I went into your Apex to purchase a battery charger. Not once did they come to help. To busy on phones. When I went to pay still on phones so I left the charger on the counter and went to Auto zone . Custermer service means everything and this store had none

I went into Advance Auto Parts today very early the check engine light popped on overnight. I figured "Let me head over to Advance and have someone check it out. " I walked in and spoke, Mr. Doug greeted me, came out with the diagnostic machine, gave me some helpful suggestions as to what the issue may be for my 2013 Honda Pilot, gave me some price quotes on a few items, and even gave me a good deal on a pair of windshield wipers. I was well pleased with Mr. Doug's Customer Service and Professionalism.

Nice people, nice store, they were very helpful period they even came outside to look at my car. I would absolutely recommend the store. The people and the products. So nice to have a nice place to visit and trust with your car

Had me go from one store to another for part got there and they did not have it after they said they did. The store I had to get the item from was not very friendly at all. And this was their mistake. No need for me returning.

We are an auto dealer and purchase parts from store 1013 all the time. We sent our mechanic to get exchange a part for the correct one because he knew what he needed. They would not deal with him and said the dealer owner had to come. When we went there, the response as soon as we stepped foot in the door was "the system is down" and they went back to playing with their phones.

Visited today to get a new battery. They were extremely kind and friendly. They helped me install my new battery and took care of the old one. I would rerun here in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this location and their team!

This location in Apex, NC is by far the BEST Advanced Auto Parts store I have ever been to. I am no spring chicken so that means something. The customer service is stellar. As soon as I walked in the door, CSR Luis greeted me, cheerfully. Another CSR, Austin, addressed me and smiled. It was mid afternoon. I explained that I had just come from a partially paid car inspection across the street, and that I needed to replace a front end headlight, and return to the inspection station to pass. My vehicle registration renewal was due the next day. I do not live in Apex. I thought, at best, I would have to drive 30 minutes home and return the following day. Within a minute of walking in, Luis had my part rang up, and said to me, "Ma'am, allow me to help you out. I will replace the headlamp for you since you have come so far, and the inspection center is just across the street". As he stepped away to get my headlight, Alston gave me my receipt...with a smile. When Luis quickly returned he happily said, "come with me to your car". To say the least, I was surprised and absolutely thrilled. I could not believe Luis' kindness and thoughtfulness. You do not see that much anymore in business, or in general out in society especially, with strangers. Luis seemed as happy to help me out as I was to receive his help. As he said "good-bye" and walked back into the store, Luis said smiling, "Have a nice day, Ma'am". I smiled at him, and said, " I just did"! This is definitely the store location to go to! Thank you, again, Luis! :)

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience with these folks, I had to do it. Jonathan (I believe was his name) was amazing. He came out and tested several things on my engine and then helped me get supplies for cleaning the car without having to go inside. AND while he was helping, another lovely gentleman came up and said hello and started cleaning out the leaves in my engine! They are wonderful here and I will definitely go back!

Some employees are amazing and some are horrible. Depending on who you get to help you.Some they do whatever it takes to help you with what you need. Few are a waste and they don t want to deal with you.I have asked a employee to make sure my reward number is on the order, oh yeah it is there, and it wasn t. Then I asked him to add it, oh sorry I can t anymore.

Went in around 10:45am looking to buy a few air filters. Waited to be helped for about 5 minutes. 4 employees at computers, only one customer being helped. No acknowledgement from staff. Left without purchasing anything. Disappointed as this is the most convenient location for me, but I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

I'm sure the whole crew here is great but Matt goes above and beyond. He's a super nice guy and extremely good at his job. This is the only location I'll mess with and I live in N. Raleigh. (have to pass one on capital to get to this one)

Very disorganized!!! I normally would go to the one on W. Williams St but I sometimes go hear for convenience. I ordered a part a week ago. They told me to pick it up next day after 12. Went and they could not find the part. Then said it must have been left on truck or did not get dropped. This was last Saturday. Ordered it Friday. I gave my phone # to call on Monday when it arrived. Never received a call... Today is Friday, just got off the phone with an employee, she looked up part # but could not find part even though it says it is in stock online. She said she had no idea about this order and told me I could go to the one in Cary because they have 2 of the same parts. Such an inconvenience when someone is servicing the vehicle at the time when the part is needed.

This store is great. I preordered some light bulbs online for store pickup, and showed up a few minutes later. The guy had the order ready but the inventory was incorrect so he gave me the more expensive bulbs for free with no questions asked.

Very helpful. Found my replacement headlight bulb. Even gave me a pair of latex gloves so I wouldn't get oils from my fingertips on the bulb and damage it during installation.

I just learned that rear window wiper blade replacements are troublesome. However, CODY at Advance Auto helped me, attempted to install the un-installable, and refunded my purchase, all while being patient, polite, and kind. Could not have asked for better customer service, especially considering I turned out to not even be a customer, in the strict sense.

I have stopped by here periodically for 5 years that it's been on my way home, and they have never helped me once. They ACT like they know something, and that's just enougb to make up excuses for selling the wrong parts... or no parts at all. I hope thwy shut this dump down and build a store that helps normal people soon. Car quests suck.
