Just bought a 2023 Ford F-150 XL truck...Chad and his team were professional and very friendly. They explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner. Could not ask for a better car (truck) buying experience!!! I will always recommend Feyer Ford.

First time visiting/buying a car from Feyer Ford Ahoskie. Could not have been happier with the entire experience. Got to meet and deal with the general manager Larry Mulderig. Before leaving the dealership with my purchase, I told him that even though the dealership is almost 1:30 hours away from where I live, he has a customer for life. I would recommend Feyer in Ahoskie to anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

Came in to get my truck worked on and ended up leaving with a new vehicle. Deval was a great representative & very professional. Definitely love the color. Still love the color of my car & happy with the service from the first time I received my car.

The salesman was nice, but the used car manager would not drop the over priced truck down at all. Go elsewhere is my recommendation.

Mechanic purposely left my lights on to run my battery down so I could be charged for another battery. Repair shop refused to replace my battery while knowingly being aware of mechanics intentions.

Awesome team they have here I called about a ford fiesta I saw online that seemed in my price range with low miles after the initial check I was not approved without a cosigner at this point I thought the conversation was over but the following day I received a message from Caroline that they found a lender for me off I could make a down payment. Honestly I didn t even know they were still trying to me a day to get the funds together but they picked me up since my car had died and got me into the car I wanted will definitely recommend and be back for any vehicle needs I may have

An unexpected need for a replacement vehicle puts you into a nervous frenzy but the Sales Staff at Feyer Ford puts you at ease. No high pressure sales here. Knowledgeable staff taking their time putting you at ease and making you feel like a truly valued customer. I can t say enough about the staff in Quick Lane and in the ServiceDept. They treat you like family. I highly recommend Feyer Ford of Ahoskie.

I would like to start by saying that I'm truly honored and thankful that I am a believer of God's grace. I was having some front end issues with my Ford explorer, I decided to drop in and get a diagnostic report. Services staff appeared to be knowledgeable and helpful of their findings. After learning the results I immediately requested for the most dangerous issue to be completed for the safety of my family and I being a single mom I couldn't afford all the issues to be fixed at once. Staff assured that this would be completed by end of day. Fast forwarding a week later, I noticed that the issue was still present. I stopped by the service department and voiced my concern, staff kind of brushed my claims off but took in consideration because I was standing in front of them. They set my appointment for a week out and I also added a new service to be completed. I missed my appointment, due to conflict of work schedule. My vehiclebegan swaying to the point I was afraid to drive any length of distance. I looked up the closest repair shop near me. Precision Lube of Greenville was highly recommended. I arrived and explained what I was experiencing. They too ran a diagnostic and asked me did I have recent work done to the front end of my vehicle. I replied "yes'" he went on to explain the the bolt that was to secure the sway bar was loose to the point he was able to remove with bare hand. I begin to Thank the lord that no serious damage or even death were caused due to this issue. I contacted Feyer Ford of Ahoskie to let them know what was discovered, I set a time to meet the General Manager Larry Mulderig. We met a few days later and he made me aware that there was no negligence done. By the way he's an awesome sales person the only thing I would say he lack was empathy that this could of happened to one of his loved ones and a different outcome of survival. He asked for the details for the second time, I guess to see if my story had holes from my previous claim. So, I played into his tactic to see if he would be a genuine human being. To my surprise after building rapport and gaining trust. He asked what I wanted, without me uttering a word he some how failed at his super power of mindreading he offered two free oil changes and a supposably lower market price deal on a newer vehicle all hypnotical jesters. At the end of our meeting I was walked out with a hand shake that the deal I just made would correct the problem. Accountability and education is what's needed. I know for a fact that had I gotten into a serious accident with my tball team, my own children or killing someone else then the outcome would've been different. However, sweeping things under rug is common in todays society. I believe that my greatest reward from this is to share my story and that it prevents anyone from getting seriously hurt in the future. I don't recommend anyone who cherish life to get any repairs done here.

Kelvin and Larry were great to deal with in June when I bought a 23 Mach 1. However, when trying to get information about buying/leasing a new Explorer, no one returned a phone call as promised. Similar issues with other nearby Wilmington, NC Ford dealers. As such, between the poor customer service and ongoing recall issues on Explorers, they are giving me no choice but to lease or buy a competitor s vehicle. My current 2020 Explorer has been a bad quality-related experience and this is all coming from a 30+ year Ford Motor Company manager.

Since moving back to the area 2 years ago, I always have my 2005 F150 serviced at Ford. I was concerned something may need tending to after driving it across country. It checked out 100%. I had an all points check and oil change last week which took 30 minutes. I was ready and waiting when I returned from shopping at the neighboring Thrift Store. Way to go Team Feyer!

I had to change my review. Buying the car was good But i had to return it three times to have it fixed within a couple of weeks. The last time, which would make it the fourth time, the mechanic I felt was rude. The salesman was non caring. Totally didnt care....The mechanic said the issue was due to something i did. Okay. I will see when i drive it again. Thankful that James helped me understand the issue and I will go to him if I have anymore issues. May try going to another service center, not happy at al with this one.The quick lane is good though. Totally not happy buying a car and having so many issues within a month of purchase. Geesh

Don t trust them with your vehicle. I worked out of town and would call in every other day with an update. They had me with one lie after another for 2 months saying they were changing this, they were changing that. And when I was finally able to come take a look at my vehicle, it had flat tires and so much dust inside from not being touched in such a while! It was an older model vehicle, If they weren t able to fix it, they could of been honest and just told me that instead of stringing me along for months. This place is all about WHO you know and that dictates HOW you get serviced.Save yourself the grief and just head to the FORD in Windsor!

