Local ownership with Friendly helpful staff and affordable service. Has always been the best service department for front end alignment in the area for us. Purchase and Mount tires here and get free rotation for the life of the tires. Highly recommended

Bought 4 top of the line Michelin car tires. The appointment was handled when it was scheduled. The tires were not inexpensive, but I have no idea whether I got a good deal. They were recommended by 2 of my neighbors, so I went with them and didn't worry about the details too much.

I limped in with an almost flat tire, super people, fast service without an appointment, I ended up buying 2 tires from them and he had to order them, 10am next day I had 2 new tires on my truck, I'll be back for other services... Thank to a new resident from out of state, made me feel very welcome... thanks again, you'll see my to put a spare on a rim...

Traveling back from SC, I got a flat tire at 4:58 pm. They stayed open and got me home even though my tire is an unusual one and needed to be ordered.EXCELLENT service! Friendly, happy workplace and honest. Definitely got me fixed up without charging me an arm and a leg or taking advantage because I'm a woman. I'll definitely be returning as needed10/10 would recommend!

The team here is awesome! They're your one stop shop for most services and what they can't do they will make recommendations. Tire deals aren't bad price range from $500 and up depending on what you need. My go to spot!

Went there for a flat the last week of August in order to return to our home in Florida, the flat was repaired, I went & asked the mgr. where was my bill, his answer was; were you happy with the service? my response was; most definitely, his remark was no charge, when we return to our retreat in N.C., I will definitely have my tires replaced there! mega kudos to the staff & the manager there.

The people there were very pleasant and courteous. The price was perfect. It took them no time est time maybe 1 hour tops because there was a few ahead of me. I rate them a 5. It was a totally great experience, and they are very child friendly which is a plus!

Being still new to New Bern & North Carolina in general a friend recommended this place to get my car inspected. Do the the impeccable friendly service, I decided to check out additional services this place offers. A week later ended up getting new tires for my beautiful car. Thank you Mr. Grey as I will definitely go back for anything else my car needs.

Hardison Tire is a great place to get a car serviced, new tires and vehicle inspection. They work as a team moving customers through as quickly as they can. They are always busy but willing to let you know when they can reasonably get your vehicle finished.

Absolutely terrible!!! They destroyed my husband's truck and mine. They lied and had us pay for things they said they fixed and never did. I have pictures and proof I paid almost $400 for my Durango to fixed and my husband paid well over $300 for his to be fixed at different times we tried to give them a second chance and they failed miserably. My truck was there for 2 months only to sit there and never be touched. I was referred by a friend but after the fact was told by several others that they are terrible and they used to be good years ago but the staff they have now are terrible and I have the evidence now that proves it. I will be calling my lawyer and the BBB to ensure that my husband and I both get get all of our money back. Don't recommend them what so ever they will take your money and never touch your vehicle.

Just spent 18 hrs on the road and rolled into town for vacation. Previous week was plagued with truck issues so didn t expect another. Hardisons told me they d look at it the next day, but called that afternoon to tell me it was fixed. With a recent history in automotive commercial sales, their pricing was great and the work is excellent. We have family hear that recommended them , and for a good reason. Highly recommended. Thank you to the team there on a hot 93 degree day that made my vacation better

While on vacation, one of our tires was going flat. We pulled into Hardison's. They took us right away even though they had every bay booked. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Service was immediate and everyone friendly. Very pleased and bill was very reasonable.

Ben and Grey gave excellent customer service to a family member which resulted in me calling on them when I needed new tires and brakes. Though the website was a little slow, I was able to select my tires online, order them on a Friday, have them installed on a Monday, and pick up on a Tuesday after brakes and oil change were completed. The office staff in super friendly and prompt in updating me on the status of my vehicle.

The people at Hardisons are unbelieveable. I first brought in my car 20 years ago and haven't allowed anyone else to work on my vehicles since. They are honest, fair, speedy and crazy good at diagnostics. Plus super friendly!

I used this company for the very first time. They saved me $800.00 dollars. I was told my ac compressor was shot by a repair company up the road. After receiving a second opinion from Hardisons it was found to be only the compressor was overfilled with freon. Months later the ac still works fine. I will always have my vehicle serviced by Hardison s Tire. Whether for tires, oil changes, inspections or anything else. I know they will always have my business. So if you haven t tried them, give them a try . Trust them. You ll be glad you did. A friendly family owned business with down to earth service.

This place is the best all around in service. Helped me out 3-4 times now in emergencies. Last time was a flat tire on way back from airport. Fixed right away charged $10 dollars and gave me a calendar and bag of peanuts to boot.
