I wouldn't bring my vehicle anywhere else! Great service and extremely quick! The price was also very reasonable and I definitely felt like I got what I paid for! Feels like I'm riding in a new van now!

New to the area and been looking for a good, trustworthy, reliable mechanic for my aging vehicles. My car was leaking some unknown fluid (worst case scenario imagined in my brain). They took my car right in when I got there, called me back within a few minutes, showed me the problem. Easy fix. Didn t try to mislead me or sell me anything I didn t need. Also fixed another cosmetic problem on my car just because they re nice. I ll be taking our three vehicles there from now on.

These are fine folks that care for their customers! I use them for my personal vehicles as well as my work vehicle, which is under a fleet contract. The fleet company is not the easiest to deal with, but Jeff and crew don t seem to mind. I highly recommend these folks for your agility mechanic!

Jeff Barnes Auto Repair saved the day for me today! I had an issue with my car battery terminal, leading to the car shutting off while driving! I was able to walk/in, and they fit me in even without an appointment. Service was prompt and professional. Will use them for all future car care needs!

It is rare to get the sense of personal commitment to quality of work and quality of customer service to you, personally, as the consumer. VERY communicative (which I really appreciate) and I've never gotten a vehicle back and thought, "Eh, not sure that's all that better" nor have I ever needed to return for a follow-up on the same issue. These folks came on a recommendation from another mechanic of solid-reputation who couldn't fit me in - and so I'm paying it forward to y'all. HIGHLY recommend these folks!

Jeff Barnes is one of the kindest guys I've ever met. His prices are extremely affordable. He never tries to up sell me on parts that I don't need. He treats all of my vehicles with care. He is very quick to respond and has always had my vehicles ready in a timely manner. He takes time to explain what is wrong with my vehicles and always provides an estimate before doing anything to my vehicle. I send my children to him. His customer service is outstanding. Jeff Barnes and his employees are the kindest most helpful people to work with. He is so affordable and never upsells you. He always treats my car as it is his and will never do any repairs until running it by me. I cannot recommend his business enough. One of the best run businesses I ve ever come across!

Jeff is a man of integrity and character. Had issue with my daughters car and bottom line she put very cheap gas in it. He could of given me a "song and a dance" and charged us hundreds to repair if not more but he did not. Highly recommend.

Jeff and his staff got my vehicle in and back to me in 24hrs. Would have given 5 stars but there was an issue with the starter they had installed a couple months ago. They got me fixed back up and on the road for the holidays, definitely would recommend there services.

According to sticker on windshield wasn't time for oil change yet but low oil light came on while driving home from shopping. Called Jeff. They put in 2 quarts of oil and we continued home. We have 3 vehicles and they do all our repairs there. Highly recommend them.

They performed required work at a reasonable price. The owner Jeff Barnes is an honest business owner, he doesn't try to sell you on something you don't need to have done, that is rare these days. I highly recommend this shop for repairs and for new tires.

Owner Jeff Barnes is a honest, straight forward business man. I brought my Ford Taurus in and they fixed a check engine light that was thought to be a catalytic converter. He saved me hundreds because it was just a broken tube. I got it diagnosed at Stephenson auto and they charged me a $100 for a false diagnosis!! The front desk person at Jeff Barnes is friendly and personable. They have a customer for life!! Best repair shop in Fuquay and Angier!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I contacted Jeff Barnes with tire replacement questions. I ended up going with another location, but I want to leave feedback on the positive experience I received. My call was given to Jeff, who very patiently answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond with information that ended up being very useful in my research for new tires. He used layman language and repeated any time I needed clarification.

Jeff Barnes and crew are trustworthy, fair, and honest. Mr. Barnes will give it to you straight, do exactly what he says he will do, and not try to sell you more than you need. They are busy because they are good. That means it might take longer to get your vehicle serviced. Don't miss this: Barnes is a great place to buy tires and batteries.

I had our car towed to their garage on a late Friday afternoon. It was fixed by 1:30pm on Monday. Jeff called me to explain their findings and the cost. Very reasonable! NO COMPLAINTS! They have always treated me kindly and fairly.

A mechanic is much like a doctor...except he is working on your vehicle, And there ain't no insurance!! You have to trust what this fella is gonna tell you. He sees things you don't, He touches things we don't understand, and pretty much manages the life of cars and trucks we pay tens of thousands of dollars for. Jeff and his mechanics are top notch. His word is his bond and he will shoot you straight. You can trust what he says as the gospel. Quick accurate diagnosis and repairs that save you time and money. You may spend less somewhere else...but I can guarantee it will cost more in the long run. Susan and Megan at the front desk always have a smile and won't hold you one second longer than you want to stay. Recently I have noticed bible verses written on the chalk board behind the desk. If I was sure before, I am positive now...You will be blessed by your experience here.

Little late on this review but I got my clutch replaced here about 3 months ago this was easily the best experience I ve had with getting any of my cars fixed for the last 20 years Jeff actually took me to the back and showed me how bad my old parts were the whole staff was very courteous will definitely be taking my car back for any future repairs!

I recently went to Jeff Barnes for four new tires and new steel wheels. I paid nearly $600 for this service. After having driven just a hundred miles or so, I had to pull off the road because my car was shaking so badly. All four of the lug nuts on one of the tires were loose enough to twist by hand. When I called to talk to Jeff about it, he actually said that it was common for nuts to loosen after awhile. Maybe he thought that, since I'm a woman, he could give me this bogus answer and I'd just trust him but I asked around and found that it is not the case at all! He also rudely told me that he didn't have children working for him and that the nuts would have been tight when they left his shop. He "didn't know what could have happened" and never offered so much as an apology. The person who I took my car to next said that, without a doubt, Jeff Barnes had failed to tighten the nuts. Three of the tires were properly affixed and one was almost falling off. I am so utterly disappointed with the quality of the work, the customer service, and my overall experience. Had I been going any faster or had I not been able to pull over, this could have been much more dangerous to myself and every other traveler on the road. I will never go to Jeff Barnes again. I would rather shove my broken down car off a cliff and ride a unicycle all over town than trust my car to his incompetent and negligent service.
