They were great! Very friendly and polite employee who came to help me, I wish I d gotten his name. He was asking about my car and was very cooperative and kind and helpful. The only issue was that there was a bit of a long wait time, about 45 minutes to one hour, but they were busy and they had to come from Advance to clemmons so that might be why. They re the cheapest around and they did a great job, seriously y all! I was pretty nervous throughout the situation but they were awesome. I ll definitely call y all again if I need help! :)

Greg Mitchem done an outstanding job! He was super nice, very professional and extremely safe. I would definitely call him again if a needed another tow. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Great service.

Our car was parked and wouldn't start up and run. It is comforting to have the tow truck come to rescue us. Owner of Piedmont Towing, Les, drove his big truck up and was skilled and professional to get our car loaded. Husband & I and our puppy rode in the cab and had a very pleasant ride home. Les set our car down in our driveway. We were thankful to have gotten home safely.

Triple AAA couldn t send a tow truck from 3:14 - 5:00 or 8:00 - 9:30 the next day so I call Piedmont Towing. The driver was there within an hour. I didn t cancel the request with Triple A. I m curious to see exactly how long they take to respond. Thanks Piedmont Towing!

My Son slid off of an on ramp and down a very steep embankment off of highway 421. Pete came out and it was not going to be an easy job to do. A WS Police Officer had to arrive to stop traffic. Pete was very patient since we had to wait for the Officer to get to the scene. My son Joshua and myself appreciated Pete s positive attitude and the excellent job he did getting the truck back on the road.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

Terrible company and service. They towed my car to the body shop after being rear ended. In the process they damaged my FRONT END! Their insurance company still has not paid for the damage! Use Joe s Tow if you really need one.Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

They were patient, kind, and professional. I recently was severely injured in a car accident, at work, rendering me unable to fix my own vehicle. They were extremely helpful and resolved all my issues including walking me through the process of paying them since meineke did not. Referred by Roadside Assistance. Staff arrived promptly and was personable and got me going swiftly. Did NOT try and gouge me for additional fees/services as some companies are want to do. This was by far the best service I have ever had. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. He took extremely good care of my car and was very creative with regard to getting it loaded and started! Professional service and very responsive. Donnie was able to assist me within a couple of hours. Provided me the cost upfront and was willing to notify me ahead of time so I could travel and meet him to pass of the keys. I highly recommend Donnie and Piedmont Towing.
