Took my BMW x2 to GMA, was getting a message, left rear turn signal malfunction, 30 minutes later I was on my way with problem fixed. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Glad I found them, highly recommend.

Couldn t be happier with my experience. Everyone I talked to was very nice and professional and above all honest and straightforward. Really went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed correctly. Very knowledgeable. Can t recommend them enough!!!

I cannot say enough about this place. Not only are they phenomenal, but they are HONEST. When I brought my kids car in for a few things, they didn t try to upsell me, took care of everything VERY fast and efficiently and had her back on the road in no time! I wish they worked on other stuff because they would get all my business. Great staff, great work, and honest. You can t really ask for more!

Front desk (Ashley) was friendly and informative. My first time there....small office but garage looked clean... that's always a good sign. It was only a 20,000 mile check up but I'll use them again based on first impressions.

Very professional, honest and friendly experience. My daughters Mini went into protection mode and they were able to get her in same day to diagnose and repair the vehicle. Took my e36 BMW in for some front end work and air conditioning issues. I would highly recommend them for any work needed. Quickly diagnosed what I needed and fixed it the next day. I recently took my 1988 BMW 325i to German Motors of Aberdeen for repairs. I selected them because of their reputation of being honest, knowledgeable and experienced. Meeting with co-owner and three-time Master Technician Chris Powell, he took the time to explain in detail the repairs required along with a complete breakdown of the costs. To my delight, I found his work to be outstanding in every sense of the word, and the pricing to be highly competitive. Moreover, the car was ready when promised! Timing chain done on a 2.0 vw and the car is 100% better. Friendly and they did it correctly. Less expensive than the other place by a wide margin.

I went to German Motors of Aberdeen yesterday because the 'check engine' light had come on in my 2017 Jetta the day before. They got me in the next day. They ran the diagnostics and discovered I hadn't put on my gas cap after a recent fill-up, just shut the gas cap door. The fume leak was triggering the engine light. It was my error. When I went to check out the mechanic/co-owner also told me they'd checked the fluid levels and all was OK. Then, they wouldn't charge me a Penny! I said I wanted to pay them something for their time and help, but they refused. Throughout, everyone was kind, friendly, very service-oriented. The folks at German Motors of Aberdeen have great integrity and much knowledge. And they are funny, too! Great humor! I highly recommend taking your German automobile here and I will in the future for any needs I have.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My BMW M5 (E39) needed major engine repairs and maintenance. The first shop that looked at it said the job was too much for them and referred me to Chris Powell at German Motors in Aberdeen, NC. Chris proved every bit the professional and did a terrific job- Rod bearings, timing chain & guides, VANOS system, and more. Now the engine now runs like new which is important since the car is a daily driver and a track car. I am very happy.Not only did Chris perform the job at the quoted price, but he replaced a major new component that did not meet spec. This cost him many hours of extra work that he covered all himself. l trust him completely and recommend anyone needing a top-notch and honest BMW mechanic to make the drive to Aberdeen and get the job done right.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Best Import (especially BMW) mechanic in Moore County. Chris and the team are amazing; patient and smart, they will try and fit you in whenever able. Chris explains what s wrong and explains options available. Did not take long to get an appointment for my husband's GLE350. Very reasonable price for service. They only take German cars as their name indicates. Will return.

Extremely friendly staff, very welcoming and hospitable place. The master tech Chris is known worldwide for his professional knowledge in German vehicles. I can t think of a mechanical fault which Chris can not solve.
