This location has some of the best customer support that I have experienced. I had ordered 3 different hoses and visited 4 other auto parts stores and no one could/would help me with my issue. The service representative here took time to figure out what the real problem was and helped me solve the issue. Plus they had all the parts in stock which was an added bonus. I will definitely be recommending/returning to this location.

I really loath stores that have a website where one can order parts or check availability of parts and it turns out those parts are from a shared inventory and not from a specific location. NAPA is such a place and straight up lied about a part being on hand at this location.It is not acceptable to show a specific store location but substitute part availability from shared inventory of stores in a 50 mile radius. This is bogus and totaly screwed up my ability to finish a project in one day rather than two.Also .. this same part was $50 cheaper on Amazon but would have taken 2 days to get to me. Had I known that NAPA was using other stores to stock itself I would have skipped the two trips by car to the store and simply ordered on line.Want to know why Amazon is eating everyone's lunch? It's because of bogus website claims of availability like I had with Napa.Got the part at 1130 instead of 730. Sure sure four hours doesn't seem like much but two trips and a time line failure is a big deal to me.Will not use Napa brick and mortar stores again.
