I really appreciated the help that this mechanic did for our vehicle. We had our vehicle break down at a critical time during which getting everyone to and from work very challenging and inconvenient. They towed our vehicle for us and were able to fix the issues on three separate occasions. At some point I ll admit I came in extremely frustrated and concerned that the cost was too much and unfair but when I came in (and unfortunately was quite rude due to my own stress about the situation), the mechanic calmly took the time to explain all the charges for me and he helped me understand the decisions he made for our vehicle reliability and safety and how everything worked. I am grateful that he was able to fix our car and treated me with calm and collected respect even when I was a little emotional. This fast and reliable service was worth every penny.

Huge thank you to Elmer and his team. I bought a 97 F150 as a project truck. After a month of struggling with the o2 sensors, i called Elmers. He sent his guys to pick up my truck and parts, and within 90 min, i got a call saying it was ready and they were on their way back with the truck. Easy method of payment and great commute. Will definitely use them for my other vehicles!

Wanted to charge $365 to replace a single tire on a Toyota Rav4. This is the type of establishment that likes to prey on women that lack mechanical knowledge. EDIT:**** response to owner **** a 5 minute drive up the road to another shop the tire was replaced for $170 after taxes. Harrasing phone calls after posting a review is not the way to earn respect from the public either. Customers be advised!

Very nice folks there. Got my truck in for a leaking transmission line and they had it back to me by the end of the day. I don't expect them to be able to fix my vehicle that fast everytime but it was a good experience. They were very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I'll be back.

Wonderful experience. My vehicle literally couldn t move from my garage. Elmer s guys came over in less than two hours and fixed me up. Mechanics were very kind and professional. This organization is the real deal.

Half the people in here with reviews are family and they work there . luis and sergio are his mechanics, i worked there i am vinnie,, they are very shady, come up with stuff to be able to buy the car from the customer by saying it needs all this work then they sell the car for a 100 dollar fix, they just bought a mini cooper from annie floyd of angier only needed a radiator cap said it needed head gaskets now they are driving around in the car, elmer did fire me because i dont put up with the shady stuff, they keep taking this down,,because its the truth

Was told one problem was wrong with my vehicle after they completed diagnostic test , 3 weeks later was told something different was wrong with vehicle . My car went there on a tow truck & came back to me on a tow truck . Was told my car would be ready in 3 days as well which turned into 3 weeks with no communication whatsoever . Beware . Worst customer experience ever !!!

Great professionals, respectful, very honest and friendly, always open to help and to explain about the repairs. We had a serious problem with our car (electric/ electronics issues) and Elmer was able to repair. The repair took longer than we expected initially, we had to involve the dealer but in the end, everything came out very nicely. Highly recommendable!Service: Electrical repair

It s difficult finding a mechanic that you can t trust being that the industry is notorious for crooks, however this shop is not that. My truck had pretty bad mechanical issues, and Elmer took care of everything even when the truck had to go to the dealership to be hooked up to their computers. When he didn t get the answer he wanted from the dealership, he pulled it and brought it to another one saving me almost 5grand of unnecessary repairs. He was respectful, communicative, and easy to work with the whole time. My truck was just dropped back off maybe an hour ago washed inside and out. Will be bringing any future issues to him for sureServices: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Este due�o lleg� a un acuerdo porque antes de firmar un presupuesto, puso todo lo que quer�a sin estar de acuerdo. Primero, comenz� a trabajar en mi cami�n de trabajo sin mi consentimiento. Me cobr� $6,000 cuando antes era palabra $4,000 porque cuando vimos empezar la obra llegamos a un acuerdo de $5,000 y pagu� $3,000 por adelantado la primera vez que me dijo que estaba terminado luego revis� mi camioneta y todo est� en un l�o el a la semana siguiente me llamo porque mi camioneta tiene un problema grande que yo no tenia y le dije que no llevaria mi camioneta en estas condiciones, me dijo que no le pague los $2000 restantes, te llevas la camioneta mm? En estas condiciones he perdido dinero en reparaciones y en mi trabajo, por ahora tendr� que ir a juicio. Me siento frustrado por no tener mi cami�n en mejores condiciones cuando creo que era mejor que llevarlo a este taller. Espero que el juez tenga una soluci�n a mi favor, si no por favor! tengan cuidado al llevar sus veh�culos a un taller saludosIf I could put zero points I would. It's bad service and bad customer service. This owner reached an agreement because before signing an estimate, he put everything he wanted without agreeing. First, he started working on my work truck without my consent. He charged me $6,000 when before it was word $4,000 because when we saw the work start we reached an agreement for $5,000 and I paid $3,000 in advance the first time he told me it was finished then I checked my truck and everything is in a mess the following week I I called because my truck has a big problem that I didn't have and I told him that I would not take my truck in these conditions, he told me not to pay him the remaining $2000, will you take the truck mm? In these conditions I have lost money in repairs and in my job, for now I will have to go to court. I feel frustrated that I don't have my truck in better condition when I think it was better than taking it to this shop. I hope the judge has a solution in my favor, if not please! be careful when taking your vehicles to a workshop greetings
