Took my car in for air conditioning service and Jason, Stanley and crew were fantastic. They are honest as the day is long and explain issues with clarity. Highly recommend them, especially in an area where you rarely find this. Great work and thank you!!

Amazing service! I called in one day, as I was LONG overdue for some new tires, and I ran by to get an estimate just mere MINUTES later!They were able to take me the very next day, and they didn't take more than an hour!

These guys are amazing. Called in on a Monday asking for an estimate on installing a new muffler, was told they d need to see it before quoting anything. No problem, set up an appointment for the next day, Tuesday. I get in there, they lift the car and take a look at it. They were very honest and up front about not being sure if it would work(Strange muffler placement) but would be willing to try it. Seemed knowledgable enough that I trusted him to try it. Went over pricing then walked over to the nearby plaza. Less than an hour later got a call saying they were able to get it working. Price didn t change from what was told prior to service. These guys are fast, honest, smart, and very skillful. I will be returning if I need anything else

Excellent customer and automotive service. Let me start with, I trust Jason and his staff. Jason has served our area, for many years. I have had different cars, some old some newer , through the years and he and his staff have always been spot on with any of my car problems. Jason and Stanley are always very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The only place I trust to inspect or work on our vehicles.

The only place I'll take my vehicle! Jason's is the best around for all of your servicing needs. Stanley and the guys in the shop are always courteous and professional. They always keep you updated on the status of your vehicle and thoroughly explain any issues they find. A great value for the exceptional work! Very highly recommend!!!

Jason's tire was recommended by a number of people in the area. I'm very pleased with the service that was provided. They were able to work me in that day. I thought i had an electronic problem but after they researched they realized it was an easy fix. Very honest company and very reasonable!

Having just moved to North Carolina, I was looking for a reputable place to take my truck for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment with Jason, and my scheduled time was promptly adhered to. I was greeted in a most professional manner by Stanley, and shared some great stories with him while I waited. Jake was my mechanic and was awesome! Great place, great people and professional all the way! Thank you!

Love Jason's. My husband and I moved to the area from Chicago. These guys are true professionals, do the job right, are fair in their pricing and treat their customers with respect. They have also given us leads on other reliable service providers in the area which in and of itself is a great service. Lots of love to all at Jason's for a job well done! Marianne & Dave

This auto shop came highly recommended. I have been there twice. Once for an oil change and tire rotation. Went fine. No complaints. Took the second car in for oil change, state inspection and asked the car be looked over for maintenance suggestions. Got the inspection, I got feedback that the brakes were fine and the car was in great shape. No oil change. Just didn t do it. Had to ask for another appointment to have it done. Just called to reschedule that and was hung up on. I think the mechanics are probably great but the front desk staff is in too much of a rush and is very disorganized.

This is my go-to place for my Jeep. Every time I've gone here, I've had great experiences. I never felt like they hustled me, but instead they were very thorough and on top of things with my vehicle. There's been several times where I've had to borrow their vehicle because they had to keep mine overnight. Never had a bad experience with that or anyone at the garage.

We were referred to Jason's for auto service about 15 years ago. Since then they have maintained all our cars. The quality of their service is that two of those cars were owned and regularly driven by us for over 19 years. I would highly recommend them for your auto service needs.

Had a nail in my tire and asked for help. They didn't even look at it and said they were too busy. On a Saturday I was told they are booking for Wed or Thur. Went to Frank's and they said they wouldn't send a woman back on the road with a nail in her tire. Waaaay better customer service at Frank's.

First time in they were extremely courteous and informative. I'm a good judge of character and could tell they were genuine people. Took a little longer than expected but that's understandable with good work. Will definitely be returning in the future.

This place is AWESOME! When you arrive Stanley greets you & makes a mean pot of fresh coffee while you wait.Jason & the staff are very professional believe me after 18 years or more of fixing cars they are very smart about getting you back on the road. Jason tire &Auto do what you need done not what they think will get more money some places are like that l know bad experience with Thomas tire yuk! This place backs up his work until you the customer are happy you did.Now a days its hard to find a good mechanic where your safety on the road is very important l know!

I took my car to Jason's Tire & Auto for the first time two weeks ago, and they are completely amazing! My car has close to 100,000 miles on it and it feels and drives like new. Not only were the prices more than reasonable, but the customer service is out of this world! I will not go anywhere else!!

My car wouldn t start so I had it towed to this shop. And I m new to the area so I was apprehensive about how I was going to find a reliable auto mechanic. And I was extremely happy with the results. They are extremely honest and I would definitely recommend them 100% and I will definitely use them in the future.

Jason and his entire crew are THE best auto and tire service shop around. They care about what they are doing, they are scrupulously honest and are meticulous about every job, large or small. No over-selling, extremely fair prices, expert repairs and great people to do business with. I consider myself to be a picky car nut and I am not easily satisfied. Jason knocks it out of the park every time without fail. Do your self a favor. Forget the dealer. Forget everyone else. Go to Jason's.

Great place & a must! Gents there are honest & treat everyone like family. Their efforts are top notch, they give you options, & they diagnose the issue while keeping you in the loop. If u were wondering should you use JTA... Absolutely!!! Go! Now!

The only place I'll take my car around here! Service is fast and I fully trust that they're never looking for extra stuff to charge me for, which happened constantly at the Toyota dealership. Everyone is friendly and explains what needs to be done, it's easy to get quick appointments, and they're across the street from Panera! Haha can't go wrong!

The gentleman at the counter told my son (23) that he couldn t repair his car because he supplied his own parts. I confronted him about it and he said that there s no money in it for him since my son supplied his parts. All he wanted done was a cat welded in and rear brakes replaced. Little did he know I used to send a lot of exhaust work there.

Capable , complete work on time, communicate very well. Demonstrate cost sensitivity. For most everyone in the community Stanley personifies the Jason's brand of capability and integrity and is a pleasure to deal with.

Just had a great experience there. Had a tire with low pressure. Dropped by for air and the guy was so nice and insisted on checking air in all our tires. Just a simply nice guy. Would definitely recommend
