I use to be a big fan of this place. Took my truck to have AC work done and it sat for 2 days in the same spot I parked. I eventually just picked the truck up no work ever done

The folks at The Tire Shop are honest and reliable. They do not overcharge for things and are honest about repairs. If you request something to be checked, they don't charge you unless the repair is needed. Their tire prices are good and they provide good, hometown trusted service. I recommend them.

I would give them no stars if possible. I had to make 5 trips and wait for hours each time to get 3 new tires after aweek prior they said only one of my tires needed a plug. After that the chaos ensued. The girl up front, Pam, ishorribly rude and actually threw my receipt over the counter and onto the floor. JOHN, the manager is a little better but he shows no consideration for customer service. This place has turned into a dumpster fire. DO NOT GO HERE!! AWFUL! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Quick, helpful and do not over charge! They have done work for us before but this time I had a leak in my tire. Called and they said bring it right in. Within 20 minutes, they had a screw pulled out of my tire and had it patched so I could be on my way! We use them whenever we can for car issues!

There's one thing I can't stand and that's to be lied to. I walked in today at 3:55 to get a two wheel alignment. Got told they had one on the rack and couldn't get to me today. It doesn't take a mechanic 2hrs to do an alignment. I worked in the automotive repair industry for 3 years doing the exact same thing. Alignments are quick movers. If you don't want my business just tell me, but never ever lie to me.

Went for tire rotation and oil change only to cost me more than a hundred dollars! Told me it was an hour wait, only to stay there two hours and everyone who came after me came and left before my car was finishedUsed to prefer coming to this location but will not be back, pricing is ridiculous and obnoxiously outrageous

I have been using these guys for over ten years on half a dozen vehicles. They are always polite and professional. Their rates are the best around and they stand by their work. Highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs!

I have taken our cars here for years. For the most past, I've been pleased. However, things have changed over time with customer service and communication especially and I believe it is under different management. My last experience was an oil change for my Prius. It was my first time taking it here. I've taken it other places and paid about $75 for a synthetic oil change which always includes the tire rotation. I asked to make sure that the tire rotation would happen and the lady at the front notated it. Never did she tell me that "it was not included" and that "only people who have bought the tires from thier location get the rotation included". She only let me know this after I saw the bill for over $100 and was shocked. She didn't apologize or say anything to help the fact that she failed to communicate properly. All she did was point to the "pricelist" in small print on the far right of the front desk. Really poor customer service and people skills. It is a shame because otherwise this could be a great shop.

Mounted 4 Skid Steer tires no-one else would attempt. Took 4 men and the machine to get the job done. Less than half of what the truck stop wanted. But asked not to bring them back.

The entire staff here is so accommodating and efficient. Their positivity and service goes above and beyond every time. I left my coffee cup in the waiting room after enjoying a free refill on my last visit and the owner ran it out to my car as I was about to pull away. This busy Mom sure appreciates small gestures like that!

Today I took my 2010 Toyota Camry with 225,500 miles, on the original brakes. Ask them to install new brakes as I just knew that they must need replacing.First question I was ask, have you had any issues? I replied I had not but, that 225,000 I must need new brakes.They called me later and said I had at least 40% of my brake pad left and they did not need replacement.I appreciate a business that is honest and fair with their customers. A business that put their integrity above profits. They could easily have performed unnecessary work and made money but their choice was to save me money instead.I m positive I would have been happy with my new brakes and would have gone away never knowing that they weren t necessary. Thank you for being honest with your customers!

They were quick, courteous, kind, and budget friendly. The only reason I didn t give them a 5 star is because no one was wearing masks. Employees and most of the patrons. No sign on the door to even try to implement the safety protocols for COVID. I have a chronic illness and felt fairly anxious about it. The work was great though. They worked me in for a quick tire plug and I wasn t there any more than 30 min.

These guys are AWESOME! We got a flat on the interstate and got off at this exit, googled tire repair near me and their shop came up. We were in and out in an hour even though they appeared very busy, the price was reasonable and everybody was nice & friendly. Couldn t recommend higher.

Always pleased with the service I receive here. I appreciate the honesty and knowledge of employees. I've bought many sets of tires here and countless oil changes. They always let me know of any issues minor or major. I've never felt like they have taken advantage of me being a woman.

Great quality service! My family has had our cars taken to this location for many basic services such as alignments and oil changes throughout the years which are all performed with ease in a very quick time frame at a very quick cost. The staff is courteous and informative on the timeframe of your repair as well as the price and details of what will be performed, would definitely recommend to others looking to do it to get a quick fix on their car!

I have taken my car nowhere else but here to get my oil changed so I get off work early today to take it to be changed. I get there at 4pm noting they close at 6pm. When I pulled up there was hardly any cars in the parking lot and I go in and tell the lady I need an oil change only to be told they got busy and stopped taking oil changes seriously 2 hours before you close. I believe I will explore other options after this.

The Tire Shop provided A+ Quality service. The service was performed with efficient knowledge and diagnostic professionalism. The Customer service meet the Advance N.C. way. Greeted with a smiling face. Was able to receive a good laugh during SERVICES which was much needed for the soul. I recommend that if you are in need of Automobile repairs, services, and tires The Tire Shop in Advance N.C. is the place to get the job done.

Took my client for car inspection only 13.00 we have the same exact suv and i never paid under $35-$40.00 and it was a few ppl in there mind you it was her 1st visit it took 20mins maybe even less....cant be racial i

I was having trouble finding someone to inspect my vehicle and change the oil. The shop I usually went to changed owners, so I needed a change. The Tire Shop did both while I waited for a reasonable price. I will use them again.

The tire shop is awesome! The staff is so helpful and really takes the time to explain it to you in ways you can understand, even if it is to convince you that you don't need the service that you thought you needed. They're completely honest and not just out to make a sale...as a female that knows very minimal about mechanical stuff, that's really important to me that I have a place I don't have to worry about being scammed at. They take good care of your vehicle and have it ready to go in a very timely manner. They're not only limited to tires, they do my inspection, oil changes, wipers and so many other mechanical repairs that you may need. They have great, reasonable prices and back up their work 100%. They have a nice waiting area with fresh coffee, snack candy quarter machines, and a nice shaded outdoor bench to sit at to make your wait be pleasant. They offer a great variety of tires and they run cheaper than what Walmart has to offer. It's a great place to rely on for all your vehicle services and repairs because they're good at what they do and most importantly, you can trust them to do the right thing and look out for your best interest. Best mechanics around!!

arrived around 8:30a on a Thursday for inspection and oil change. Sat patiently waiting. after about 1.5 hours of waiting, someone finally approached me to apologize about the wait - they had been waiting on a lift - they didn't want to risk bending the frame (or something like that - I know they were waiting on a lift). More than 2 hours later, me and my car were finally released from this place! Told the guy when I was paying it would have been nice to have known it was going to be such a wait and I would have only had the inspection done! Ridiculous! Husband and I have been coming here way back when it was Todd's. I will not be back.
