I had a wonderful experience getting my very first Honda here. I chose this dealership above others with the same car because of the good reviews and I wasn t disappointed! Mike D. was an excellent salesman: knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, but not pushy or overbearing! He and Alfredo in Finance helped get me behind the wheel of my Accord as smoothly as they could. I drove home in my new car happy. Would work with them again!

I had a WONDERFUL experience. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and care for their customers. Mark was my salesman, and he made this process super smooth for me. Kent, Mark, and Travis assisted me as well. I love how they work as a team and put the customer first.I HIGHLY recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a vehicle. Leith was super helpful and amazing throughout the whole trade-in and buying process for me. Cliff and Travis made everything so easy, quick, and simple for me, as I am one who dreads the car trading and buying process. Could not have a higher recommendation for these guys and this dealership. Best, easiest, quickest, and hassle free car buying and trading experience of my life. They took care of me from top to bottom and side to side, from the initial phone call to inquire about the vehicle s availability to when I safely arrived home back in Charlotte for my got home safe text Cliff asked me for. They really do care about their customers. Yes it was worth the drive from Charlotte. Not only for the amazing car and deal I received, but for the amazing service as well. Unlike some other Honda dealers that I called (I'm in Charlotte), the people at Leith Honda Aberdeen were wiling to speak with me over the telephone about pricing details and value of my trade-in car. Cliff Howard was very responsive, helpful and professional. All the people I dealt with were friendly.

We had a great experience with Leith Honda Aberdeen. We were looking for a used van for my mother and found what we were looking for on an Autotrader listing from this dealership but it was over and hour away from us. We were referred to Ken Holland when we contacted them online. He was so helpful! He was very patient with my mother and answered all our questions and sent us lots of pictures and videos to help with our long distance car buying. He was upfront about the pricing (very fair price in my opinion) and any fees. We had been in contact with other dealerships about some other cars and the sneaky fees they tried to add on were absolutely ridiculous. We had a great experience with Ken and Leith and they were well worth our drive. Thank you!

Love the brand new building! The staff was some of the friendliest I've ever dealt with. Love this dealership! I have purchased multiple cars from them and have never had any issue. The sales, finance, and service staff have always been there to answer any of my questions and always accommodating. They are military friendly and I would refer anyone I know to this store. Special shout-outs to Sloan and Andy for always being there for me!Just got the new R-Type! This thing is sick!

What a great car buying experience! I've bought dozens of cars in my life and this was probably the most pleasant experience I've had. They were upfront about pricing and the vehicle condition (12 year old 4runner). They closed the deal and delivered the next day, much sooner than I expected! All of the documentation was submitted to the DMV quickly so that I got my permanent tag well before the 30 day tag ran out. Caleb Garner was fantastic and touched base the day of delivery and a couple of weeks after delivery to make sure I was good to go. Highly recommend buying from these fine folks!

Unlike other dealerships where I have had cars serviced, they do not include a car wash. The tech told me they do not have one, but I know they do. The person that checks you out told me, "Honey, you don't want them washing your car." Yet she could not explain why.

I like that no one insists me on buying vehicle (bad experience with Toyota across the road). Ken explained all features of the car and has been nice. When we arrived Ken went with us on test drive right away without bunch of papers sign, like we were old friends. Workers was staying after hours to help me sign all documents. Good experience in general.

We brought our Honda in for warranty work and it was returned to us with a broken dash. A replacement was ordered and I had to miss work for the 2nd appointment- only to find out an hour in that the part ordered was incorrect. This time the vehicle was returned to me with a broken dash as well as a nonfunctional radio. We were not called when the new part arrived, we had to call Leith - and it will be yet another week before this situation can be addressed. I travel for work and my vehicle is beyond embarrassing with its destroyed dash and I cannot have it detailed in the state it is in, plus my 30+ hours/week behind the wheel in silence is nearly unbearable. We will not be visiting Leith in the future for the maintenance of our Honda.

I had an amazing experience with this company. I spoke with Cheryl a few months ago and told her exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. It took some time because I did have specific wants, but she made it happen and I could not be happier. Not only did she find the car that I was looking for she made everything so easy that I only had to show up, sign the papers and drive off the lot in less than 24 hrs from when the car facts were sent to me. This was the easiest car purchasing experience that I have ever had. Thank you, Cheryl and all of the staff, at Leith Honda in Aberdeen!!!!

I have had many negative dealership experiences in the past but this was quite the opposite. From the minute my keys were handed over I received updates on where the mechanic was in the process of my oil change and alignment. Austin was great, he answered all of my questions and was very personable. I don t normally go to the dealership for an oil change but I will definitely make it a habit to now.

I walked in knowing a wanted a Hybrid CR-V and Jay Parkin was extremely professional, he listened to everything I said and did not push me to buy anything I didn't want. He was very knowledgeable about the car and made everything super easy and quick. Alfredo Perez, the finance manager, made the transaction smooth and was very patient with me while I asked him many questions. This was my first time buying a car on my own and I am so grateful I bought from Leith Honda Aberdeen. 100/10 Recommend!

Our salesperson, Jay P., was incredible! He was friendly, kind, patient and knew everything about the vehicles that we were looking at. He was incredibly accommodating and made the process as simple as possible! Travis was awesome with the financial paperwork side of things as well! Everyone was kind and courteous!

Had an amazing experience at this location, went to take a look at the cars not sure about if we were going to find something that we wanted, and actually got all the best help we could have from Isabella Ortega, she was not just super patient with us, but also super helpful, and make sure to answer all of our questions, everybody that goes to this location should look for her!!!

I had the best experience at Leith especially with Joseph.He was upfront about everything and the service was incredible he did everything in his power to make sure I left there happy.The staff were so friendly and Justin one of the managers made sure to help me out as much as he could with my trade and also gotta give a big thanks to Alfredo he went through all my paperwork with me to make sure I understood what I was signing.All and all experience 10 out of 10 and if your looking for a great ride for a great price then this is the place to go and please please please ask for Joseph he will not disappoint100%.

This review is long overdue. But, I had to mention the sales rep that that helped my wife locate a car from last August. From the first visit through the sales process, Brent Brown was extremely professional, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He even located an upgraded model that had become available short-notice so that we could make the switch to the upgrade. I would recommend Brent to any customer, and will gladly return to Leith Honda Aberdeen to work with him again. It doesn't hurt that is his desk is the first one inside the door. Thanks for your help Brent.

Justin and Jay are so nice to work with and will do whatever they can to help you find the car you want. I was interested in the 2020 CRV at Leith in Raleigh. They had someone bring the car to Aberdeen for me to test drive it. I did not buy the vehicle but they were so patient with me. I can not say enough about their customer service. Thanks guys!!

Honest, trustworthy, no-nonsense experience. Ken Holland was our salesman and I never felt like he was trying to oversell or pressure us into anything. I visited 7 different dealerships that day and very glad I ended up with a Leith Honda. I only wish I had started there and saved the time.
