sure they were working properly before I left. Professional, Kind and Informative. Ericks customer service skills earned a solid 10/10! I will definitely come back to and highly recommend this location.

Wow! This place is great! Shout out to my man Franklin! He helped me in purchasing my battery and then proceeded to install it in about 15 mins. I was very impressed with this Autozone! They were so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here for your battery needs! I have a 2018 Mercedes GLC don t be fooled by having to take your car (to the way too expensive dealership in Cary), especially for a simple battery exchange!

Just went to get new wiper blades for my daughters car , very friendly manager Erik and very professional proactive and a true leader , whilst his staff declined to put the blades on saying its raining outside , before i could say anything Erik stepped in and did the install , these are the type of professional leaders every company needs , thanks Sir for helping me and my daughter and thank you Autozone for having amazing leaders

Erick is amazing! I went to have my battery replaced and a few fuses were blown in the process - I spent about 3 hours their total, but they were so accommodating during the entire process. Erick s Customer Service saved the day, he made sure I wasn t leaving until my car was running properly and everything was corrected. Turned a not so great situation around!

My wife and I came here to pick up some parts for our vehicle. Glad we came to this location because the employees were very friendly and helpful. Kim and Melissa were great and helped us get what we needed. Definitely recommend this location.

Just had an amazing experience at this AutoZone. I am sorry I did not think to get the gentleman's name that assisted me, but he made a stressful situation so easy. He even assisted me in a referral to a local shop to fix my car's problem. Thank you!

My wife's car battery died last week. We got it jumped and it took it to this Autozone to get it checked out. They ran their tests and confirmed we had a bad battery and needed a new one. Frank took a look and said with the setup under the hood of our 2016 Ford Escape, and how the battery is located in the back corner, it would take a little longer to replace/install. We were on a time crunch, but were told we would be good for the week. So we came back this weekend and found Frank, who said "technically, I'm supposed to be on vacation. But I had to come in to help out my co-workers for a little bit." He remembered us as "the couple that needed a new battery," and said he would stick around to install our new battery because "I promised you that I would." Even though he was supposed to be on vacation, he stayed an extra half hour to get us our new battery and get us on our way, all while being very nice and positive and professional. Thank you so much, Frank! I promised you I would leave a positive review because you deserve it, and others deserve to know how awesome you are! If we are ever in need of any other parts for our car, we will definitely come back to this Autozone! It's great to know they care about their customers and are willing to go out of their way to truly help.

Could be a timing issue but I walked in and no one was to be found. I stood there for a few minutes alone. Someone else came in after that and were seen to first. I was the forth customer seen to. Wondering if I was supposed to be loud and annoying or something to get service in a reasonable amount of time.

I am so grateful to be living so close to an AutoZone, too many past experiences with car mishaps (today being one of them). My car barely started after I ran out during lunch today, and when I got it to start, I drove right over instead of going straight home. They tested my battery, Alternator & Starter and as I expected it ended up being the battery(thankfully).Eric S. was the one who helped me and advised that I had a warranty on my battery, I didn't even remember it had a warranty! Anyone could have easily taken advantage of the situation and said my warranty was up to make a sale but he was honest and really helpful; his actions say a lot about his character. Not only was he professional, but he was also very sweet and went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned with customer service.I would/will recommend this AutoZone to anyone for great service! I also want to mention and regret not getting the name of the other guy that helped Eric change my battery. They were both great and I appreciate their speedy assistance. I wish every customer service experience was as pleasant as the one I had today.

It was a hot summer day, and my truck s battery decided it had had enough. Ince I got the truck started, I swiftly headed to autozone in Apex. As I came into the store, I was greeted at the counter, by the store manager, and explained what I had going on, and he promptly said, I can replace that for you, no problem. In about 10 minutes, I he had me rolling down the road. Great customer service. Great experience.

Erick and Frank were absolutely amazing. Went in for my daughter's brake light and had a little trouble with it. They were able to fix it and their customer service was great. Will definitely be back for our auto needs.

Store manager Erick was extremely helpful. In a time where good customer service is hard to come by, Erick had a positive and helpful attitude and while working with me he also was able to multi task and help others while I was working on my head light bulbs. Give that man a raise

Javon was awesome! My batterywas not a typical removal. It was buried deep inside my hood close to the firewall.He was extremely cordial and a joy to talk too while he worked switching it out.This was no easy job and he did it excellently.This young man will go far in life.I'd give him a raise if he worked for me .His attitude was excellent and he never complained, but I could see it was Tuff to get that old factory battery out.I suggest anybody if their having problems with their battery removal ask for him.Good help is hard to find these days , I suggest when u find one like him u go to the effort of letting him know he's very much appreciate.

If he s working, ask for Erick. He s super helpful and knowledgeable. I went in with a question about my oil levels and he took the time to check out my other fluids and noticed some other things that needed attention - but he charged me nothing! He just advised me on what to share with my regular repair shop so I would get the best quality service product at the right price. Amazing customer service. Well done!

Great shop great guys!! We were stranded With a dead battery in our truck in Cary - 91� outside. They drove two vehicles up got our truck running pronto! Major shout out for great customer service! Yes, we bought two batteries from them and they installed on site. Really appreciate them all!!

If I move to another state, I will drive back to Apex, NC just to visit this AutoZone. Frank and Erick offered service ABOVE and beyond what I ve ever experienced at any other location. My battery needed replacing but it wasn t a simple fix. They took their time and resources to problem solve and fix the issues. It s no question they are both doing work where their passion intersects with their talents. I highly recommend this AutoZone.
