Great service, very very kind!! I needed assistance very last minute as we had towed our trailer across the country and had another trip planned that weekend. Well on Friday we needed some parts and big repairs and they were able to finish everything within one day, stayed late and helped me with everything. They were very helpful and we will be back for future repairs for sure! He took the time to discuss the issues we have been experiencing. Thank you!

Great store with even better employees, Connor worked with me and helped me out to work with my schedule due to a flat tire on my car and they were able to get me in and out in no time! Justin and I believe Rainer were killer at working on my car and making sure that everything went smoothly! This is a true mechanic shop that doesn't just try to sell you the most expensive stuff and actually helps the customer out! Definitely only coming here for now on!

I give them business as a chance to prove that they do quality work. Paid $1200 for new front hubs as they requested I'd need to do to fix the death wobble in the front end of my truck. After completion of the repair, they do a pre & post drive to see a different. When I received my truck back & proceed to drive home. I can tell no difference in the driving of my truck from before myself going to Meineke. Along with this issue, my Brake lines are knoted up from improper installation back to my truck & im almost certain the boot on my front axle has been busted. I will be contacting Meineke to repair what they guarantee

I will definitely be returning! They were super professional, knowledgeable and very helpful when advising me on what my car needed. I hope his place NEVER leaves Albemarle!!!!!!! Very professional!!!! Conner and Tim and rest of the guys took very good care of me. I felt like I was right at home.My Car is running beautiful and Smoothly. Also I love how the report system works along with the pictures and prices.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! State inspection, tire rotation and balancing, front brake pads and rotors, oil change and new air filter all done professionally under 2 hours. I took advantage of the military discount and will return when the need arises. Excellent service.

This place was on the ball! They were quick, informative, knowledgable, resourceful and trustworthy! My minivan had to get fixed and they were able to give me answers and resources as well as top notch service! I'm looking forward to getting back to my busy schedule with nothing to worry about with my van! Totally pleased and I would recommend to everyone! Connor and the mechanics are awesome!

I came into the shop for an oil change, thankfully they check your full vehicle out for free, which is nice because I ve been places where you have to pay for that before they do anything on your vehicle. But anyway, they found more that was wrong with my car that I was unaware of and got me set up for a payment plan with no hassle or extra junk. Very appreciative of their help

I had to take the car in this morning to see why my car's check engine light was on. I went there because I have gotten my oil changed there a few times and I trust them. Any way there were a few problems with the car that needed addressed. I have to say that their level of excellence and service was refreshing and made a frustrating experience as pleasant as it could be. each time that the manager came in he check on me and made sure I was ok and was a joy to be around. He was on the ball and still was able to relate well to every one who came in. I would definitely recommend this place to the people I know.

Avoid this place at all cost. I do not write reviews ever but my experience warrants one.I brought my Honda Odyssey in because it has multiple warning lights on. I was charged $1,312.30. The problem was not resolved. I was then told to keep bringing the vehicle in for OVER A MONTH. My initial visit was 2/21/24 and my last visit was today 3/26/24. I brought my vehicle in a total of 6 times which adds up to over 40 hours of my time being completely wasted. In my opinion the whole situation was not handled professionally in any way. On more than one occasion I was told I would be getting a call back within 30 minutes, I never received a call back so I would end up calling back days later and the 2 people I was dealing with were never on the same page. They would always blame the other person for not getting back to me.I've never had a worse experience in my 20 years of driving.

I can say 5 stars for the person by Who waited on me.He was polite courteous and respectful.However I went in with a specific concern, Instead of simply addressing that issue Apparently they did a 70+ point check of my entire vehicle, , and came back with a 3 page printout of work they recommended to be done. Costing over $5000!I'm sure this is a MeinekeProcedure, however, I I do not appreciate them wasting my time and theirs instead of simply addressing my immediate concern.I do not plan to go back

Connor the manager was very pleasant and very professional and explaining the situation with our catalytic converter. If we can go the route of changing it out we will go to Connor to have it done and we will also have our old and other car care done by Connor at his store. Took forever to mount 2 tires and I was pressed for time being as I had to be to work. Also I called ahead of time to make an appointment and ask how much it cost to mount a tire. I was told $25/ tire. So I m thinking no more than $60.. yea no it was almost $80 blew my mind. Turns out they do a full inspection of your car unwanted as it was. I just wanted 2 tires mounted. Oh yea and they asked if I wanted the tires back, I said no. They charged me $6 for that, which is fine except usually you would disclose this information first. Then don t get me started on the findings from the mechanic. All I can say is I ll never go back there.

