They did not tell me they had raised prices for tire rotation and oil change. When I went to check out the receptionist stated it was $80 dollars. She stated they had to increase there prices because of inflation. I felt like they should notify customers or put a sign up letting people know there would be a price increase so they can make an informed decision about getting services performed there. I have dealt with Strickland for a while and the people seemed honest up until now.

Highly recommend this location. Extremely friendly and pleasant staff and very honorable management. I had a concern and I was not dismissed. I was listened too, informed and promptly assisted. Definitely gained my trust and lifetime business.

Had two free oil change when purchased the SUV, so I call about my free oil change they look it up and told yes it's free so we going to schedule a appointment... So went for the free oil and the end finished up with the oil going to walk out she stop me and told me it's $79 I said what about my free oil she started that you went over your mile... She should told me when I call about my free oil change.......

Horrible experience . My service engine light came on st 27,000 miles.i stopped by auto cone because it was a Saturday. They told me it was a bad O2 sensor.Schefuled appointment with Strickland for the 18th of Dec. They called me the next week and told me their technician wouldn't be there that day do they rescheduled me for the 21st Dec. On dec the 20th my Service light went off. I still had the appointment for the 21st. Carried my truck with only 27,000 miles on it and they charged me $92.02 to hook it up to the computer and not fix my truck under warranty and their computer said the same thing as auto zone. They told my wife they rescheduled me because they were so backed up. On top of that my wife had just had her car serviced there and she told me her car was jumping back and forth and wouldn't hardly move. I checked the transmission fluid in it and had to put two quarts in it the day after it was serviced at Strickland Auto Group. I can tell you from my personnel experience that I will never buy or get a car serviced from there ever again.

Terrible experience. I took my Chevy to them to be fixed because it wouldn't start and was charged $986.42 for ONE car part being replaced and when I came to pick it up, someone had stolen my license plates and all of my doors were unlocked even though I was told they don't unlock the doors at all. I told the lady in the front and she was VERY rude about the while situation. Overall bad experience and will never be going back.

Terrible i had a friend had his jewerly stolefrom inside his truck. Grease in vehicals get snobby when u try to tell them. Seem friendly and had a friend tell them what was wrong after they said it first time not fixed. Then brung it back and get snobby. Not profesional.

I have never been treated with such disrespect and ignorance at any dealership as i have at Strickland Auto Group. I called and told the service advisor "Ruth" in detail what was going on with my car and she suggested we diagnose the problem first and then go from there. I asked if they could reprogram a key for a Dodge Charger and she placed me on hold for a minute and came right back and stated yes they could. So i agreed to make an appointment and had my car towed to them. They get the car and then call me and said they seen me in the system but had no idea what it was there for. I then told them again what was going on, and "Ruth" stated she never spoke with me last week and they definitely can not reprogram a dodge key. So here i am completely vulnerable as i have had my roadside assistance tow my car to them and now they suddenly cant do anything with my car. Yes, i admit i was irate, but who wouldnt be. I am a mom of 3 children that works hard and goes to school and my car is my only form of transportation. Spoke with Ed Strickland about the issue and he stated it would be best on both parts to take my car somewhere else. Mind you i cant afford the 2nd tow but thank God my roadside assistance was there for me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.....not even to fix a go cart!

Wife went to get an oil change, came home and a half a quart of oil was in my garage. This is a 70,000 dollar Tahoe, you would think any idiot could do an oil change, I guess not. Upon inspection I found that the oil filter was not tight, it was very loose, so it was never tighten

I will never go back to this dealership again! I purchased preowned Chevrolet Cruze with a factory remaining warranty. Well the car had issues the first week! I returned the vehicle back for service, dealership wouldn't honor the factory warranty. Vehicle had a flywheel issue and Charles Strickland (the manager)said it's not covered. I told him the another dealership said it was covered under warranty and he said let them fix it, because I'm not! I took my vehicle 2hrs away, to Universal Chevrolet in Wendell NC. They fixed the vehicle, under warranty without any hassle! I wouldn't buy a bicycle from them!