Service manager listens, is very knowledgeable of Ford vehicles and products and she does what she says she will do. People are friendly and hospitable. Always a pleasant experience.

Chad Feyer and his team from the salesman to the shop were all professional and easy to work with. There was no pressure at all and they explained everything in detail including extended warranty that we bought.We have bout 5 trucks from Feyer and have been well pleased. We look forward to buying number 6 soon!

Terrible customer service. The lady in service department is impatient and unfriendly. They are overwhelmed and booked up so she tried to over charge me when I asked about a price. She also told me they don t do transmission service but told me before that the man was working on other transmissions. I ll spend my money elsewhere

Excellent customer service at Central Ford in Ahoskie NC. I have bought several cars at this dealership both new & slightly used. Come to this dealership if you want a hassle free experience when buying a car. I drove from VA to NC to purchase my new car again this time. Great friendly people here! I will be back again. Highly recommend them.

I came in with no appointment for an oil change and they immediately got to me. They researched my car to see what kind of oil to use before they did anything to it. Once they got to it, the service was quick and very professionally done. The only thing that I didn't like is that they couldn't do everything I needed to get done because it was a foreign car.

I stopped at Central Ford for an inspection . I was treated so well by"ALL "employees ! They were courteous and professional.My late husband owned Lincoln Mercury, Mazda,VW, and Indian Motorcycle in Ms. He was adamant when it came to customer service.I am needing my tires rotated and balanced , plus oil change and lube.I" WILL "be going back to Central Ford for these services ,and because I feel that this Company is a 10+. Give them a try.Happy New year to all !!!!

My experience is always great. I do appreciate the quick visits for maintenance on my vehicles. Only one problem doing my last visit. The technician forgot to reset my tire pressure light on my Honda. I have been riding with my tire pressure light on for the past few days. So annoying. Will be back soon for a reset.

Dale was absolutely amazing and made buying my first car a breeze. He worked with me to ensure that I was able to get the car I wanted and clearly explained everything to me throughout the process. After many horrible experiences at dealerships the past two months, I can't describe how it felt to come to a place where a car salesman saw me as an actual person and not another sale.

This place is no good. I went to go get a oil change and tire rotation. A week later I noticed that my tire felt like it was about to fall off. They broke two studs in my tire. I went to take it back they was in there like they didn't know nothing. They made me pay for something they did wrong. I ask to speak to the supervisor but he was not there. I left the shift manager complaint along with my phone number. I never heard anything back from the boss. I will never go back there again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, great attitudes, prices for the services I had on my vehicle were extremely reasonable compared to other dealerships in my opinion.I definitely recommend using Feyer Ford s services.

Got my oil changed in quick lane and the lady at the counter was super nice and helpful! When she brought my car around she also left it running with the a\c running for me because it was super hot outside! Thank you!

We will never purchase a vehicle from this place again. We were told so many lies from the beginning. We purchased a Ford Explorer in December. When we made the purchase we were told we had warranty but when something went wrong they are now saying there was no warranty. There was a tear in the leather on the door, we were told they would have it repaired the following week; never happened and everytime I call they have a different excuse. We were told we would have Sirius XM for a year and it was gone within 30 days of the purchase. All we have received from these people are empty promises, lies and excuses never again will I purchase anything from them.

Love this dealership. Very friendly environment here.Each time I 've been to Central Ford of Ahoskie, NC, I get nothing but kind courteous service with a greeting and a smile. They got this Friendliness you don't find everywhere you go. My salesman always come back to service department to say howdy and a hand shake. The service department personnel are well knowledgeable of the situation you're explaining to them. The Technician that services your vehicle comes out when done and tells you if any future issues you may or may not need worring about. The management is pretty Kool too. Central Ford has my business for many moons to come. Thanks Central Ford Family for making me feel at ease and at home with your neighborly environmental outreach to your customers.

I have dealt with this place for years and have not been unsatisfied not until now. I have heard so many bad things about this place over the years but did not believe. Now I do! The worse thing I could have ever done was take my Mercury mountaineer to them for a transmission. Even though my transmission was used I was told it only had 65,000 miles on it with a two month warranty. I am so glad I drove it for a business trip because after driving it for six hours one way it started to slip. Once taking it back to shop I was told that the warranty only covered the part not labor. This was not told to me at first do they would have never worked on my vehicle. I am a single mom and had to charge my credit card to pay for their services. Central Ford has been having my truck since the 8th of May. When I ask how many miles was on the second transmission I was told very low miles. This is bad business. How you not know how many miles on it? Now they telling me my check engine light is on but yet it wasn't on when my vehicle was driven to them. Just like right now, I was sent this email to comment on review but I haven't received my vehicle. This let's you know they don't know what they are doing. I was never ask if I needed a loaner car for work knowing they have been having my vehicle for going on two months. Their turnover rate is very high. Each time I go I see new workers. I don't recommend any body take their vehicle to Central Ford in Ahoskie. Bad Business!
