Mr Christian on 02/03/24 was working the night shift I came in to purchase a temp sensor the same sensor I purchased less than 2 months earlier. Christian advised me that I could have a warranty on said sensor. Upon his research we found out that yes indeed I had a warranty and the trade would be free of charge. Today I was able to bring the faulty sensor in and got the new one on the house Thank you Mr Christian for the Outstanding Customer Service @ the Angier NC store . Bravo Sir Bravo

Jonathon was awesome. Helped me to identify the issue with my zero turn mower, suggest things, then charge my battery. Had it working by the end of the day. Top tier service.

This store has one person in it that helps customers, his name is Marcus. When to store and they wouldn't let me have tools for repair there, until Marcus stepped in and corrected the guy, service was sad, need to check store.

I went in for a new battery, found out it was still under warranty so they just swapped it out. The employees were friendly and fun and got me out super quick. I appreciate the service. Plus there was a customer there with a really pretty 1960's Honda 300 that I talked to about his bike while they exchanged the battery on my car. Great experience.

Want to recognize Jacob for going over and beyond. Last Saturday night my sister battery fail at Food Lion. We made it to auto zone 10 minutes before closing. Jacob took the time to replace her battery to get her and her grandson back on the road. He made sure that the customer was taken care of even if it meant going past his quitting time. He didn t rush, he took the time to make sure the job was done right. He even told us to stay in the building to keep warm until he got the battery installed. Now that s customer service!

The Angier AutoZone is great. They were so helpful when my car battery was bad. They took the time to change the battery out for me even when it was a little tricky to get the battery out. Manager was awesome and so kind.

Was at Angier Auto Zone this morning purchading oil & filter for my SUV. And by me being a female I don t know much about this thing. Doug B. Was there to help me and so glad he did. He led me to exactly what was needed and also assisted me with fuel injection cleaner I was questioning about. Thx again Doug for all your help & congrats on your new truck!!

I bought a motorcycle battery in April 2023, it died 3 times on me and I took it back today and they said the battery only had a 90 day warranty, this battery costs as much or more than a car battery, auto zone didn t even try to figure anything out, I won t be shopping at this auto zone or any other one ever again, I would think twice before I shopped here

I went by my local auto zone and they helped me out so much. Jacob went above and beyond to help me out with whatever I needed, he was such a huge help!! I wish more people could be as great as he was today. Even the manger came out to check on things that I needed. They are all amazing at this store I would definitely recommend going here if you d like the best help around and I will definitely be visiting in the future.

I was in your store today. I was greeted by a young man, Jacob. I needed wipers. He showed me all different kinds and prices. Checked me out quickly and put my new ones on. He was very helpful. Thanks

Miguel was really helpful this morning when I urgently needed a new battery right. He cleaned my terminal, installed the battery, and added some items to prevent it from happening again. He was really quick too!

Auto Zone is fine. The rewards program is hard to understand. I got an email stating I had a reward for five qualifying purchases, when I purchased an item their computer did not reflect that. I went to another store and the same thing. It is like I never had any qualifying purchases. Their employee told me they expire. I understand they expire, but not all at once.

The Manager, Jennifer, at the Angier store was super helpful and very knowledgeable! I had an emergency situation and had to purchase a new battery. Jennifer assisted me with the purchase and then came right outside and installed it for me. She had it in my Subura within a matter of minutes! I was very impressed with her professionalism and abilities!

I am an actual customer and leaving a review...I went to my local Angier Auto Zone store this morning to get a diagnostic on my battery. Michael was extremely helpful testing the battery and finding out it was taking it's last breath today. He showed me comparable batteries and I ended up selecting one exactly like I was replacing. While replacing the battery, Michael discovered a small leak and fixed that for me on the spot. Instead of giving 100%, he gave 150%. I wholeheartedly recommend the Angier Auto Zone. I met the new manager and he was great as well.

On June 26, 2020 I visited the Angier NC store to get several parts for my daughter s car. I was very impressed by the young lady (Jennifer) who helped me with my order! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience because of the interaction I had with her. I ll definitely be going to that store for any parts I need!

I bought a new alternator for my truck about three months ago. Needless to say there was a short in the alternator and it needed to be replaced again. I stop by this AutoZone and Ridge Keith switched it out for me. Great service is an understatement. They help me out in a pinch and I m sure they would do the same for you. Would highly recommend dealing with these folks at AutoZone. Thanks again!

I needed a new battery for my riding mower. I stopped here on a whim, figured that no way they'd have mower batteries.I was surprised, they had plenty of batteries and the young lady that helped me was friendly and very knowledgeable.That 20 min round trip was far better than the hour it would have taken to run to Walmart and back.

Thank you Bruce for testing my mom s battery to her car and putting in a new one for her in the dark and cold. You had the best attitude and costumer service! I come to this particular location quite often and every time I come everyone is always very helpful and courteous. I trust their advice.
