This place was AWESOME! They have a ton of patches, t-shirts, vinyls and parts. And the staff was super friendly! I got a couple Guardian Bells and a few cool mags here. Will return next time I'm in the area! If you haven't already, you need to check this place out!

Do not do business with this company. We accepted an order from them at a trade show and they have not paid us after shipping them product in good faith. Despite several attempts, and a few phone conversations with Jenny and emails requesting payment they have not paid us. Avoid at all costs.

Driven by there for years and never stopped. Decided to check it out today and found all kinds of accessories. Made some upgrades that I had been hesitant to buy online. I have to see it and hold it before I buy it. They have everything. Super friendly , enjoyed the visit, will definitely be back...

Mike and his staff could not have been nicer! Had a blown rear shock on my H-D Street Glide and Mike had the parts ordered and installed within 24 hours! Fair price and expert service. Saved our trip and we enjoyed visiting the shop. Love this place. We frequently travel from Chicago to the smokey mountains and this shop has saved us every time. From rewiring headlights to the exact battery we needed the morning we left this place is a God send.

I wouldn't recommend this place period. They do have a good selection of apparel and things of that nature. Prices aren't really terrible on things like that I don't guess. So I'd say it would be ok for a tourist passing through to stop and browse. But I promise, I wouldn't take my bike there for any reason. I would rather drive on over to Maryville or Waynesville to the Harley shop. Its worth noting, that this is the ONLY negative review that I have EVER given. On Google or elsewhere. The owner is partially correct. The bike did sit there for a long time. I couldn't say exactly how long it was there. But, the only reason it sat there for any length of time is because there was a fairly substantial bill for work that wasn't supposed to be done. It was not my uncle's bike, it was my Dad's. The bike had a slight miss. His instructions where, that if it was something simple such as a filter to go ahead and fix it. But if anything more serious then he would take it to the Harley place and pay them for the diagnostic work. But instead he got a used computer and a 3000 bill. Also, he did contact them. Shortly after making an initial payment on the work he didn't authorize, he was in a bad accident where he spent several weeks in the ICU. After healing up enough to get home and begin his two year long recovery, he did call and explain the situation. He was told that it was fine. To just come and get it when he could and that it wasn't an issue. I ended up buying the bike from him and when I went to pick it up the mood instantly changed when I told them which bike it was. Now the bill was going to be the 2000 he still owed plus 6000 for storage fees. When my Dad came down to try and get things cleared up a little, he was shouted down any time he tried to speak and called a liar. Then they told him how lucky he was that they hadn't already sold the bike or parted it out. But I will agree, after that, when I came back a little later, we did come to a better understanding and I was able to pick the bike up for 3000 total. Then when we went over to their warehouse to load it up, he took the gas cap off and shoved a rag in the hole and told her " well he's not getting the gas cap". I found that part comical. But for full disclosure, the bike did run good when I got it off the trailer I used to pick it up with (I didn't ride it out the door as stated.) But has developed has developed the same small miss/hesitation again now.

We stopped in yesterday, in need of a rear tire for my bike. We found his shop eclectic with interesting merchandise and two friendly dogs. He didn't have the tire we needed but immediately called another shop in the area, who did have one, and provided us excellent directions to the shop. We told him we were camping in the area & he mentioned he welcomes primitive camping behind his shop along the river if ever we needed it.We really appreciated his assistance & enjoyed his shop. We highly recommend you stop in when in the Murphy & Andrews, North Carolina area!!!Thank you sir, for your help!!!

The guy here was friendly enough. I stop to buy poker chips all around the country and never ever have I given $6.40 for a poker chip. Highway robbery. Very plain Jane chip for the price. Won't be stopping here again

You should think twice before having your bike worked on at this place. I trailered my bike to NC. from NYC While at the Tail of the Dragon my starter went on my HD Superglide. This place was recommended to me. He said it was the jackshaft he put a new one in. It lasted about 8 starts then the same thing. I was miles away by then. I brought the bike home had a new starter put in, it went bad then another it went bad. after that it was found out he put the wrong jackshaft in it was to long and ruining the new starters. I spoke to him he told me he has an in house warranty, I live in NYC. He cost me lots of money and refuses to give me any recourse. Stay away.JoeNYCService: Electrical repair

Mike came to the rescue last week as our bike stalled and could not restart a good 10 miles away from his shop. Not only is his store stocked with everything you may want and then more, but he is resourceful and eager to help. Drop by if you have a chance or simply keep it in mind if you ever breakdown in the area!
