Serviced my jeep and advised to replace air filter. I was happy they took the time to check the air filter. With air filter replaced they also replaced oil pressure switch that i had requested. waiting room very clean as well as entrance. Todd and Ronnie were very friendly and i was in and out in about an hour.

Usually get my tires from. Sams but decided to try a local place . I got10 percent military discount,, Price was. Competetive! Custermer service was great- Guy was right , that the lt. cooper at3 discovery. Was a little stiffer, no noise! Front end alignment. Was great , even got steering wheel straight , I figured it would take2.5 hrs. , took about. 2 .25 hours! Glad I went to. Tire tracks, thankyou

Over priced. Slow. No vehicles in the bays. 1 hr 25 min. Time $67.69 for $12 air filter. Save your money and time if it s valuable to you.

I wish i could give no stars as a employee Don talks any kind of way to certain employees and when u come in 30 minutes early every day for two weeks and your check shows 1 hour of overtime something does not add up. Don likes to leave 30 min early so if u come in early you don't get your extra 30 minutes that you have earned in the morning. I wonder how he does all of the state inspections because Martha has been out with Covid.

One if the craziest experiences I have ever been through dealing with my car getting a tune-up. Brought vehicle to Tire Tracs last Tuesday and drove it to Franklin this Monday. The check engine light pops up. Take it back soon as a drive it to Godwins it comes up again. Finally I take it back done spent all my time off getting one vehicle right. It took them five times to get my vehicle right on a simple tune-up. Ummm I think it's best for me to go back to Quick Lanes.

Hands down some of the kindest and most honest people I've dealt with. I brought my 2006 chevy silverado in for tires and an alignment. Not only did they give me outstanding service but notified me about the compliance bushings beginning to wear. He suggested replacement in the future but never acted pushy about the sale. It was a pleasant and stress free experience on a "new to me" vehicle. Definitely the go to shop for myself and my family's future needs

if i could give 0 starts I would, they were so rude to me. and I mean disrespectful. The owner is the rudest of all of them. He kept talking over me and wouldn t even let me ask him one question. Had I known this before, I wouldn t have recommended them to anybody. they won t get none of my family or my money ever again.

This place doesn't seem very reputable if you go up there and you don't know alot about vehicles pls be careful they seem to try and nickel and dime you to death instead of doing just the job they are asked. The work I have had done was good but they are kinda expensive.

Would give zero. Had a alignment appointment set last friday. My dad went in today for the alignment cant find it on the book so i called and asked. The guy was very rude and said aint his problem so i asked how do we resolve this problem. He hangs up on me and then sends my dad out the store and says he want do it.

Poor service!! Took three hours to get 2 tires put on which were ordered the day prior. No apology or compensation for this at all. Shame. For a company dealing in tires you would think they would be more efficient

I run a trucking company in Virginia and we deliver to North Carolina daily. We have 12 trucks and 11 chassis. (That is 208 tires on the road daily) I have a big list of tire repair shops in Va and Nc this company will never be on my list. I had a truck find that he had a flat tire when he was at the customers property. Due to cell service in the area and not being able to reach me at 7am (I called back 15 mins later)the customer called Tire Tracs to ask for a road service call saying there was a flat tire. The tire that was flat was about due to be replaced. I got a call once the service guy got to my truck. Apparently their service call didn't send any replacement tires with him and my trucks tire was not repairable. ( I NEVER ask a tire service truck to go to my truck with a replacement tire. They can always bring them back if not needed but they have them when necessary). the service truck put a random spare tire on my truck and now my truck had to follow him 23 miles to his shop. I told the shop to put comparable tires on my truck since they didn't have the same brand. I never get a call for payment and my truck gets back on the road after a 3 hour fiasco. about a week later I get an invoice from my customer instead of Tire Tracs for $1009.90 for 2 tires and a bad service call. Tire Tracs is charging me $412.11 per tire for a tire 4 different companies have quoted me $285 low end -$325 high end. Then $28.50 for a flat repair they didn't perform. I contacted Tire Tracs 5 times asking to speak with the owner, who will still hasn't called back. They will not bill me or send me an invoice saying I didn't call for the service call. I have been waiting for a call back for 2 months after 5 separate calls to this company and never received an invoice directed to my company. Now they are trying to send my customer to collections. I will never use this company or will never suggest any one use them. I wish I could put no stars for this company.

The owner there was VERY VERY rude and lacks the skills to provide proper customer service. He was VERY disrespectful to me as I was a paying customer. Since my experience there people have told me that they have had or have heard of similar situations there. I would give zero stars if possible.

Best place in town for not only for tires but inspections, brakes, oil changes. They always check for other problems and really care about the return customer