Connor Dinnerman gave me everything that I needed to know that needed replacing on a used vehicle I had purchased. I was very relieved that they basically handle all of the work needed and a great job would be done! I will be using them to keep my vehicle in good shape!

So disappointed!! Went to get alignment just purchased new tires that day and headed if for a trip the next day. The tech said he didn t do a full alignment due to Honda specs and having to adjust struts he said my struts were due for replacement per Honda specs at 120k miles. I was bellow the 120? I paid and left and of course it is still pulling badly to the right!!

I went in for an inspection, and while I know shops make zero money on inspections, I was a little shocked and somewhat disappointed that they attempted to sell me on another $1300 worth of fluid flushes and changes. I feel bad for any customer not knowing any better, that gets sucked into this tactic of over paying for a service out of fear of not knowing any better. Prices for those services definitely seemed out of line. $500 for draining and refilling front and rear differential is INSANE. It can t be more than $150-200 worth of full synthetic gear oil that s needed to refill the differentials, and it s surely not $300 worth of labor to do it, these are pretty much as labor intensive as an oil change for your engine.

They do good quality work. I ve been here twice and they have done a fantastic job. They change my brakes and put a new battery in my car. I do recommend!

They worked me in the same day! On top of that this is the first place that has ever taken pictures of my whole vehicle and attached them to the work order which was sent to my phone so I could view which was really cool! And Conner went above and beyond to explain all of my concerns! Even the gentleman working on my vehicle was nice even though my vehicle was difficult bc it is a 23

I went to get an oil change and inspection. Everyone was very nice and polite. I waited about 2 hours, I did not have an appointment. After waiting all that time I was told that the inspection was not going to be valid, because they were not able to do the full emissions inspection. They did the inspection already so I was not charged, but I was never told that Stanly county did not require a full emissions inspection and that they were not able to do my inspection. Had I been told all of this, I would not have waited. Once I paid for the oil change and was about to leave, I get outside to my car to find my in cabin air filter sitting on top of my car where it had not been put back in after the inspection. Someone came out and put it back in. A few days later I happened to think to check my oil life reset, it had not been reset. Since there was not an oil change sticker put in my car, I use that to determine when my oil change is needed. Now my oil change time will not be accurate. Needless to say I do not think I will be back.

I stopped by this shop in a pinch while doing some repairs on my own and needed someone who knew what they were doing to help me out. Tim and chris were awesome, they answered all of my (many) questions and were able to help me out. The shop was clean, professional, knowledgeable, and I appreciated the fact that they didn t treat me any differently for being a young female which happens pretty commonly in the auto world. Id definitely go there again in the future if I needed to. Thank you guys again!

Got charged for something my truck didn't have. Asked for a refund. Associate said that he could give me a credit on my next visit. Not good business sense in my opinion. Will not be returning to this establishment. Come to find out other patrons I talked to said they had similar issues with these people. Not trustworthy at all. So BE AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!

I called Meineke for a safety inspection. They are located close to the DMV which is very convenient. Connor got me in for an inspection within 15 minutes of my call. They did a great job getting me in and out quickly for a very reasonable cost. Thanks, Connor and Meineke!

Had to get routine maintenance on my Lexus. They were very pleasant and Connor made sure that I understood exactly what I needed and the cost. They explained payment options so that I was comfortable with the work being done. When I dropped my car off to be serviced they even took me home and came back to pick me up when it was finished. Tim was phenomenal when I came in to do my oil change. I inquired about tires and he mentioned that I need new tires. He ordered tires Monday and my car was ready in less than 2 hours.Thank you Tim! You have a happy and lifetime customer

I watched in amazement as Connor did a great job of handling the massive influx of walk-in customers, serviced, and back on the road. He maintained excellent customer service all while being short-staffed.
