They are simply awesome! They were very welcoming & friendly, we needed a used tire today, not only did they have a tire available, the used tire almost looked brand new!!The best part is they gave us a great deal,They immediately worked on it,The tire replacement was very fast,Hardly there for 15 minutes.I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND anyone to Retamas!!

Amazing customer service and quality work! They are the go to for my Mazda service and pricing is affordable. They replaced my valve gasket and spark plugs in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!

Went in to get my tire valve replaced. They did it very fast. The owner, Robin, was very helpful through the whole process! I will definitely be retunring if I need tire and/or car repairs in the future!

This place is awesome, my tire repairs was fast and very affordable. Everyone was nice, I will be coming back! :)Update: I came again today and everyone was helpful and everything was fast. This will be my tire place for now on

Retamas Tire and Auto Repair is a professional and friendly place. Whenever I have any issue with my car, I immediately take it to Retamas. Robin and his team are quick, and usually fix any problems I have in less than an hour.

The worst experience I ve ever had. The owner seemed to be honest and upfront at first but by the time he finished so call repairing my Lexus I wound up losing parts to my car instead of getting new parts. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you re not knowledgeable about cars. I was taken advantage of! Stay far away. Also very expensive!

"cortes tire & service" will taKe advantage of you in a quick minute! Overcharge for a used tire that they clearly got for FREE! and then take their sweet time getting to it. DO NOT RECOMMEND

My husband took 5 tires for his classic car to this location with inner tubes to be mounted. He left with 2 popped inner tubes, a bent valve stem, and various scratches on his 1954 rims. Save yourself the trouble and find another shop for tires.

Service was Slow and Not organized. I received two used tireson Saturday. To my surprise the next am one of the tires ( the one with the 8 day warranty was completely flat). I had to go discount tire to replace the tire I had just gotten put on within 24 hours. Too far to drive back to service station and take the time withiut knowing the quality of the tire replacement would be worth it. I will Not RECOMMEND. this place.

I came the other day for an inspection they got it done on the spot - quick , easy and affordable. Also needed tires so came back now to get the tires put on - again was greeted with prompt friendly and quick service. Also very affordable! Thank you

Our new tire place!! The big tire place in town we used to bring both cars to takes FOREVER to get it done. These guys did it in 30 minutes. Cortes is the best kept secret in town because they don't have fancy signs and advertising but that is totally reflected in their pricing!! You ONLY pay for your tires, not their fanciness. They were awesome. Reflecting back on the past few years, it was a bit nuts of us to pay top dollar to replace tires. It's tires, not brain surgery. That's exactly how Cortes charges for it too.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would, not sure how they have so many good reviews. I was sold a used tire for $30 and was told it was in good condition, come to find out it was plugged twice in the sidewall and could have blown at any time. Not only do I drive my car with me in it, I drive my car with two small children in it and I am very lucky and thankful right now that my tire did not blow and put my children in danger. When I called to let them know about this issue outside of the eighth day warranty, they did nothing to try to resolve the issue. Would not recommend.

My wife ran over a pot hole and we needed a tire "quick". We stopped by the first time, and they provided me a quote for a "used-new" tire of $15, including balancing. I was shocked! I had to ask again, and they said yes. When I went to pick up the car, the tire looked brand new. EXCELLENT WORK PEOPLE! YOU HAVE MY BUSINESS. CLYDE
