While traveling back to the Triangle from the beach we hit something in the road and blew a tire. We called AAA and after waiting several hours and several calls back to AAA they did not have any of their contracted services available to come out to us. Luckily we found Rockwell and they gave us an estimated ETA and they arrived with in a couple of minutes of their ETA. They did a great job and had us back on road. After a mile or so we experienced controll and steering issues with car. We call Rockwell back and they were still in area and they returned. After checking car they determined it was the stability control. After we turned off the stability control we were able to proceed on our way. Can t tell you how highly we recommend Rockwell for their promptness and their level of service. We hope we never need them in the future but great to know they are out there if we do.

Today has been horrible. I was on my way to work and my car stalled out completely. I battled with AAA for over 2 hours and they were NO HELP. Then I called Rockwell Towing and explained my situation and they rescued me today! Great Service from the phone call with the owner and the two men who towed my SUV back home. Please understand, I don't write reviews at all....but this company right here is a God Send and I pray God Blesses them with further prosperity and growth. THANK YOU ROCKWELL!!!

Rockwell Towing Service by far the best towing company. I was stuck on the side of the road in an unsafe situation waiting on tow from a company who put the pick up time wait unachievable. My huge vehicle was half on the road and half on the side. Lee stopped to check on me and, he was not even asked to. He was kind, helpful and courteous. He kept me safe while being careful not to further damage my vehicle from it's mechanical mishap. Five star service from Rockwell Towing!

I never do reviews but I am very grateful for our experience with this company. We were stranded on the highway w/ a flat on our travel trailer coming home from our Thanksgiving camping trip at the beach. Good Sams contacted Rockwell Towing & the owner Steve Rockwell showed up within his ETA, was very professional, polite and an overall good human being. He even gave us recommendations to help us on our future trips! We know how short handed companies are at this time and were extremely grateful he came to our rescue. We were stuck waiting 4 hours on another firm. These people were great and got someone out to us in 20 minutes. The guy was fast and he really put in plenty of effort to make sure our car was damaged. Couldn t be more grateful.

When the down pour that occurred tonight my trailer landing gear sank deep into the ground. Steve over at Rockwell Towing was quick, professional, and went the extra step to get me on my way tonight. Man he saved my day. Thank God for this great company and thank you guys for all you did.

Called Rockwell at 10:30 at night. Truck was stuck in Pinehurst. They were completely professional and even called back to let me know that the driver was headed out on another call and that my truck would not be expected in the hour. Took payment over the phone. Went to bed, woke at 3:30am, the truck was parked in the driveway. Never even heard them!! Highly recommend!Service: Car towing

Honestly the best experience I've ever had getting my horse trailer serviced (replaced the jack). I'm always anxious about taking my trailer or truck somewhere new for repairs, especially since I'm not super knowledgable about the mechanics. The technician took the time to explain to me exactly what he was thinking the trailer needed, how he was going to do it, and what it would cost. They replaced the jack on my trailer on the spot, while I sat in the truck! I will absolutely be making Rockwell Towing my go to for all of my truck and trailer maintenance and repairs.

This has GOT TO BE THE MOST UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS IN THE AREA!!! They're currently trying to scam my insurance company and withholding my vehicle for no reason! THEY WERE PAID A MONTH AGO! It seems as if they're trying to rack up storage fees that my insurance won't pay. From the start when I first got my tow from this company they tried to charge me $268 to bring my car less than 1 mile up the road. Knowing I couldn't afford that right at the time. Then he said they'd release it tomorrow when the insurance paid. I went up the following day to get some stuff out of my car including a few of my prescriptions that were filled the previous day. Surprise, surprise, my pain medicine was missing! These people are THIEVES that take advantage of people when they're going through the worst of times. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Called 2 other towing companies at the top of the list on the Google search. Both times my call went to a third party call center that was obviously not local. Didn't know common locations in town. The first company never showed up (over an hour waiting), and both companies have a ridiculous quote (double the cost of Rockwell). Got fed up and called Rockwell. The person I talked to knew the area and was obviously local. He gave me a good quote, and immediately sent a driver. Driver was quick to get there, super polite and professional. We used Rockwell when we had to have the vehicle towed back, and got the same level of service. We will be using them from here on out if we need and towing locally.

Rockwell Towing was my third attempt to get this 8 x 12 shed moved. Not only were they polite, professional, kind, on time But the gentleman also showed up with a good and helpful attitude. I had a flat tire, called and he arrived just a few minutes later. He was able to plug my tire and fill it back up. Great service and the price was cheaper than I expected. I would recommend this business.

My driver even text to reassure me of the safety of my vehicle after delivery. Steve and Rockwell Towing helped me out of a tight spot while far from home. My vehicle needed to be towed long distance back to Raleigh -- Steve was kind, courteous and so helpful! He came to my location to get the keys to my vehicle & provided frequent updates with photos so I knew what was going on. Totally above & beyond any experience I've ever had with a towing service. I don't believe I've ever taken the time to review a business before, until now. I think it is important to let people out there know about the kind of business this is. I have never been treated so kindly by strangers before. Under the circumstances, my truck was wrecked and I wasn't certain to what extend the damage had been done. The gentleman that helped me to assess if I could drive it off the lot actually took the time to climb up under the hood and reconnect my linkage that had come disconnected during the wreckage. He took the time out of his clearly very busy day to help me out and encouraged me that the damage wasn't as bad as I believed it to be. I asked for a recommendation to a good body shop and they provided me with the name of the best possible shop that they knew of, so I asked if he could tow it there to be safe and he got it done the same day, within an hour. The lovely lady in the office gave me a bit of a break on my total cost because I think she could sense the difficulty I was going through after wrecking my truck earlier that morning. She even came around the desk and gave me a hug, which I have to say was such an amazing gesture and made me feel so relieved. I feel like I told them both thank you at least twenty times, but that simply could never express how much I appreciate their kindness towards me in helping me under such difficult circumstances. What a lovely and gracious family they are. I hope they come across this someday and remember the impact they made on my life today. Such lovely people.

Rockwell Towing is an exceptional business with exceptional service. They showed up very quickly and was able to tow my large lifted truck that a lot of other tow company s declined to do. First off, I just want to talk about how friendly every person I interacted with, at this company was. The woman on the phone and both drivers I dealt with, were just so nice. I had a flat and needed towed home at night, and they got to me in under a half an hour. A couple of days later, I needed it towed to a shop and they were able to get to me exactly when I wanted. Their prices are excellent! I ve not had to use a towing service in so many years, that I had no idea about cost. But after calling another place and finding they wanted to charge almost double, it just reenforced that should I need a tow ever again, I will continue to use this company each time.

Towed my Ram 2500 when the alternator died. Professional and polite. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends. This business truly cares about its customers and the local community. Having to have your car towed is not normally a pleasurable experience, but rockwell makes it painless as possible, their techs are always pleasant to deal with! Great group for sure
