Staff were friendly. I was told they didn't have the part but could get it in several hours for pick up.

Had exactly what I needed and was directed to it by one of the gentlemen working but usually what I like about here is there always so quick even @ helping you after you make your purchase with assistance on install or @ least showing you an idea if its something against policy and they can't assist you with hands on and I asked for help considering I have a cast up to my elbow and was told he wasn't allowed helping with the A/C free on charge but I feel like he could of at least showed me where it goes but a kind customer helped out instead so Thank you Customer for being kind, generous, and helpful. Paying it Forward just the little things go a long way!

I prepaid for a part. Sunday by 6 pm the part would be here. Phone about 1pm on Sunday, again be here by 6pm. On Tuesday went to pick it up. Not here, be here tomorrow. I paid 18 dollars canceled the order. Went on line brought the same part a Napa for 3 buck's. No reason to ever go back here.

I received great service from the sales associate who ran the diagnostic test which determined that my alternator was not working properly. He ordered a new one just before 5 p.m. on Tuesday. We picked it up Wednesday morning around 9 a.m. Now that's what I call GREAT service!!!

Yep. Need more knowledge of autos n repairs!UPDATE: They're getting some good help in the store now. I only deal with Josh or Brandon but they have a few other descent parts people also.

These guys do customer service with Excellence! I had a diagnostic code problem. They printed out the report, and the 2 page "service bulletin" that gave the likely solution. Thanks for great help!!

O'Reilly's Auto Parts a very nice friendly answer any question that you may have go away go out of their way to assist you in any way with any problem that you may be having with your car especially from a woman's point of view I find them to be excellent at what they do and how they fine or give you an answer to any question you may have service is excellent.

Some times they have what I need over the other automotive store in the town, but the staff isn't very engaging or helpful. I lean toward the other auto store for this reason.

I like Orallys. The ppl are friendly n the service is usually pretty fast depending on how busy they are. So for the most part id recommend it to others..

Really what can be said is an automotive store. Sells what you expect. I would say the tools aren't the best but for everyday items soaps, detergents and immediate need stuff this is where I go first.
